iron covers. I’m not sure about them, but when they’re as sick as this and they reveal the P Udi Bomber one iron, then there’s good reason to pay attention. In today’s video, who is going to go for this one iron? Is it just a specialist golf club or can you use it any place, anytime? I’m going to cover it all. It’s in today’s upload and it is the PUDI Bomber One Iron. Have you ever wondered what broken tees can actually be used for? Well, today’s video, which is a special open championship edition, is going to cover that because we have, look at this puppy. I think it’s limited edition. Pretty certain. I know that a couple of players have put it in play this week at Port Rush. This is the P Udi one iron bomber edition. We got a few extra tweaks and sparkles going in on this one. But in today’s video, we’re going to cover who uses this, what’s it for, why you might buy one of these, and which golfers can benefit from one of these versus who should absolutely avoid it. Let’s get into an absolute cracker on the PUDI Bomber. All right, so out the gate, let’s just talk about this thing. As we look at it from the top, you can see it’s not as bread knifey as these things used to be. Q’s been talking about a few other brands that were known for making bread knives. This is actually playable. You heard on the Dope Stroke podcast when we spoke to Dean Burmester, he will be using and is using as we’re talking a one iron at Lynx Golf Courses. It hits the ground and it gets sprinting. So when the weather gets poor, the one iron comes out. When the weather gets poor, the apex needs to be low and hustling. That’s what you’re gonna get out of your PUDI one iron. But this one’s got a few extra tweaks and curves on it. Look at the back of this club. They’ve put on that old school military aeroplane outlay lasered into there. That’s pretty cool. Then you’ve got a little bomb with the tailor-made tea bug as the eye mint. I love that. And instead of putting a one on there, they’ve gone old school writing with the one. Then you can notice some of the tech. It’s got a speed pocket. It’s got grooves all over. Not full face, but they sit on the face slightly darker. So when you sit it down, you can frame the golf ball nicely. This one has a nice fereral put on there and has been put with a golf shaft for me, which is the KBS TGI 100 to graphite iron shaft. So I will play 110 in my irons. I’m going 100 grams in this so that it doesn’t overwhelm and knock the set weight out. You heard that coincidentally earlier in the week in the Tour Truck Tuesday upload of Colin Moraua as he talked about the differences of weights and staggering them through his iron set. There’s the same deal. It then comes with this Brown Victory Classic grip that’s got the markings on it for you to hold the grip perfectly. Follow the decal and that will give you a nice face angle as you come into strike. For today’s testing, I’ve put a Super Tags on the bottom which we’re going to show you some of the avatars of the golf swing as well. see how this performs. I’ve got my full swing kit to explain some of the apex differences, but I’m going to and remember back to a Tommy Fleetwood video that we did. This is the new way, I think, of testing golf clubs. I need to embrace it. It came from Tommy Fleetwood. I’m going to hit one with the one iron and then I’m going to move to hit a different golf shot with the seven iron. It’s Saturday of the Open Championship. I’m making this extremely easy for you guys. I’m giving away, yes, it’s in my spec with the KBS TGI 100 to graphic iron shaft, but I’m giving away this PUDI. It’s been hit as many times as you’ve seen on this video. So, it is pretty darn fresh. There are no broken T- marks on it. It could be yours. This is how you get your paws on it. In the comment section, who do you think’s going to win the Open Championship? Fire their name. Then take a screenshot of that comment and the fact that you’re subscribed to me on YouTube. Follow Tailor Made on YouTube. Subscribe to them. Take a screenshot. Get into my Instagram DMs. Pop me the evidence that you’ve gone for it and I’ll pick a winner. Not this tour truck Tuesday coming, but the one after. So, we’ll give folks some time to get in. Hey, look. I didn’t say when you had to put your comment in. If it’s Saturday after and you know who’s won, get your comment in. This could be yours. Congrats to whoever the winner was. I hope you had a PUDI bomber in the bag. Maybe the best golf shot we hit on the channel. Again, just normal just a just a Tuesday filming as we get on that. So, let’s look at some of the data that’s come out of here. So, carry 205, but remember this thing is going to run out big time. Then if we get into the full swing to truly dive into the data as to how that was created, you can see that apex is pretty good. Club path was pretty decent how that was delivered. Let’s put a few more down. But before we get into that to give you the true testing process, I want to try and keep this based on golf swings and how you play on the golf course because this is going to be a players club. Yes, if you struggle with the driver, you could reach for this, but it’s not going to give you a high apex. It’s going to be one that’s pulled out for specialist golf shots. So, try not to get into a routine because of how hard it is to hit of just slamming one iron after one iron after one iron. If you can do that, you’ll probably be on the PJ tour and not subscribe to this. So, here’s the thing, and maybe this is a different video for you guys, but let’s understand that the one iron doesn’t replace the mini, at least not as a general overview. And the mini doesn’t replace the driver, at least not as a general overview. But these clubs all have a place for certain tournaments. And when you go and play an open championship, just go back to Collins win. Do you guys know that he changed 10 of his clubs, I think it was, in the runin to that tournament to get it done because he recognized as a competitor, as a player, and that’s what we can’t lose out on all these videos. I know I lose it at times, but as a competitor, he realized he needed certain setups in order to get it done given that week. That is how I want you to view this club. It’s something that’s going to work for certain scenarios. If you’re hitting it a certain way, even learn from Rigs. That’s right. Rigs from Bartool puts these in because if he’s struggling a little bit, this is his go-to. The best players in the world. If they want to hit certain shots, it’s on that podcast. This is what they go for. So recognize that. See