Uh, it’s dead straight. No clue how far it is, but I’m going to hit driver and probably have a wedge in. Actually, a lot of rain, so I doubt that. Yeah, that is true. We’ve had a lot of rain out here, so we’re not going to be getting a lot of roll. Ooh, that is pure. That’s right in the center. I’m playing a combination TE. Ryan’s gonna play from the tips. So, mine is like a gold white combo. Probably around 6300. Ryan’s, what’s yours? I think it’s 7,000. Uh, it’s fine. Hitable. Okay, this is kind of a monumental moment for us because this is my first time filming at at our home golf course, but you’re my first guest. Yes, first guest at Instagram. First guest. Um, but I’m just going to hit like a low sixiron and just let it run up there. I definitely don’t have enough club, but it’s cart path only and I’m too lazy to go over there. It did exactly the opposite. Mine just kind of rolled off the back, but honestly, I’m in decent position. So, I’m just going to try to chip this close. Maybe Ryan will just give me the putt. She’s going to blame. Probably not cuz it’s my brother, but we’ll see. Oh, wow. That landed very soft. That is not a gimme. That landed like a butterfly with sore feet. I have a putt for birdie. Yes. And I’m not gonna talk about it because I’m just gonna cash it. Okay. And what I meant by that is I have no idea which way it breaks. It goes left. Yeah. It goes left. That was no blank skis. Oh my. That is literally right at it. Oh. Uh, it’s a little long. I think nine was a club, but but it was right at it. It’s like what? 10 ft long. Yeah, we got 140 from here. I’m going to hit the full nine iron just cuz I don’t know. The ball’s going further right now. It’s pretty hot. Mine went a mile. Yeah, yours went pretty far. So, I I think a full nine is a good number here. Just got to commit to it. Uh, short. I was afraid of that. I didn’t really hit it. Amazing. It’s not warm enough for you. Bang. I need to hit a green, but right now I don’t have that obviously in the bag. So, if I could just chip this in, that would be best case scenario to go one up on Ryan. Are you using the wedge you left on the last hole? Yeah, I left this wedge on the last hole. So, I’m like kind of out of breath cuz I ran back there. Nothing can phase me though, so we’re fine. That’s good. Yes. Ha. In between the legs. No, I can’t. That’s a you specialty, not a me. All right, so mini driver story time. Our brother-in-law, Eric, he wanted it really bad. He got it and he got extra sift shaft ventas blue 11 and a half cranked it down to nine and a half. I tried it. I’m like, “Wow, this is literally a driver.” So then I bought one. I get the exact same numbers as my driver. So So you like it? 10 out of 10. Yeah, it’s a 10 out of 10. So Tailor made I want one. Kind of same as Ryan. I can take this over the right edge of those right bunkers. So, that is my goal. There’s a tree out there I’m going to aim at which is just left of those bunkers cuz it is into the wind. I think that gives myself the best opportunity to hit the fairway. Dude, that’s going to be so good. I have no idea. It was a little bit further right than I wanted, but I didn’t hear anything. No, that’s good. So, I think it’s fine. I was just lovingly talking crap. No, for sure. But, uh, tell my subscribers a little bit about yourself. You know, I’ll just give my whole life story in 30 seconds. Yeah, why not? Grew up in Centerville, Ohio. Went to Centerville High School. Played baseball growing up my whole life. Freshman year of high school, I said, “You know what? I’m going to try golf.” I don’t know why. I mean, I played before that maybe like a couple times, made two two rounds a year. I was like, I’m going to try golf. went out to tryyouts, shot I think I averaged 95 in tryyous my freshman year of high school. Decided to absolutely be obsessed with the game. The next year I averaged 76. So big change. Then went to right state, turned professional in 2017 or no it was 2018. Played on the Latin American tour, the Canadian tour, and then I played in one PGA tour event, the Barbasol in Lexington, Kentucky. And I wasn’t even going to play. I was like, I don’t really want to play. And then I think you might have told me just sign up. I can’t remember. But someone told me just sign I was like, “Okay, whatever.” Shot 68 in the preq or 67 in the preq and then shot 62 in the Monday and won it. So, playing the barbol didn’t make the cut, but cool experience. But yeah, and then I just I got injured, which obviously stopped my golf career. Didn’t touch a club for two years, just taught. Now I like to play golf for fun. So now he gets to play golf with me. Yes. And we just have fun and hang out. Yeah, it’s a good time. Videographer is already slacking. Come on. So, I honestly just need to land this on the green or just short of it. Let it roll up and