The PGA TOUR heads to Kentucky this week for the ISCO Championship. The tournament will be contested at a new home for 2025, as the Hurstbourne Country Club in Louisville, Kentucky. This marks the fourth year in a row that the event allows access to 50 DP World Tour members . Newly minted pro Gordon Sargent is set to tee it up at the ISCO Championship after finding the weekend in two straight TOUR starts. Sargent, who earned his TOUR card via PGA TOUR University Accelerated, is averaging over 329 yards per pop off the tee so far in his young career – which would rank him No. 1 on TOUR. Emiliano Grillo is back in action at the ISCO Championship after a runner-up finish at the John Deere Classic for his first top-10 finish on TOUR since last March. Joining these two is a hoard of young talent, including: Rico Hoey, Michael Thorbjornsen, Kevin Roy, Angel Ayora and the game’s top-ranked male amateur golfer, Jackson Koivun, from the University of Auburn.

judges the roll out pretty good. Pretty much exactly how you had it pegged there. BR Kin knocks it in. [Applause] It’s funny. Ding on the way. And you see that one almost a perfect golf shot to what is that 20 25 f feet. I like his chances here coming down the slope. Good call. There you go. How about that? It’s nice to have a two on the scorecard. Ding once again at even par just a moment ago. He didn’t think he hit all of it. Just as we were coming on the air. That’s almost like one of those things where they’ve cut to the wrong green. Thor Bjornson would go on to make birdie there. Wind starting to pick up just a bit here. As I said, helping from right to left. Currently at three over par. Wow. Almost makes a one. What a shot there by Jackson. Back on the 10th up Green Side. Just wanted two par fives this week at Hers Country Club. Jackson Suber buckets. Oh, that’s almost the only way you can get it close from that Greenside bunker. Took a perfect shot. They have to do something magical like Jackson Suber did out of the bunker there on 10. SH Kim three under par to this point. Birdie putt tracking on nine. Bottoms it out. SH Kim up to four under. He’s now five back at Chan Kim making the turn. When you fire a nine under 61 and you lead by four after the morning wave, you know we’re going to show a lot of you. This is Chan Kim. He was lighting it up from 43 ft on the 15th. Yeah. and to shoot nine under on any golf course, especially one that’s holding up so well today. That came on 15. Couple holes later on the 17th, more the same. [Applause] He uses that back stop there in the 12 nicely. Look at that. Rolls it in just couple feet. Now Steven Fisk. Very impressive. Very impressive second. Yeah. Plus three. Needs a solid finish. Doesn’t want to drop anymore. Unlikely to pick one up. That’s a terrific shot and he has got a chance to get one of those back. Won’t see better than that all day. Not much in it. Yeah, well done. Really well played hole. I said he wouldn’t pick one up in the last two holes. He’s made a liar of me. SH Kim, middle of the fairway, 15th. Uh 136. This is left of the hole. Wow. Not the best shot from there. Yeah, that’s a pretty big miss. There’s a little bit of downhill, but really it’s fairly flat. So, has not been getting his speed proper. And this one looks to be pretty dog on good. Kim goes Dano. Haven’t seen an awful lot of Lanto Griffin today, but this is the ninth green and a putt to square things up. Oh yeah, heard the noise. The best noise in the world. Nice to do that on your final hole. Yeah, decent angle, but the ball is really nestled down in this overseed rough 139 coming in high and a little right of the flag as you would expect. Yeah, but judged really well. That’s the thing. If you ball landed softly. Wow. Ding to get back to even you bet. Dingo’s tweet tweet on the 16th. Nice birdie there. And he’s just quietly playing a really nice round of golf here today. Another good opportunity here with a wedge in his hand. Yeah, really nicely done. Just past the hole as you’d expect with that water short. Trying to jump up to a share of second at five under money. Second birdie his last four alls. He’s making a late move now. Four back ach. That’s more like it. Just made another birdie over at the eighth hole. His 17th. He’s at four under now. Well, David Skins finishes with a birdie. That double bogey at 15. Kick it off. Paul Patterson splashing out of the bunker on the 11th. Got a run. This was pretty. Pat Kazire off the eighth. That was moving. Cameron Champ hit a T-OT. That was Greenside to the 385 yd par4 12. T-shot went about 380 yds. The bunker shot went straight to the bottom of the cup for Eagle. Iron play days of his career on the PGA Tour. Noah Goodwin, his second shot. Nice at the par 3 ninth. Hello. How’s that to finish the day? Not a great nine iron probably here off the tea, but just laying up to a number two under 68 for Goodwin. Birdie, birdie, birdie to the house. As we’re taking a look at the leaderboard, Graham, your big takeaways from this opening round at a new venue, Hbor Country Club. I think it just goes to show you what firm fairways and greens do to scores. I mean, other than that, you take that 961 out of there. I mean, five under the best round of the day, playing over par, the fairways get so much more narrow when they’re firm like this cuz everything runs out, especially on some of these dog legs. So hard to get proper angles into some of these greens that are also firm. If you’re playing from the rough, you just cannot get good birdie looks uh if you’re playing from the rough out here. And like firm, fast conditions, that’s how you toughen up a golf course. have done a great job here as we rip through those scores. Ameliano Greo who lost in that playoff last week 367. We’ll catch him as part of our second round coverage. Thanks for watching the PJ Tour on YouTube. For more, click here. And to subscribe, click here.

Where’s Miles Russell hello
I like how the announcers were dead silent and didn't even react to a guy sinking a 20+ ft put. This should be good lmao
Low scores but the course looks immaculate