it. All the tech is brilliant. Everything’s awesome. You are going to need ball speed to get this thing in the air. But for the right venue and the right situation, it doesn’t only replace these, it adds to the set. And given the weather conditions and the course setup and how much it rains, it goes in or it comes out. That’s what great players do. And that’s what this channel’s all about is trying to explain to you guys how you must have a squad of golf clubs that works for you as a competitor. So, there’s a bit of breeze. I’m off the tea. Nice enough. And remember in that Fleetwood video, we’re trying to just keep the feels going. We don’t want to dive too far off of what this club is. Specialist golf club for specialist conditions, specialist players, your golf trip to Scotland, your golf trip to Ireland, the wind that you play in at whistling straights. This is going to be a weapon for those environments. If you get off tight fairways, because of the sole being narrow, it’s a weapon. That’s where you use it. It is absolutely a squad rotational club that goes into your back. You’ve heard me talk about that in countless videos. This doesn’t stay in the bag every single week. But if you are a happy hamburger with no speed, you can use this if you struggle with driver, but it’s not going to be easy to use. You got to give it some power because the speed and we’ll dive in a little deeper again into those numbers. Let’s look up to it. Pick our target. Pick our golf shot. And look at how low that’s coming out. It wants to cut. Then if I dive into the data that we’ve got here, you can see carry 195 on that one. But the total because this thing will run 223 movement 5 yards right apex only 46 ft. So as we look down these numbers, if I look at club speed at 100, that would be I’d love to get 100 feet out of this, but the truth is it’s spinning at 3,400. It just wants to hit the deck and run. Let’s again keep the testing golf course real. Now I want to try and hit a draw with this club. Let’s see if it’s even possible. Hit a draw with the seven iron first. Nice into that breeze. We’ve got that covered. Back into this one. Not going off of the floor yet. Still going off of a tea. Little tip for you. If you’re struggling to draw clubs like this, tee it up a bit more. That’ll give you a bit more of a chance. And the feel is try and keep the tee just scoot that club off the top of the tee. So see if we can really rotate this one right to left. Yes. But look at the flight. Imagine that going through the sand dunes, landing on the fairway, kicking and sprinting on. And again, it’s only carried 195, but that one’s ran out also to 224. Apex 38 ft. This really is a lowhitting golf club to give you that chaser if you want to get more height out of it. Yes, you can bend a bit of loft on it. That’s not the purpose of the thing. If I look down now, I’ve got launch angle of 6.7. That is the purpose of the golf club. It’s designed to give you the chaser to win around those open championship venues as explained in podcasts from players as shown from you guys. And of course, this one is potentially designed for a look to go into your family of limited collection products. So, listen up. This channel, it’s for everybody. Of course, it is. And I put content out there to educate you on your golf bags. But who shouldn’t have a one iron? If this is screaming at you and you want to try it, if the shaft is, the grip you think is cool, even the super tags, try it, of course. But if you need height, if you need spin, your rescues are going to be more friendly. Your seven would your ninewood, damn, we’ve covered so many videos on that, they’re going to be more friendly. That’s the sort of player. If those are screaming out to you, stay away from this. Or if your name is Yang and you happen to get it done in a major against Tiger down the stretch, those of you who don’t know, Google that. It ain’t for him either. Why have more head covers in his bag than what you could think of, but he got it done. So, it’s if the club is working for you, yes, speed diff where you’re playing geographically, it will be an impact. But if you think you’re someone who needs that help, maybe just keep this as something that sits on the mantle piece. Higher is the next challenge I want out the one iron. Let’s see if I can hit a seven iron high first. Easy. So, you know your swing is on. Remember that again from the Fleetwood video. T goes in looking for a high one iron. Can we get the flight we want out of this ball position forward? Not a shot that you would use much. Higher. Not struck particularly well. Got to be honest. Ball speed is down significantly down to 133. only carried 190 and then that apex number launch 13 and the apex to 60. So there you have it. Yes, it looks great, but it’s going to be tricky to use. It’s not going to be overly forgiving if you can strike it and compress it. All of these, even that one, let’s take a look at attack angle was down 1.5. So you want to be squeezing that attack angle to get it out. All of these are hit down slightly with not much center of gravity further back to give you that chaser. So, it’s a unique club. It’s weighted according to the set. I do think this one’s aimed at the better players. I wouldn’t necessarily go for a higher handicap. I know Rigs from Bartool has loved the two iron before. Yeah, because maybe he doesn’t get on great with driver. It makes sense. Hard hard clubs to hit though. But for our friends in the UK playing Lynx golf courses, playing tournament courses, listen to Dean Beester Live Tour who was on that dope stroke. He talks about it great. I’ll put the link down in the description as to why he carries the one iron. Not massive usage, but looks seriously cool. If you want it, then maybe, and Tailor Made have done a great job with this, maybe if you just want the final piece, you can put on your flying jacket to go with the bomber setup. That’s pretty nice. And as it’s head cover season for the Open Championship, you could also snag your troty golf one, which again, I’ll put the link down in the description that you’d stick straight on your fairway woods and sitting next to that. That would look pretty sick. So, there you go. Great set of clubs. We’ll announce the giveaway winner in a to on a tour truck Tuesday coming soon. We’ll put the details in the description below how you get it. Good luck and be sure to subscribe. [Music]

  1. Loved getting my bomber last week. However, I noticed the bottom getting scratched up pretty bad after just 1 round. 😞 sad results for a limited edition club
