This is the @calibergolf shaft being fitted into the new limited release Odyssey Happy Gilmore putter
.
If you haven’t seen or heard of the caliber golf shafts before, well they specialise in making putter shafts that mimic that of a hockey stick
.
This gives you the option of using a number of different grips that you wouldn’t get from a conventional grip
.
Including of course holding it right down the bottom of the shaft with your low hand (like you would a hockey stick)
.
Having done this for the first time with this shaft I was suprised by how much control you gain over the putter head when being that much closer to it
.
