quickly to poo can shape the ball both ways. And this one’s coming in with a draw to the par five. Just nine yards on this pin. Uh and well, there we go. He’s hit it 10 yards on strange things happening here in Munich. And that’s a really nicely coming back. Yeah, beautiful T-shot. See you later. Just a three quarter swing for Penge with his power high. Excellent. That is a super shot from an awkward angle. Well done, Caner for Eagle here at six. Oh, and that’s a lovely move. Those make a big difference. Those Eagles take care of the par fives this week. It’s the perfect start. Absolutely brilliant goal from Dan Brown. Yeah. Yeah. It’s a wonderful golf shot and I’ve been aiming just about there. It’s not a flag to go directly at because left is a mistake is your target. So, nine needed for Maddie Smith. Make that eight. Well, there you go. You can hit it as hard as you want and it’s going to be absolutely perfect from Yos Lton. What a wonderful shot. I think Jay said green light flag, didn’t he? I think that’s exactly what he meant. That is an absolute lightning strike. Pours it in. His first of the round. Nice make there for Davis Bryant. First birdie of his day. They got him right in the end. Another quality shot. Second shot, I believe. I mean, that’s only a Is it? Oh, not hard to say. Many ways to make a birdie. Right. Right. I was thinking nearest the pin wins the argument. I’ve enjoyed watching Davis Bryant this week. I really have. Wow. Oh, and he will have enjoyed watching that. That’s a lovely T- shot of the par three. That’s a five iron. Wonderful. And this is for Eagle. Oh, that’s a big move. That jumps him all the way inside the top 10 now at 14 under. Kabori, who’s a sister, Moka, also an excellent golfer as well. And an excellent shot once more from the Kiwi. I mean, all of these players have got to make birdie after birdie, but that helps. That’s a great start to the back nine. Little fist pump. [Applause] They’re right. Stay right. That’s a fine shot. It’s safely aboard. And it brings him an outside chance of his eagle. pops it down the hill and in. Oh, they’re flowing. The birdies are flowing for many a player. Back to Smith now to tie the lead of Dan Brown. Wonderful front line. Oh, Lon. Well, maybe he’s got other ideas for the back n to come. It’s a very unlikely hole to hold in one. We haven’t had many over the years, but that’s a nice shot onto the top tier. High hands at the top, that right arm, miles off the body at the top, but he hits it incredibly steady straight. Well, you heard Charlie say just a stock eight iron. And exactly as Wayne said, it’s actually better than that. I would say 25 ft super golf shot. He was threatening the lead at one point. Kabori to the final hole. A wonderful amphitheater. What’s he got for the patrons? Oh, he’s got a cracker. It’s a super second from quite some way back. The old ones are the best, Wayne, aren’t they? Thing is, Wayne, you do hear them time and time again. What a shot from Dan Brown. Just I’ve just seen a mini mistake. [Applause] [Applause] The driver costing Jordan Smith dear there again really finding the sand rather than the fairway. Three or four drives to the right. He needs to find fairways. Pooch trying to Well, what would it be? Should be an eagle really, shouldn’t it? In all honesty, the way his day’s gone. I mean, he he has had everything, but he’s shown us what a a huge talent. What a a shining star he could be in the game. Not a very good shot. A super strike. Now Bryant up the hill. Firm. Yes. Well done. What a fantastic week for the American. Nicely tied it up for the Osan tied fourth. Maybe they won’t go wrong, but they can. This is button straight at it. Giddy up. Yeah, it’s been mindblowingly good, Dan Brown. That is just about the door closing. Well, he’s got a twizzler of the club as well. Pretty looking thing. This is just a magnificent goal from Barlin. They put on a master class today. the two Englishmen, but he only needs one. It was meant to be in Munich for Daniel Brown. He gets his second DP World Tour title at the BMW International Open. Many many congratulations on winning the BMW International Championship. Your second win on the European Tour came on a dramatic afternoon with a total of 22 underpar. Just what does this victory mean to you? Yeah, a lot. Um the first one like didn’t really sink in, but um that one sort of like straight away um hit me obviously. Um lost a friend at home last weekend. It’s okay. Take a moment. Extremely emotional. Understandable. Yeah. Um it just I don’t know what to say really. Um but yeah, it’s for him. You’ve told us all week you’ve been battling your emotions. Were you playing for him today motivated by his memory to win or were you trying to block it out? Yeah, I kept the last like two days I just kept I don’t know thinking about him to try and take my mind off it but obviously try not to get too emotional in the in the process. But yeah, um I’m not too sure really what happened today. Like all day really, it’s sort of like an outer body experience. You obviously the nerves and then and then thinking about the importance of of winning a golf tournament like it sort of played it down a little bit um with what’s happened. So, um, yeah, I suppose he was, uh, he was there with me and it made it a little bit easier. Let’s talk a little bit about the golf. Obviously, you started with a one-shot lead. Jordan matched you shot for shot through the first 12 holes, but then suddenly couple of bogeies for him at 13 and 14. The championship was in your hands. You said you hadn’t thought about winning. Were you thinking about winning? What was going through your mind at that stage? I think it was probably um probably when when I was walking to the 15th T. I was then starting to think about it. Um I don’t know if I was two or three in front at that point, but um yeah, that was when it started creeping in the nerves and legs getting a bit heavy and stuff. So yeah, we thought you might lay up at the last because you had the two shot lead and obviously Jordan would need to make eagle to match you, but you went for it bravely. What was your thinking there? Yeah. Do you know what it was? He um I think he did it with Euan last year and it like stuck in my head because obviously he came close last year and I can remember him hitting a really good shot into 18 last year and I was just thinking man up and and hit a shot and it could win you the tournament which it um which it did. Obviously we’ve got a Rolex Championship next week in the Scottish Open then the Open Championship where you finished 10th on debut last year. I know you won’t be excited in the circumstances, but how much are you looking forward to going and and taking this boost of confidence and belief into those championships? Yeah, I mean the two events that you look forward to from from the get-go really as soon as the schedule comes out, obviously knowing I was going to be in the open from last year. Um and yeah, obviously this event being such a great event. Um and then obviously the next two weeks it’s um it’s a nice 3 week stretch and it’s been made a little nicer. Many many congratulations to circumstances that was one of the best performances I’ve ever seen. Well done. Congratulations Daniel winner the 2025 international open. That’s your trophy. Thank you. Well done. [Music] To watch another DP World Tour video, click here. And to subscribe, click here.

