this morning. Let’s start with the world number one, Karen. Well, she got a bit of a tough start. Was four over par through the first few holes, but on the 18th hole, which her ninth hole of the day, she would make that from an eagle. Putting her foot down from being in a share of the overnight lead. Well, in this ninth hole, there’s another par five, and players have to take advantage of these par five. Grace Kim and it’s on the 18th. couldn’t get to the green in two. Doing it the oldfashioned way. Taking advantage of a wedge with a little back stop. Tricky little putt to negotiate. So this one for birdie. Thank you very much. Yeah. So the 24 year old from Sydney in Australia who was in a share of nine under par. I mentioned the drop shots for Cupcho and that was one back. It’s been an eventful day. Somi Lee for par 14. The average putts on this green is 2.19. So there have been a number of three putts on this hole already today. Open club face again. Trying to use all those grooves to create some spin but minimize minimize the mistakes. Well, there you go. Did just that. And she admits she can get very angry very quickly. Confidence. Yeah. It just kind of runs through every every part of your game. So Lee splashing out into birdie land it looks like at 15 and back into a share of the lead here in Evian. Exceptional from over there. A little breeze into 167 pin. Should be pretty comfortable number for her. Yeah, it’s going to work out rather well. leads the field in par five scoring so far at six under and a chance there for an eagle to go eight under. See, but it’s all about getting the pace right and they’re hitting it hard enough. Not quite. Comes up shy better pace than the previous two. The point I was going to make was Anna Norquist came into commentary and said about Lotty W that she would be surprised if she wasn’t in next year’s Soulheim Cup team. I was tracking it just didn’t have the speed, Jessica. Yeah, it’s tough to hit that really hard. You can’t really be too aggressive with it. Um just because you do know that you can have a six-footer coming back pretty easily. And back over to the 16th Somi Lee for par. Okay. Always get a bit nervous when our director Mike Crow, producer Jesse West go to those short ones. You think, “Oh no.” It’s not often you have an ace and then back it up all around it for the rest of your 18 holes. It’s on a pretty tidy line once against that. Once again though. Oh, heading down into that area of the green. Oh, wow. What about that? A hole in one yesterday and a very good chance of a two today. It was her first ace in her LPJ tour career. Should be pretty comfy. Nine iron yardage though for Lotty even with that wind. This two on a good line. Yeah, very good. And a great chance for Lotty to bounce back after that short miss. Perfect position off the tea for Somi Lee. Started rhyming now, haven’t I? But uh hopefully just stick on. Yeah, decent birdie look. Nothing outside the hole will go in here. Yep. Five players have made two aces in an LPGA event. Remember, this is the 75th anniversary of the LPGA Tour. I mentioned Laura Diaz at the Kia Classic. A EY with a lengthy birdie putt. She needs this and a bit more. Well, she’s got that. Maybe she might get a bit more at 18. Needs an eagle, you would think, to have a chance of making the cut. Lydia Co, who didn’t get the yellow shirt memo from the other two players for padding for Birdie. Well, that’s what we come to expect from Lydia. Little pitching wedge down into the valley would be ideal. Well, sometimes you wonder whether it’s going to be your week. This is the third at the 18th for Somi Lee and we drove it left off the tea. So, couldn’t go for the green in two and still will have a chance for a birdie. If this drops, it’s power of the week. There’s power of the week so far. So far got that strong competition over the last couple of months starting at the Mexico Riviera Maya Open at Maya Coba and she’s basically had top 10 finishes minus that Shopright LPGA Classic where she missed the cut. She has been in contention this a moment or two ago over at the par five ninth with Ryan OL doesn’t have a lot of green to use. Hence the reason for a big flop shot. She was seven over par. But why are we watching Ryan at all? There’s your answer. Should move a touch to her right still. Pity pity for Leona Magguire but it it’s a secure three back of the now leader Somi Lee needs to make a decision. Keep it inside the hole and be firm. Good two putt there for Maguire. Stays three back. But if she can get it close, easy two putt. Raymond Birdie, that’ll change her whole mindset. Needs a good bounce. There it is. Oh yeah. Well, that’s good. That’s a great shot as well. I think Annie might have been in the dinner party last night with that group. Yeah, it was great company. This isn’t going to get there for Leona Magguire. The