The Best Value Golf Club We’ve Ever Seen…

That view there is unbelievable. [Music] Never the signpost you want to see. You know what the funny thing is? We’re having that much fun here. I’m almost not not bothered about the score cuz the score always matters. But I don’t feel like the score is the be all and end all. Whereas some courses, all you’re thinking about is how low can we get. So for this place, I don’t feel like that’s the case at all. Oh, great shot. That’s got to be close. I’ll tell you what, that was absolutely gorgeous. Sensational. She’s got a death wish. Well, this could be one of the most unexpected turn of events of the whole series. Chris, how are you? Very good. Now, this place looks absolutely incredible. Guys, today we’re at Scarra South Cliff Golf Club. Um, and there’s a fountain on the first. Look at that. Absolutely gorgeous golf course. Congratulations for sorting this out, Chris. I know. Turn up for the boat. Held the um English amateur here or British amateur. Amazing. What’s a slope rating for us, Chris? White TE’s handicap zero to.8. So, handicap would be one. Oh, play it as you see it. Well, are we saying carry the pond with driver to the first hole? It is early in the morning, isn’t it? It is really early in the morning, but it is 3:30. Right. I think it’s time to release the seeds with a set of SDX1’s today. Where’s Bobby? Bob again, I’ve heard. Right. A really interesting story about Bob. So we said yesterday or last week he was he was on the Old Trafford Stadium tour for his birthday. I’ve heard he’s got lost down the Liverpool leads Canal. He’s gone full Rosie and Jim and just lost. It’s on a barge. He’s gone barging this week, hasn’t he? It makes a difference from what he’s usually doing. Away we go. I think your safe line is that tree line on the left. Yeah. And then the next tip Yeah. That might be safe. Oh, it’s position A, Chris. We called it. That’ll do. It’s open. So, it’s 36 holes again today. So, we might I’m not going to manage them on the first, but I think we will manage at some point. Keepers out here. Busy golf course. They’ve told us to get out here early. Got us on at 7:04. I don’t know how we’re on time either, but we are. We arrived at 7:01. Got out of bed at 6:48. Correct. I’ve got time for a practice swing. That wasn’t the line I wanted. Oh, it’s bounc. I’ve seen it bounce. T is back here. We don’t want to be losing them. Right. I’ve had the nod from the green keeper. 76 yards. Go. It’s better than mine. Good shot. [Music] Go. Done the same. It’s an opening par. Why the flags always do that? Can you um believe they’ve not made this a double green, by the way? I know. We did think it was double green, didn’t we? Maybe it used to be back in the day. Right. So, we had a wonderful Airbnb last night. We’re in the same one tonight, actually. Should we show them the view? Yeah. Overlooking Scarra cricket. You were just watching a couple of overs, weren’t you? Watch some overs. Last night we don’t know who was on. But no, I personally think cricket’s one of the worst games ever invented, but I still just parted for 20 minutes and then I nearly went to bed. I think sometimes you’ve got to How is that on every bowl? I mean, the standard wasn’t amazing that we watched unless that’s good cuz I don’t really know what’s good. But it’s a shame that cuz I think we could have had a more of a go at them. You’ve just said I think the green keepers probably didn’t cut the greens much shorter cuz we’re in a bit of a a proper summer arine. Not sure. O, I’ve heard it hit something. Yeah, great swing. Good. It is bounding as well. Bounding down there. Right. Even with that drive, I’ve actually missed the fairway on the left. And I’m thinking that basically what I thought was line wasn’t the line, but we have gotten away with that massively. I’d say as well, this is probably one of the first courses in a while that neither of us have actually played yet. No, never played here. Usually one of us have played one of them, haven’t we? But so far so good. Man was right down the tree. Was that do nicely? Yeah, it’s not your best again. It’s just gone over that perfect distance. Came out in the wrong direction. Right. Mine finished just along on the