Getting back into the game after a 10 year hiatus. Driver is still slice city. But I used to be able to play my irons pretty straight.
Was struggling with consistent contact and fatting/thinning them. Think I am getting that addressed. Have had to adjust from my teenage year graphite shafts to now hitting S130s. Found that a little pause at the top helps settle the heavier club for me.
Surprisingly I hit on my buddies Square LM last week and my swing paths were +/- 0.5 degrees.
Any glaring issues here? Am I extending early? My spin seems to be on par per the Square LM.

You aren’t wearing shoes
The reason you are out to in is because of the early extension of your right hip. Need more rotation
I’m not the best golfer by any means, but it looks like you’re throwing your right hip towards the ball a bit which is leading to arms getting stuck behind yourself slightly. A drill I like is putting an alignment stick through your belt loops and hitting like that to help solve it
