welcome back to golf grips for dummies and today I’m going to show you how to regrip a golf club we got an 11 iron it doesn’t matter if you’re a season vent or you’re a beginner a grip kit is the way to go it’s got everything you need to regrip a set of golf clubs first thing you’re going to do is grab that hook blade and slice that old grip off if you’re someone who leaves the golf clubs in the car or a place where the temperature fluctuates the grip may not come off nicely and here’s a little tip to save you a lot of time take a heat gun or hair dryer and heat that old grip tape off and it’ll come off nice and easy then you’re going to clean that shaft with just a little bit of solvent and a towel make sure the shaft is dry before applying that new piece of double sided grip tape make sure to take off both backings and when you’re done twist in the excess tape into the butt of the club then you’re going to grab that solvent put some in the grip give it a good old shake and let it pour on the grip tape the grip’s going to slide on nice and easy