fringe actually. And Chris’s is nicely flag high. You getting your pitch mark again. Fantastic. Come on, come on, come on, come on. Oh, wow. Either side. It’s a slow start on a gorgeous morning. The Scar South Cliff. Okay, third hole, the McKenzie. I imagine something’s waiting for us up near the green there by the name of that. But 160 yards. As you’re saying, Chris, just a good hole. Don’t need to be 200 yards, does it? Looks good. Here we go. Bring the breeze downwind. Don’t want to go away. That’s nice. Great strike. [Music] Oh, it’s just in that little swale on the left. line. It’s up past the swale or the bunker. We don’t know yet. We’ll take it. Right. We had a chip in yesterday. 60 back. We can have a chip in today. I don’t know how that’s finished there with it all in that way. You think it fall in? Mine was in the trap of destiny. It’s a great shot. Ah, my zoom was a bit late. I was looking down the next hole to be honest, sports fans, but Bob will put a zoom in. That was for George. That one was for Leslie. Ah, that was an interesting walk, wasn’t it? Yeah. had a bit of a stride on what I thought. I must say I was impressed with it over the road and you get out here and you’re just like, “Wow, see view.” I do remember people telling us this like it’s called South Cliff for a reason and there’s some holes that look the same here. Look, Chris has been looking at the property property in Scarados. Oh, I can see the flag. I was about to say can’t see the flag. You can drive us too much here. I think it’s your trusty hyird. And we’re on the move. One under par through three. Time to kick on. Say that’s perfect line. It should keep right. I’d have thought. I tell you what. Yeah. Look at that go down. Bounding down. That sounded like a proper golfer at that, didn’t it? And I don’t I don’t try to say anything else. But Oh, he has as well. Now I’m thinking it’s because this tea is like more sheltered. So the the that’s why it sounded like it did. Acoustics. Yeah. Acoustic variation. All of a sudden, this is a much more interesting hole than what it looks like off the tea. Huge kind of dip. Yeah, dip down on the right. You certainly don’t want to go right with your T-shot. Good job. We both favor the left side. I’ve been looking for that for ages. And it’s just under that little tuft. This is yours. You pick mine up. There you go. Another chip in. Maybe look at it down here. Chris deep lights up. I’ll push you there. Oh, it just spun to the right, didn’t it? But it’s back to back home boys, isn’t he? The last soldier. Yeah, there is Scarbados, everybody. I’m going to be honest with you here. I wasn’t looking forward to this as much as I probably should have been. Not because I I’ve heard anything other than good things, but this this is incredible. Look at five here. Beautiful morning. Oh, nice. Thank you. Something in the water there. See the orange boy? It’s level with it to the right. It’s just coming up, turning and going back down. Just a wave. Oh, I can see a fin there. Hey, I’ve got a fin on there, Bob. Can you see in the middle? Not your best. I was thinking about that shark. Yeah, it’s a good job you’re here. Just out over that bunker to the right. Safe, some would say. Shot. What’s my lost ball sponsored by? Sponsored by pumpkins. Pumpkins are flying up at the minute. Are they on the lotment? Ready for October. Ready and rar. I think they might be early this year. They might be some big pumpkins. Where is it? I thought we hadn’t got it, but it’s all the way down here. We’ve got a good shot in. Right. How far have we gone? I did think that earlier over there. That’s the perfect line. I knew that. Oh dear. That might be one. I lost one. But we can still make birdie. Make birdie. We wasn’t just coming down for the view. We was trying to find the ball. Yeah, I was I was worried for a second that again. Well played. Yeah, it was a bit of like a muddy sandy lie. That view there is unbelievable. The beautiful part of the country. Delightful. Great shot. I thought you’d been a bit over over agressive there, but it spun lovely, isn’t it? Little bit of check from the new wedges for you. Well, we’ve got this for three birdies on the bounce. After quite a slow start, we seem