get to the back. I’m going to hit a seven iron and just kind of punch it on out there. No. Oh. H. Not great, honestly. But I’m on the green. I just have a long long birdie putt. Got 123. Plays uphill. Maybe like 26. Now, this green slopes like this, so you have to hit like a dead hand knockdown. So, I’m hitting like a like a half nine iron. I mean, you’re literally just pin hunting right now and it’s annoying. Watch that be over the green. You think? No, it should be perfect. But I mean, I don’t practice as much as I used to, so distance control might be a little off, but I think that was perfect. Well, I have a 40ft putt for birdie, so I would rather be you. I mean, this is like what, 60 ft? Yeah. I mean, I’m playing a lot of break here and I have to hit it hard. This is really just a field putt. You just have to be a field player here. Or hit it closer. Yeah. Or don’t hit it where you have to punch it out. I missed the green. So, don’t know why I’m talking. Oh my gosh. Go. I thought I hit it really, really hard. Don’t. No. No. No. You left something back there. Look back there. You see it? It’s your purse. my purse. Oh, well, I was correct. Don’t practice that much. And I just decided to fly the green. I thought I chipped it enough, but obviously not. Well, at least you hit it well. I did hit it well. I feel like I took it back to like hip high, but this is tough. That’s bogey. That probably goes down as probably one of my worst lag putts in history. I agree. But it doesn’t matter if I make this. It always just cancels out. So this is for my par. I’m probably like 20 feet away. Go. Ryan gave me it. Psych. I didn’t even get it. About to be one up after this putt. Ooh. Hey, good hole by us. Yeah, that was Yeah. 123. Nice wedge. Thanks. It’s not stupid if you have any driver, though. Exactly. But it’s a back pin, so it’s the only time it’s a little less stupid. front pin. Like it’s even if you hit it right down the middle and have 30 yards, you make a boaty. Not when you do that, though. I’ll be fine now. Might be fine, though. Yeah, it’s fine. I’m going to hit a driver because this this TE’s a little bit further back than normal. Sometimes when I play this hole, it’s like all the way up there. But yeah, I’m going to just go right center of the fairway. It should just fade and hopefully take the slope to the right. I got through. We got some work to do. Oh, never mind. You’re fine. It’s fine. It’s just I would like to maybe hit a fairway. So my Okay. No, that’s my GoPro. I know that probably look disgusting on camera, too. It was ice and water. Ryan and I also have a little competition this summer or I guess this year where we play against each other 18hole matches and what is the score? Do you remember? It’s two to two. Yeah, of course I know that. So we’re completely tied up and so this match will I one of us is going to have to come out on top. Yeah. And the sad part is we’ve only played four times together this year. Yeah, I know. Which is always You need to stop traveling. Yeah, I do need to stop traveling. It’s kind of crazy if you really think about it because I thought I was going to be home more with doing like a lot more YouTube golf than the pro golf, but I’ve actually been gone way more. It’s actually cuz she’s scared to play against me. Yeah, I’m super scared of Ryan. He’s a really scary person if you haven’t figured that out. You’re like the least scary person I think I know. You think I’d win in a bar fight? Depends on who you go up against. Not a person bigger than me. I just honestly don’t know if you could do it. I think if it were fight or flight, you’re going to fight. Oh, I’d kick someone’s butt. If I had to, but I’m definitely going to get smoked. Yeah, you’re definitely done. You’re clocked for sure. 133 and 106 to carry that bunker. You really just want to carry this just over that bunker cuz the whole entire green slopes away from you. But I need to keep it low of that. So, I’m going to try to hit a low pitching wedge. 115. I I like that. Okay, I got really lucky. Hey. Hey, I finally hit the green. Is that good? Oh my. Wait, hold on. What is that? Now, chip shots. You should tow them. Was that a chip shot? Yes, that was from the last chip shot. Oh, okay. Now, you should tow them, but that that’s a little far out there. It’s a little sketch. 