As someone who is new to golf how are scores generally certified when everyone puts their own strokes down?
Couldn’t someone just say they played incredibly well if they wanted?

Again, this is quite the accomplishment, I just would caution saying you broke the course record.

Maybe a strange question here, but do they print out the times on the hole after you’ve completed the round, or is that when you’re expected to tee off on the hole? It’s just odd with the handwritten scores and the printed times. Either way, awesome round!