to really got into a rhythm. That’s what’s called a doveetail birdie. To me, to you, to me, to you. The two lost balls exist. I must say, so far, five holes in is a prime example of why we were so desperate to do this series, why it’s been probably the best two years of content we’ve made, and why we’re so grateful for the guys at Tacomao and Seed for supporting us. Nearly flipped that open. Great ball left side of the fairway. I don’t think I’m going to beat that. 36 is time to manage. There you go, my friend. From the one stop last night then. 1 25 to six. Breakfast of champions, didn’t it? Bob already had his. Yeah. You have to one bite to Bob. right shape. It’s just leaking to the right again, isn’t it? Oh, it’s a shame cuz the balls look spectacular, right? And this is what we are left with. Potentially another chip. Well, that broke a long way last, didn’t it? Go. It’s a great shot. Well done, sir. Take mine up. We’re missing Bobby, aren’t we? We’re like two mules. We are cars. We are right. 160 yards downhill downwind. Playing about 150. Watch out. Hey. Yeah. Keep coming in. Keep coming in. Oh, it’s delightful. That is a great golf shot. It’s about time. I didn’t want to say anything. Yeah, well done. Very good. Another great line. Two shots, two solid shots. I’ll let you go with your own ball attempts. I don’t want to try and steal that off you. Thank you very much. Turn. Turn. Turn. That is horrible. Oh, shoot. I was going to slow that down on the intro. Guaranteed. Well, we’ll tend to let one slip there. Yeah, we need to get one back here, I think. Eighth hole. Two. Two good hits. Got a chance of a Steven. Great shot. Threaded through those bunkers. Y that is absolutely fine. And I’m going to manage once again. 189 playing 182. Certainly cakes in the trap. Oh, this could be really good. Right, yours has clung on to the fringe. Mine was in the bunker. Go on. Go on. That’s for eagle. That’s for Regal. It’s a great effort. I’m going to have a chip. Is that the f Is that the four? We’ll work that out on the next T. Good effort there. Just didn’t come around, did it? It’s a four. Now, like I say, the gift that keeps on giving is Scarra South. If you’re in the area, make sure to recommend an Airbnb, but I don’t think I can. That’s a fantastic drive. He’s up there over Did you see it skip over the bunker? I did. Um, no. No. You’re hitting one. I know when I was just thinking how fast I was going to swing it. Just realized we haven’t checked the audio in about four holes. Just left out there a touch, isn’t it? It’s a shame. It’s probably not a bad shot if you’re playing your own ball. Right. Well, we are terribly sorry about that. We were joking about we hadn’t tested the audio for a few holes and it hasn’t worked. Very, very frustrating though. So, we apologize for anyone who’s annoyed with the audio quality because we don’t have Bob. So, we’re not using the proper camber and gimbal setup. So, in that case, we’re just on our own, aren’t we? And you know whose fault it is. Oh, what a shot. Chris is up to the right and Robinson middle/ left hand side of the greening one for an own ball eagle. Uh, I’m going to apologize about the audio as well. There’s nothing that annoys us more than bad audio on something like that. You’ve missed all our quickwitted You Yeah, you’ve missed some fun. You’ve missed some fun. this for a 600 power front nine. [Music] Oh, great effort, my friend. Where’d you have it? Uh, probably about a foot and a half left, actually. It does move quite a bit. Go. Had the line, not the legs. That’s another own ball. That’s three own ballers for me on that front nine. Be absolutely spandangled in scarvados later. Zero for me. Okay, 10th hole. Start the back n over the hill. 408 ys. Another fantastic call. And after this, we’re back over on the parkland. We are back over. I’ll let you go. If you a good one, I might manage. And it’s interesting how many times you get a halfway house that’s not halfway cuz I believe it’s on the nest. Yeah, Lindri’s the same. Sit well’s the same. What about Fixby? What was that? Uh, no. Fixby. Fixby was after the 10th. Yeah. Oh, no, it wasn’t. It was after the 9th. Oh, was it? Yeah. Tankers. That’s not the ninth. That’s the 