The PGA TOUR heads to Kentucky this week for the ISCO Championship. The tournament will be contested at a new home for 2025, as the Hurstbourne Country Club in Louisville, Kentucky. This marks the fourth year in a row that the event allows access to 50 DP World Tour members . Newly minted pro Gordon Sargent is set to tee it up at the ISCO Championship after finding the weekend in two straight TOUR starts. Sargent, who earned his TOUR card via PGA TOUR University Accelerated, is averaging over 329 yards per pop off the tee so far in his young career – which would rank him No. 1 on TOUR. Emiliano Grillo is back in action at the ISCO Championship after a runner-up finish at the John Deere Classic for his first top-10 finish on TOUR since last March. Joining these two is a hoard of young talent, including: Rico Hoey, Michael Thorbjornsen, Kevin Roy, Angel Ayora and the game’s top-ranked male amateur golfer, Jackson Koivun, from the University of Auburn.

Second round 67. He’s at 5 under Park. Cameron Champ also in the mix. Threetime winner on the PGA Tour. On the ninth, dripping it in. Paul Peterson yesterday did some damage on this very hole out of the bunker today with the putter. one of the top players at least from a career standpoint in the field this week. His four-time PGA Tour winner Kevin Kizner. Tremendous performance. Really no form whatsoever coming into this event, but this course sort of suits on the 10th. Julian Brun’s third shot. This one of two par fives at Hersour Country Club. Oh, hello. Drops that in. run from one over to one under for the week. It’s the first non- major on the PGA Tour since the 1950s in this city. Not the best week for Shubanker Sharma. Fun to watch him today. This is the first time I’ve been out with him and up up to this point right now, he is technically sound with his golf swing. Graham. He’s had a tough start today, but that’ll help write the ship before he make that turn. You got a par five coming up here. This will actually drivable for some of the longer players in the field. That’s a nice putt for Bernie from the back edge. Aken filling it up. Comfortable at the moment at minus one, but he’d like a a really good chance here. Nice high ball flight. Tried to cut it back to this pin. Yeah, almost landed it where his playing partner’s ball landed. So there’s two good chances and one really tough two part from Thomas Aken. fourth. Yeah, we saw Hubard in this same group or Justin Lowour, sorry, in the same group. And oh, look what he found here. That’s an eagle. And Chad Kim once again at nine under par. Pin over on the left side. Judging the distance though, even though it’s only the first cut, can’t get much spin out of the golf ball. Really nicely done there from Ben play. Can’t see the ball. Working out how far it carries because you know it’s going to release is really difficult. And that was really good. I used to get my caddy sometimes on really hard greens like this. Hard 330 with the big bat and now the little bat. Excellent. Really, really good. How about those two shots? Fantastic. Really well played both of them. Silverman second. Wedge into the par4 16. And every time we see him, he’s in the fairway and taking on pins and trying to make birdies. Look at this. Another beauty from Ben Silverman. Stones it. Now Hubard, this is a decent chance. He hasn’t got to worry about pace down the hill just to get give himself a bit of leeway and in Bracka. And he’s got the gallery behind him as well. And they’re not drinking Mountain Dew, are they? No. Maybe a bit of moonshine. Who knows? Come on. It’s Friday afternoon at the Isco. Yeah, perfect drive here on this beautiful par five. Yeah, he’s probably didn’t catch that one clean from 240. That’s got to go. But I think it’s going to be fine. Catches the front right portion of the green on the par 57th trip. You pace off this eagle putt. Well, this is um actually u in the fringe. And I tell you what, you’re a good chipper when you uh chip this one because I tell you, half the players would take out a putter. Yeah, he nipped that one nicely. That’s respectable. Chan Kim to cash in. Takes advantage of the par five seventh one under on the round. Had a 59 last year on the PGA tour in his rookie campaign at the John Deere Classic. And that birdie pushes him to four under par. Hamish Brown won twice last year on the hotel planner tour. That’s the challenge tour that feeds to the DP World Tour. He’s a two under par and plays a beauty into the 15th. Yeah, a couple nice ones. Three nice ones in there at the 15th. And you heard him afterwards say, I’m just hauling shots from everywhere. This was his third. Boy, Trip called it fast down the hill. Look at that. He hold out on the fourth for Eagle. That beautiful up and down on there’s a lot of guys sitting at home on their couch right now. So, you’re saying there’s a chance? Purscel on the number plus one. Back to 18. Connor Purcell has eyes all the way. Braden Thornberry two under par outside the top 20 currently T-21 this for birdie make a move there remember the emotional story a couple weeks back will Gordon had to make the cut at the Rocket Classic to maintain his major medical exemption made it on the number has kept his PGA Tour playing privileges and playing well this week. Yeah, got a great read. Assist there. Let’s check out the other angle for Iora’s birdie. Oh, look at that ball rolling so tight end over end. Absolutely perfect and drips in the left side. That was an awesome view. Crystal ball delar, the Chilean PGA Tour rookie on the number at plus one. This is that back left pin. We’ve seen a lot of great shots. You can kind of skip it back there. Another one. Beautiful. Back one at 15. Delar looking to make his fourth straight cut on the pop back to the 16th. Chandler through the shadows for birdie. I love how he kept his head down through that putt. Nice little run there. Excellent. really good. But assuming Graham hits five shots, he’s never led on the PGA Tour after 36 holes. What’s it going to be like carrying that lead for the second straight day in the weekend? I think he can lean on today. I mean, he talked about it, too. His patience, you know, getting off to a poor start. He was a He came in with a four-stroke lead, stretched it to five, and that’s got to be the goal tomorrow. Try to stretch it to six or seven. Give yourself a real comfortable lead going into Sunday. Thanks for watching the PJ tour on YouTube. For more, click here. And to subscribe, click here.