line was actually too good for the chunk and run that she would have loved to have been able to play from down there. I think you’d call it a steady start from Ya Magguire. No drop shots. Trying to consolidate after yesterday’s sparkling play. Is Maguire’s second. Plenty of grass around it. Copy line. the castle again, but almost catch too much grass. It’ be a good three if she makes it. There’s going to be a drop shot for Leona Maguire and she falls back to where she started the day. Although she may look easy. That’ll be short right. That’s a straight uh short left, I should say. That’s a straight part. [Applause] Yeah, that’s three birdies in a row. So, four under in a fivehole stretch starting from the 10th. Yeah, it was a final round procession, victory lap, I think you can call it. Just rams to the left edge. Okay. The owner was world number one amateur for a long time as well. The most. Yeah. In the middle. I’m calling that the valley of death to this pin position today. She’s got 154 146 adjusted for the hill and has to go right. It’s only seven paces that are usable if she goes at it. She’s drawn it in and it’s a mistake like that. It’s almost up and over 70° angle here. It is that steep. It’s always a tricky green. You kind of think it’s going to break towards the lake, but it just doesn’t or excuse me, away from the lake, but it that’s where we talk about the lake effect here. That hole always breaks a little bit less than you would think towards the front of the green. [Applause] Going along nicely. All pars so far today. And that is the way it stays after that uh 15. She’s put herself in contention in in major championships. Just hasn’t quite gotten the win just yet. That was classic. So, you reckon it’s a matter of when? Not if. Yeah. Yeah, she said she feels like she’s been playing some really consistent and solid golf. We’ve seen that certainly in the results. And for her, I mean, they’re able to break that par streak there with a birdie. It’s all about getting that putter to cooperate as it is for most players. Wow. seemed to take a couple bobbles there and still went had significantly too much pace. Probably one of the more straightforward sections of the green I think on this golf course to read. That was out of position the whole way and got back with a par. Just her ball striking has been superb today. Richard hasn’t missed a green. Given herself a lot of opportunities, but you can see in her reaction even there she had a similar reaction on 15. She’s giving herself so many opportunities, but is frustrated she’s only made one today. Have it come down a little bit right of that and then spin to the right once it lands on the green, but a kind of flattish line where the ball is. Very easy to leap this out to the right. Contact sounded good. Line also good. Everything Very good on this hole. It’s been the hardest green to hit today. Andrea Lee for birdie at the 18th. Her ninth of the day. Keeps giving herself chances. Yeah, just that 18th is one you certainly want to take advantage of. These all these par fives out here, they’re definitely your best birdie opportunities. the four easiest holes on the golf course by a significant margin. Well, that is excellent. Okay, no problem for Andrea at one. All right, back at 14. Leona’s bunker shot. So much sand. Have to use the bounce. Go left. Clever. So, a lot of players in there, as we do every year in practice rounds, fizzing them up the slope there behind the hole and having it come back right to left. Oh, just enough. And she is fighting hard today. Nearly made another ace at the second. Now you know why he could catch it. Down the hill we go at two and Andrea Lee walks one in so she gets to eight under par. She joins Jennifer Cupjo, her Soloulheim Cup teammate in a tie for third. Yeah, Bronty Law is just a moment ago at 17. Hello. Wonderful from Bronty. You said that, you know, she she’s not played that much on the LPJ. She had an incredible week a couple of weeks ago. of LPJ Meer. She was actually heading back home to London. Given the ball’s above your feet, it kind of drifts you over that way more often than not. Choked way up on that one. Excellent shot. Really is. Well, we’ve seen a roll in the pararts. Now, a birdie opportunity coming up. Confidence coming off of last week’s victory, but a major championship, something different. at 14. Gino hit and then hope. Truly hit and hope that you landed it in the perfect spot. Just like that. How softly did that land perched on the very tip of that bridge. Well, she doesn’t miss many of them in the Sohome Cup either. Excellent birdie four from Leona Magguire. Andrea Lee one off the lead as she plays the fourth. [Applause] Here it comes. How about this? Oh, off to the races. Well, I was going to say it was her first miss green of the day. Then I was like, “No, it’s on the