13th. Oh, parched. Parched and starving. Waterton. Unbelievable. Best halfway house in the country. Correct. That’s exactly what I wanted to see, Christopher. That’s a great shot. Oh, it’s even kicked left. Ah, stop it. Do not te off until you hear the bell. It’s lucky we’re first down. This lad’s flying down here on that speed. He’s just come down out of there. Unbelievable. He’s You know what? He’s He’s out on the tiles and he’s karaokeing this afternoon down on the front. I know that. What a drive that is, by the way. I know. I didn’t see it off the uh the old club, so I’m glad you did. Oh, I got the zoom and everything. To say you’ve not played it before. That’s position A. It is, isn’t it? It didn’t want to be any more. If I’d have gone at that, I must admit, I imagine some of these houses might get a bit peppered. Well, if I’d have gone at that stake, it might have gone into that long stuff. So, it’s lucky I uh pushed it a little bit then. That we’ll take it. What have we got? I haven’t got a rangefinder. You are the Oh, look at that greenhouse. Love a good greenhouse. That’s a That’s an 8B10. That 8 bit 10. I’m going to say it’s about 147. Got Sheila in a window there. 123 playing 126. Oh, that was miles away. Sheila eating a porridge in the back one first time. 189. She is. Looks a nice porridge though. This is your moment for an own baller. Oh, that took another good bounce. That’s a chance. Big divot big. Wonder if his his tomatoes are getting on in his if he’s got tomatoes in his greenhouse. Might be a cucumber man or peppers. What’s the most British thing you’d have in there, would you say? I’d say it’s got to be a Tommy. Every time you see a greenhouse, you see the tomies. That’s a great swing. That feel the club. The draw’s back to stay, I think, Chris. Yeah, great motion that great motion. Yours just took a bit of a wilder kick actually. The way it goes on for an own baller. You’re looking at a virgin man here for own ballers. Wonder if Bobby would have had baller by now. Of course he would. That man the flusher. R3 wizard is Bob. Oh, he’s going to the walk. The old lunge. And watch yourself there. You might fall something. I was just thinking that actually. Tight groin there. Right to left first, then left to right. Mine literally died about 3 in before the hole, didn’t it? Yeah. Got to go back. Got to go back. Oh, it’s just a tough green. That, wasn’t it? Yeah. We couldn’t have put it in a harder uh place to put from. Lovely windows up there, though. The windows. That’ be a lovely living room. Tell you what, that is a good view. That is, yeah, they haven’t got a door handle on the windows either. Right. And just like that, the adventure the other side of St. Michael’s way is over. Goodbye. Let’s go back. How do you feel about that? Just a little bit disappointed. Waterton should have been open. Should has bacon and Well, didn’t do eggs. Bacon and sausage on tiny. Oh, I I do feel like now we’ve got a lovely It’s like a total different golf course. Seven holes left and look at them. Just beautiful. It is beautiful. Go. I’ll let you go again after your last stoning drive. Ricky one is what we got here. Stroke index doss 44 447. What a beautiful day. Is it be it just got like four degrees warmer? Yeah, I know. I’m melting now. I think your line is that hut. Yeah, those two uh holes. Number 11. Come on. Nice. Look at that. Just going around that corner. Great shot. That’s going to run for miles, that one. I think that’s job done. You go, my friend. It’s just a long couple of days, isn’t it? Just a long couple of days, right? It’s a great drive that. We’ll take it. Right. I’ll grab the uh Genius Pro one two. You mean the uh the Mousie G1? That’s the one I mean. Yeah. Actually, I’ve turned it on here as well, so we can just go on that. I do love this thing. It’s like it makes things so quick and simple. Quick and simple. That’s what you want, isn’t it? Really? Oh, this could be it. Finally. Is this it? It’s got to be. Oh, great shot. That’s got to be close. Did you miss scampering round to get the zoom then? I saw you. Saw you in the peripheral. Can’t miss me at the moment. You and me both. Not Bob the racing snake. I’m waiting for the comments with his top on saying