We were given very close access for nine holes at the Renaissance course and so we captured every swing/putt. I cut down the original idea of showing every hit into a different creative and ended up with this edit. Any questions let me know I'll answer where I can!

  1. This is amazing!

The quickcut fused swing really shows his consistency, incredible.

Can’t wait to see this without credit on many reels to come!

This hurts to watch. Holy epilepsy.

Listen I’m happy if you’re happy but I just had a fucking seizure and I just wanted to see if anyone had any keppra?

Technically really good and you should be really pleased! Just a heads up that jump cuts like that give a lot of us headaches or sore eyes. Particularly prevalent on US TV shows versus, say, the UK – really noticeable and then you quickly realise why your eyes are getting sore!

I fucking love Scotland. Anybody who plays golf must visit there once in their life.

This is really good but personally I find it a bit “choppy and fast”… that’s the best way I can describe how I see it.

It’s a great piece of work tho, and I definitely could not do better so what do I know lol

Wow, a lot more replies than I expected haha.
This is a lot faster than the general golf content you see, which was the point. It’s a style I’m known for and was hired for, which I knew would “upset” different people in different ways. In the end I am very happy with the result and more importantly, so is the client!

  14. Amazing! My only beef is 0:16 when the close up shows him taking the club back, but then it cuts to an earlier point at the start of his swing. I wish those cuts were a bit more seem less. Otherwise, terrific work.

Do you have a picture of the timeline? I’d love to see it!

  16. I learnt more about swinging a driver in this video than ever. Side bonus. Thanks and we’ll done.

This is cool but you need ADHD to watch this

  18. Bob_12_Pack

Cool video, but I think I have epilepsy now.

  19. Fantastic, cinematic, music went with it brilliantly.

    Very talented editing that.

  20. sinik_ko

Couldn’t finish it but what I saw looked cool

  21. DyslexicFartSmeller

How many hours do you put into this edit?

  22. Light_Me_On_Fire_Pls

The editing and concept are very cool but I also think it gave me motion sickness so maybe like 4/10.

  23. Due_Emergency2218

Are they cool with you distributing pieces made using their footage?

  24. NorthernMonk3y

Genuinely the first video I’ve ever seen on the internet that I couldn’t watch until the end. The cuts are wildly OTT and it almost “hurts” to watch – wrong word, but I don’t have better one to describe the feeling. Make the clips between the cuts at least twice as long, or only use the quick cuts in really short bursts with longer clips in-between to space them out!

Brilliant OP, love it from Scotland. We got lucky with the weather.