green.” And then I thought maybe it might miss the green again. Here over there all the way in the back right of the green. Now this to keep this bogey free round flawless. Here it comes. And there it goes. I thought she had that one. Looked like it was going to catch that front edge. Not to be unfortunate. Three putt there. So three very nice T- shots at 17. See about the second from 143 for Meuire here. Well, that’s a pretty good start to say the least. Super one in a row. Yes. Leaking bogey after bogey after bogey. Four in a row. Here she is now at 15. That’ll flip the script right there. Richard, she could do the hokeie kokei, couldn’t she? Really? Here she is in the bunker at five. At least on a bit of an ups slope. So, we’ll get something to stop. I got to ask, does the the hokeie kokei does that translate? Hokeyp pokei. We have you got the hoke poke. Have you? Okay. Andrea Lee to remain within two. That was a dramatic second shot there from the bunker. Morgan, she was very frustrated with where that ended up. Going to guess that she may have almost been in a plugged lie as well in that bunker, which is why it came out a little bit funny. Should fancy this off her right. Fabulous. A great bounce back there, Richard, to mentally put what happened. Yeah. Back there in a moment. This full shot. Look how wide right. Saigo’s aiming this. Judged it to perfection. Oh, that what a putt. She made that look so easy. Nearly had her back facing the hole there on that putt up the hill to try and stay at three under Mi Lee. Really slow putt, Richard. What a what an up and down. How about her putting on this back nine? Yeah, she’s endured a couple of hiccups, but she’s back to eight under, two off the lead. Comfy lob wedge yardage for her. Little low driller. [Applause] We’ll drift ever so slightly to her left. end of the day. She’s going to finish where she started today. Andrea Lee this to get within one. That’ll be a first pass since the first. Three birdies, two bogeies prior to that. Seems like the wind’s just picking up a little bit more. See Andrea’s skirt flapping there. The trees behind too. That’s very well played. That was a touchy shot. Yeah, even knowing that you’re going to miss the cut. Well, out of the rough left into the bunker and the travails continue at nine for Andrea Lee. Bit of a messy finish. She’ll always have Aaron Hills, that’s for sure. Regroup and onto the next. Andrea. Yeah, the ninth play. One of the easiest holes on the course and that is a very disappointing finish for Andrea Lee. Seven under pass. She’ll be fuming for a little while, but she will be amongst the latter groups that’ll be heading out on Saturday here in Evian Ban.

s/b titled leona maguire highlights
Could we see some more Lottie Woad please?
How about the number 1 player????
What the heck⁉️. Just one Nelly Korda eagle⁉️ Mingie, Lydia, 2 Brooke HL, at least some A. Lee. Okay, enough Leona.
Why you don t show Nelly Korda ?
Cause she played with french ???
LPGA are you racist ????
You guys just don’t care about quality editing LPGA clips do you…. This is not the first … 🫠
Consistency for four rounds is what winner will need, not just one low scoring day followed by high score the next day. Moving day tomorrow & any of the top 10 can win. I still pick Jeeno for her consistency
That voice is getting shriller and shriller ..my poor ears ….
Such a beautiful setting
is this the leona maguire show?
shut it Morgan, you annoying yenta
Video editor is a relative of Leona Maguire
I'm a Jeeno/Kupcho fan but I notice Somi Lee is on the leader board a lot this year.
Highlights should be more than four players thanks team
is this the Rd 2 highlights or the Kupcho & Maguire show? LPGA is just too racially biased
Why don't they show more Maguire?
Mesmerizing to watch two golfers play par golf.
Is "Malbon" French for burlap-sack-skirt?
So impressed by Minjee's solid temperament today. She was 5 over through the first six holes but then she steadied and regained all of the shots she had lost. And Grace followed up her opening 65 with a 68. All of this and lots of Leona as well ! Who could ask for anything more ?
Lovely smoke it honey ❤
I wonder if the person putting this ‘highlight’ reel together is Maguire’s girlfriend.
Couldn’t even provide a completed second round leaderboard at the end of this video, how freaking pathetic !!!
Wonder did Leon paid these video so Europe league only
The Leona iron & putting, Andrea missed putting highlight reel.
👍
Besides for a handful of golfers, this is turned into the Oriental open 😂 however these women are fantastic and I absolutely love watching them
LPGA, increase your audience base. Get rid of that nasally, whiney, fingernails on a chalkboard, I-want-to-slit-my-wrist voice of Morgan Pressell. See how much better you can do. Are you all f-cking deaf??
painful to listen to that commentary….