it. Ellie the elephant was in in the video. That’s Bob that I think Bob’s got a few accounts. I think he gets in the comments. It’s been a tough time, Chris, hasn’t it? You know, these comments I think it’s Bob. Yeah. Good flight again. Yeah. Solid. Bit skinny that one actually. Speak speaking of little and large. Yeah, I think Bobb’s got some uh troll accounts. [Laughter] He’s arrived. Both good shots. He’s finally arrived. Got a chance again. Great shot. I don’t think we’ll take mine. I’m not going to knock it towards the hole like I did last week and then hole it cuz that was stupid. Come on. He’s got it. He’s got it. Finally arrived. Nice of you to partake. I know. I do apologize. What’s that building there? That is the uh school, I believe. Scarra College. Scar Scarbados College. What another fantastic looking hole. 330 downhill into risk. Bunkers in a good place. Just a good hole. What we saying? The line is straight between them I believe. I think left edge of the green side one. See you. I’ve got your ball. I was just tickling him in my back pocket and realized I got two. You’d hope you got two, wouldn’t you? Really? Is that ball going to fall off there? Right at the top of me back swing. No. Can we get there? No. Who can’t go? Great ball flight. Kick left. Right. I don’t know how it did that, but No. And it’s it’s nowhere near the green. How did you hit it? Uh, a bit bottom, but I’ll give it to wall up then. I don’t think we got more than 50 yards in, have we? No. With the cowbell. That is lovely. Where’s that finishing? I’ve zoomed. I’ve never seen it. Just past that trap, I think next to you. Social. I feel like that’s playing longer than 330. We’ve got about 50 60 yards. And yours has had a horrible bounce, hasn’t it, in that? I think it landed straight into this bank and trickle back in. Right. This could be for a well up and down for a fourth own baller of the day. You know what the funny thing is? We’re having that much fun here. I’m almost not not bothered about the score because the score always matters, but I don’t feel like the score is the be all and end all. Whereas some courses all you’re thinking about is how low can we get. So for this place I don’t feel like that’s the case at all. Do you reckon here? Just just feel one in little 52 drawing one at that Christmas tree there. Yeah, it’s got to be right. It looks like it moves a lot to the left. This a great fly. Just stop that. Did you see that? I did. I’ve just called it. That was delightful. Just more imagination, I think. Less less of the textbook and more of the imagination. Oh, that’s nice as well. Yeah, lovely. Totally different release patterns them, aren’t they, to a normal pitch shot to try and get that just turning. Yeah, but two good shots. Right then, that is a chance for me to get another own baller back. It is. Yeah, I don’t think they’ll be missing that one. Greens have been spectacular, haven’t they? Yeah, of course. So far, fantastic. There’s not many people been to this coast either. No, it doesn’t get the publicity of the West Coast, does it? Missing a trick. There’s no open championship venue on this coast, is there? No. Best we’ve got. Never in doubt. Just a well planned out three that wasn’t it? 13 par 4 3 35. It’s uh it’s not the longest of courses, is it? But it’s like really really well guarded. Yeah. So bunker here turns a little bit to the left. Jimbo’s going to show us that drawer is refound. I’ve just rekindled the magic. Yeah. Where you going? Right edge of the bunker with a little draw. Yeah. That that lone tree you can see. I like it. Oh dear. It drew. We spoke too soon there. We biged up that draw. You were hoping to rest them then, were you? You got a driver out your bag? No, I didn’t even get it out. I was about to say good one here and I’ll manage. It’s a shame because this hole does really suit your eye for a draw, doesn’t it? Yeah, that might be one gone, you know. Sponsored by Potted Peas on the a lotment. We’ve not lost it yet. I don’t know. Just get get it in early. Potted peas. That’s spectacular. That’s really good. The best one today. That Oh. Oh, it’s took a massive kick forward and left as well onto the green hopefully. Well, it’s not a lost seed. It wouldn’t