78 yards. Oh dear lord spin. Oh my. That’s close. I hate when you do that dance cuz then it means it’s good. Go this way. Just turn it this way. You got it. Just back up. You have to back up the whole way. Mom, just keep going towards us. I legitimately thought I was like I don’t know six, seven feet. I thought you were like 10, but you are a little bit further away. All right, finish it out. I am birdie. Nice bird. Imagine I missed that. That’d be super awkward. Boom. So, on our last putt, my mom, she forgot to hit record. I missed my putt. I had just like a tap in par putt. So, I went to go rehit the putt and I made it twice. Dude, what? I’m done. I’m leaving. And obviously, we couldn’t keep the ones I was making cuz it wasn’t my first putt. But um we just thought it was funny because it’s like I kept trying to like miss it and I kept making it again. I feel like that’s how golf is too. If you like try I mean not all the time but like in that case I’m like she’s trying not to make it and she’s going to make it. You make it every time. So, in between, I’m going to hit this. Is it in that? That actually went really far. Yeah. really far. I think it flew pin high. You weren’t wrong. It was definitely mud ball. There’s ever a time that she is actually okay for hitting it in the stuff, it’s right now. Cuz mine is not a guaranteed two putt. Dude, you’re not going to find it. Like right here. It flew directly. Uh, I kind of drop kicked this one. I did not hit it well. So, I have a pretty far way in. Ah, the wind’s down, but it’s soft. So, I’m going to stick with the sixiron. 170. Fill your divot. I will. I got sand. It’s split. Don’t know if this is correct, but when I split my divot, I use sand. Yeah, I think that’s correct. It’s split into two though. So, like that was definitely repairable. But I think if it’s not a big beaver pellet, sand. I agree. But isn’t it weird like when you go down south, you have to always do sand. Like you don’t repair your divots if it’s not bent. When I moved back from Florida, I for like my first round, I literally forgot to replace my divots cuz in Florida, you don’t. Yeah, you just don’t. Wow. I out proxied you with a sixiron. Well, I had nine iron. And you’re still further away. Yeah, but mine’s cooler. No, it wasn’t. How is yours cooler? How was yours cooler? It wasn’t. You know, I should actually stop talking cuz you’ll probably make it and then I’ll miss it and then I’ll be mad. I did aim point for a while on every putt and this one I’m just not going to do it. I’m not going to wait for Marissa to mark her ball and I’m not going to pull the pen. My ball’s not even in the way. But yeah, I know. But it’s there. If I hit the pen and it kicks out, it counts. Deal. Uh, sure. That’s good. All right. Good. Four. Wait. Lefty. About 13 feet for birdie. It’s kind of a swinging putt, though. That’s not good. What a bad putt. That one was actually deceiving. I’m not going to talk smack. That was a pretty deceiving putt. It looked downhill, but it was like actually like pretty flat. Yeah. Ah, that just I just felt like it was a really bad putt. I tell people all the time like people get so upset when they leave a putt short. Yeah. But like one putting is hard. Two, what we what we see is always not like what the slope is. So like her putt, it looks downhill. It was not. It was flat. So like we can hit a putt and the outcome we judge the outcome and it’s like the outcome isn’t always the true indication of how we putted it. I’ve got 154 to cover the bunker and 170 stick. It’s a little downhill and downwind. So, I’m going to hit nine. I actually have a hole in one on this hole, too. 10 years ago. Ryan has a hole in one on two and eight. And Mr. has one on 13. Yeah, you guys will see that in our next video. It’s not downwind anymore. I’m not going to hit the nine. That was a little uh what’s the word I’m looking for? Hurry up. These flies are literally eating me. I don’t care. Uhoh. You know what’s really annoying? Door slightly open. You know what’s really annoying? What? You 145. Wind is pushing right. Not super ideal for this pin position, but I’m just going to hit like a 3/4. I just don’t think the nine is going to quite get there and it’s going to move too much in the wind. So 3/4 right at it. Oh my. All right. Good miss. But wow. I think I was aimed over there. I’m not going to say the reason I hit it right was because of you. But why was it me? No. Was it cuz I was itching my I was moving my leg. I literally I literally took the call back and I saw that and I’m like, “Oh, where am I aiming?” Oh, I actually was wondering if you could see. I’m not blaming on you. Like I It still probably would not have been a good shot. Yeah, it probably wouldn’t have been. We’re going to not try as hard on this one. Just go up and hit it. A little chunk and runky. Go. Not bad. This is like 27 ft. It’s going to break. I think it’s going to go left and then right. Kind of a two two-way breaker here. Good speed though. Most important go. I can’t tell if that broke or bounced off my mark. Good putt. Thanks. It definitely broke. I felt it. That would have been cool. If you miss this, we go into the last hole tied. Yeah. And I’m 100% making this. I’ve never been more confident in my life. It’s the only person I can laugh at when you miss a putt. That was a good putt, though. It was in your head.