  4. amazing final round a lot of these guys playing amazing golf dialed in making birdies and eagles to try to climb to the top… Kobori carding a 63 wow. awesome stuff. congrats to Brown an emotional run

  5. Doesn,t the european golf players look so young and talented compared to a couple of decades ago. Don't get me wrong we had plenty of magnificent golfers around then but this standard now is incredible. Most countries could pick their own top team players but the UK golfers look formidable through the home countries. The future team tournaments would very interesting indeed.

  6. Well done Dan, some serious golf played in those 4 rounds and a ballsy finish on 18. The Open after the Scottish and you should do very well, no pressure but a win would be sublime

  7. Well done Dan, that was a great performance, especially in the difficult circumstances, may your friend rest in peace.

  8. Thank you DP Tour & BMW for putting on a great tournamentm congrats to the winner and long live the Bryan Bros!

  9. I can tell you why Luiten hitsit so straight; the course where he learned to play has loads of overhanging trees. Often making the fairways not wider than 10-15 yards.

Anyway, congrats to Dan Brown graet play, annd fair play being so open about his emotions.

  10. I was the ballwatcher on the 6th hole again today. Many nice shots and the players were in a great mood! Can’t wait to volunteer again next year 🙂

  11. Congratulations Daniel, I can only imagine, my respects for your Effort, Grit … and it's motivating seeing you show your emotions given how difficult it is sometimes, I know that if I would be so lucky to be in your position I would be Wailing 😥😥😥 😜