be a very nice one to play. I think we’ll collect that on the next hole, Chris. Yes, I think so. That looks a great hole. Yeah, it does. Oh, some beautiful holes coming up. Stay tuned. And this hole is the hole that we thought was a double green on the first. Seems that’s a fruity shirt from that fine young gentleman. It is, isn’t it? I can imagine Shawn McCullum wearing that. I could actually just seen the Bonk boys have been on tour again. Have they? Yeah. A final. Harrah. What you got? 54. Is that going to go? Yeah. Go on. A nice first bounce. It’s not done bad though. Not how I expected to play it, but it’s a chance. It could work. Just checked up on it. Yeah, I thought it might kick forward rather than a long birdie attempt. Not our best stuff that right, we’ve ended up with Chris’s ball. This is for another own baller back to back outside opportunity. I think it’s fair to say. Oh dear. Well, I thought that would come back. Went the other way if anything. That went that went well. Must have been either side of a ridge. I went at it cuz I saw yours go up the hill. P. We’ve not lost anything. 14th par. What a gorgeous looking hole there. Look. Love how quick that just zaps on to as well. 147. It’s an ideal eight iron if that’s the case. 149 playing 145. Little eight. Just a nice kind of cuty eight. It’s downwind, isn’t it? It is actually. It’s not a wedge, though. I’ll tell you what, delightful shot. That was absolutely gorgeous. Sensational caress was it these things for the price said it all this series but phenomenal really phenomenal get inside that boy what is it about 10 ft away it’s a great chance oh that is fantastic I didn’t see it down. It’s about 2 ft from the flag. Spun right for me. Ah, caressed in there. Caress. I think we’ll take mine home baller again. And I got my ball from the other hole. I didn’t forget. I’m clawing them back. What have you got? Four. I’ve got four today. I think you This is for your second one, isn’t it? Great shot. Some lovely green side spin to get it that close to the hole. Greens are fantastic. First ever hole in one. Still eludes you though. It does. the way it goes on. Well done. It’s a good two that very good two. Okay, on to hole 15, the draw. You can see here just under 400 yards, but a very, very tight dog leg to the left. Big dogs out. Yeah, looks a good uh a good old This, doesn’t it? Like I said, two totally different golf courses, all within one. Let’s have a look at the mile and see what we do have. Right. So, if I want to go there, 312. There’s a bunker there, Chris. If you hit it 300. Yeah. Like on the tree line, then we’re pretty much golden. Right on the edge of these trees here. Withdraw. Yeah. Probably want to just miss this overhanging branch above your head. Not that one. That one. You see that overhanging one there? Oh, yeah. That. Oh, really? Yeah. No. Well, it’s safe. Bottled it. It’s safe down that right side. Yeah, it’s actually kicked left as well for you. That sounds actually all right that to say I bottled it. Just deciding, sports fans, do we have a bacon sandwich, bacon and egg, or do we go full breakfast here at Scarra? I know we keep saying these shirts aren’t getting any slimmer, but if you don’t eat, you die. Correct. That’s the line with a bit of fade. I reckon that’s got to be perfect. I didn’t hear anything, so it’s got to be bang in the middle. Another one that’s been in there a while, but all the old length out of shell just to see us through. Yeah, I think it’s melted once or twice that best way though. It is. What a find. I’ve collected mine just in those trees. Jimbo position A. It was perfect, weren’t it? 79. It says on there 83 to the flag. You got 54. We might go 60 actually. Yeah. It’s downwind, isn’t it? It needs a bit of loft potentially. [Music] That is an unbelievable fly. That got to spin. Oh, is it heavy? You see that ras back there? Spin back. It’s just over a mound there. You can barely see it once you go higher. Do you want that? I’m going to have that. Yeah. Again, sounded like a proper golf shot, didn’t it? Yes. I was worried. Talk about slamming the bag down on the back swing. I was trying to get the stand out and it was stuck obviously. All is forgiven. Great shot that [Music] he’s gone aerial. Oh, see that the two different shots there. Thor’s like rode the wind, isn’t it? Aerial of the green, unfortunately. Right. Really good distance control on mine there. I’ll let you have a go at the own ball. It’s a bit of a Tina thing. I don’t think we have to worry about hitting it. No. Couple of feet and this could get away. Thought it had to snap at the end. Good pace. Good roll. Yeah, missing top size. Not the end of the world either, is it? Die, die, die, die, die. Have we paid that a bit too much respect? We did. But right, 16th hole, par five, Waterloo, 531 yards. I wasn’t expecting a par five. I don’t know why. No. I think we’ll take it. Difficult closing holes. Yeah, certainly. So, just bomb it around the corner, I think. So, get it turning. Not like the last one. I think just draw it off that red tree. The red tree. Got you. Just like that. That should kick left now. Oh, Chris, it’s brilliant. Still going. Look around the corner. Waloped is that my friend waloped. Let’s go. Right, Chris. Just in the roof, but a fantastic T-shot. That’s the red tree I said to draw it off. And luckily enough, I mean, we didn’t actually see that. I think it was that imposing. No, we didn’t see that, did we? 192 to the middle. Oh, that could kick perfectly. You’d hope. Oh. Go in. Oh, sit, sit, sit, sit, sit, sit. Just gone off the bat, but it wasn’t going quickly. Ah, yeah. I don’t think you need more than an eight. No, it’s a good job you didn’t hit six. Do I go that far up right and let it can off again or I’d go less? I think that’s what kicked it a little bit too much. That’s the line. I think. Oh, yeah. That might go in that. You zoom in. Oh, about stop. Seven or eight feet. That was bang on line like as soon as it landed on the green, wasn’t it? Cracking shot. And that’s for an eagle. That delight. Fantastic shot. Yeah, I’m really happy with that. And I think the shot was land it this short and just hope you get an all right kick. Cuz I think mine pitched around where we are now, whereas yours pitched there. And just I actually thought it looked like a fantastic shot, but it might actually be in that in those nettles. Might be a goner. They are close to the edge of this green. Have we got her? We’ve got her. I’m getting the club out. I’m not getting in the nettles. That’s very punishing, isn’t it? It is cuz it’s not a bad shot, but then you’d be struggling from there to be honest. Oh, just hit it. Just hit it and it’s in. Right edge cup right firm. A little bit softer. The back edge of this green. We’ve got the birdie. Turn. Turn. I had to give it a go, didn’t I? A birdie. Good birdie. Really? Okay. Seventh hole. 180 yards into the wind. 17th. Seventh. It does. It’s felt like a long morning, hasn’t it? Yeah, it has. Although an enjoyable one. Feels like we’ve played two two different golf courses. Totally. Totally different. It’s a great strike. Could do with a good kick though. Come on. So that’s a path ball. Bounce straight. Is this all I’ve got with six or just a nice one? All you’ve got. Great swing. That needs a kick as well. Go on. Oh, nice bounce. Yeah, that’ll do. Good shot. Left side. We’ll have that. They’ve actually worked out quite well then, haven’t they? Yeah, mine’s surprising there. Mine is the short one, I believe. And you are on the dance floor with a chance. This wind is up now as well. Feel it. Right. Outside chance, but a chance. Always a chance with this in my hand. Always. What a roll that was again. When you hit that, I thought that’s never getting there. But it’s quite quick that wasn’t it gone past. It was an outside chance to be fair, wasn’t it? Yeah, that’s a poor P. That pushed it that one. Pushed it. Never in doubt. Right, guys, check this out for a closing hole. Par five finish. And that looks like a bit of a brute into this wind. Never the signpost you want to see. That’s a good effort up that left side. It’s not that long this. It’s just the wind, isn’t it? It is. Yeah. Straight into must be the regular wind. This I would say stay there. Stay there. It’s safe. It’s quite short between those two. Yeah. And on the final hole, it looks like we have a seed down. This seed is sponsored by Oh, it lives on. seed lives on. Right into this final hole, we have 232 yards. Just 217 to the front. And that isn’t bad actually. I expect it to have longer in than that. 230. 230. I was just explaining who that lost seed was sponsored by, but these houses here remind me of um was that really hilly course we played down south? Hinhead. Hind. Yeah. Quite a few like that, weren’t they? Some beautiful houses. Can we get there? If you’ve got one, congrats. Oh, that’s a tired one. That is a tired one. Sit. Oh, it’s all right. I hurt my thumb. That actually absolutely fine, but not your best. I mean, if yours wasn’t the best. We have only got a wedge in though, so we’re all right. That seed wants to be lost. Wants to be donated. I can’t believe it, but it lives on. That’s incredible. Mine is just there. So, we do have a chance. Waves on. Lovely house. Oh, some fantastic properties. That’s lovely. That one. I could see myself here this time next year. Rodney, we’ll be millionaires. 60° in it. In fact, now we have 54 midflight cuz there’s plenty of green over that bunker, isn’t there? Busy day here at Scarra South Cliff versus T Ram. I can see why. Fantastic course. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed this, haven’t we? We have. Great flight. Oh, it’s long. It isn’t. I thought that was really good in the air. Get a great flight. You flyed them delightfully today, my friend. Thank you. Bob would be proud of you today. Hopefully. It’s all we can aspire for. It’s all we dream of and not of approval from Bob. She’s got a death wish. Go, go, go. Dear another yard. It’s either that or killer. Yeah, I was going to say there was uh Yeah, not much in between. Right. Mine did just scuttle on. Chris hasn’t actually worked out that bad. It was a tough shot from over there really. We wanted to be missing it that side. Yeah, this side would have been fine, wouldn’t we? But but my driving the right hand roof didn’t help that. For nine underpar, what a lovely house. Is a beautiful there as well. Stone brick work went through there. Some big houses here. Imagine if you let Kev Mloud loose on that. Oh, old Kev field day. Right for nine. Although not his best score. One of the most enjoyable rounds today. Go. Oh, it stayed up. Well, might be the bottom of the leaderboard. Is it bottom? Well, it’s down there, isn’t it? But not in our hearts. See you next week when we go to North Cliff.

  1. James if you're in Swansea have a look at Clyne and Langland Bay not far from Pennard which you played in an earlier video

  2. I experience more enjoyment watching this Takomo/Seed series of you young gentlemen scrambling around some beautiful golf venues, and Bobbie’s editorial commentary, than the various weekend “Tour” broadcasts. This is what should be rewarded for growing golf, not huge payouts and endorsements for touring pros. Love your work.

  3. Brilliant again, just the banter from the two of you and the superb golf keeps me smiling all the way through! Thanks lads

    "I said, C…….. of …..ts!"
Sorry microphone. You couple of muppets! Bring back Bobby.
Keep up the great Sunday Funday with Takomo and Seed.

  5. I love this series and you two are better than any youtubers out there! Would like to see a series with you guys as captains with a partner of your choice but playing the clubs you were fitted for.

  6. Great game. Enjoyed watching this. Outstanding chip in on the 3rd Jimbo. The sound needs a bit of work but brilliant none the less.

  7. I can appreciate a course like this one. Beautiful sea and sky, with a bit of character and tradition. I enjoy watching this series every Sunday.

  8. Do you remember when Finch did that challenge to birdie every hole in 24 hrs at a course i think I Norway or somewhere. Would love to see you 2 take that on the banter would be great 👍

  9. Is it my imagination or are you playing a combination of White and Yellow tees? How do you decide which — just better camera positions?

  10. Long, long time viewer and love this series but it was a tough watch with the microphones. I know it was windy and I'm not an A/V expert but surely there's something to be done. So tempted to mute and just watch but I get as much fun from the banter as I do the video. Hopefully next Sunday is better.
