today I am telling you all about our brand new Tacomao SFO2 wedges Let’s jump in Okay first thing to talk about is the looks They look very different from our Sky Forger wedges They have a really crisp clean design Personally absolutely love it I’ve had them in the bag for a little while Been testing them out trying them out Love looking down at them But that’s really just the start These wedges are a cast design And what that means is that we can pack more technology into them for more consistency more forgiveness and more responsive feel Speaking of technology one of the biggest improvements in these wedges is the new micro groove pattern across the face It allows for more spin consistency across all conditions including wet which is something that the original Sky Forger O1 wedges struggled with You probably also noticed the full face grooves on the SFO2s This allows for again more consistency across the face when it comes to spin and more versatility A lot of people like to play some softer shots around the green playing it more out of the toe of the club while the full face grooves are going to allow you to keep some spin and control while playing a variety of different shots And I don’t want to leave out the painted bottom groove Now this is there to help with alignment Now initially when I first saw this I was thinking is that really that big of a deal but now that I’ve been using these it actually helps a lot Just making sure you’re square to the target when you set up These wedges come in two different grind options There is the V grind and the F grind The V grind is a more versatile grind It is a narrower grind Has less bounce So it’s designed to be able to play a variety of different shots give you a lot more options And then we have the F grind It’s a wider sole a wider grind It has more bounce and more forgiveness You are going to be able to mix and match the grind in your wedge set So maybe you want more versatility in your 60 or your 58 the wedge you play around the grain but you want more forgiveness in your other wedges You’re going to be able to make that decision for yourself so you can build the wedge set that you want Another really important piece of technology in these wedges is that they have progressive weighting throughout the lofts Weight distribution in each loft is tailored to support strike consistency What that means is that the CG gets lower as you get into the longer wedges These wedges come standard with a KBS Sflex wedge shaft and a black Lamin crossline grip with white accents All right I didn’t just want to tell you about the clubs I’m going to hit a handful of shots on the Track man Got some targets out here We’re start at 90 yards Uh I have the 58° wedge Oh yeah 90 yards overwater Definitely definitely a shot I’m confident about Okay Can this wedge make me like Wesley Bryan um I don’t know Oh that’s gonna have so much spin Did I take too much off it oo landed by the pin Look at that That’s some zip I like that 9,000 spin Let’s go Okay another one of those would be fun Maybe uh play it a little lower Oh I did not hit that one very well How’s that going to perform you know what not bad That was really poor contact on my part Kind of spinning back a bunch but Okay let’s try to hit a decent one I’ll punch one in there Oh did we do it look at that Cool man This is fun I like this wedge a lot Another 9,000 spin again Okay cool Let’s pick a different number We’re going to go 66 yds here Um it’s going to be kind of a a partial swing Not really sure We’ll we’ll see We’ll see See what kind of spin we can get on a little 66 yard shot Oh was that super short uh oh not too bad actually Wow Little 62 yards again 7,600 spin Let’s go And again this is the 58 degree This is not the 60 So Oh did we do it okay Little past Okay put some spin on it Let’s go Man I’m having a lot of fun with this club I have had 58° in the bag for a little while I I switched it up Have 58 uh 54 and 50 and really enjoying that So okay Um let’s pick one more number and then we’ll call it a day All right I’ve got 108 yards here Um which might be asking a bit much from the 58 but um we’ll see I kind of want to see what the spin numbers are on a full swing 58 I don’t normally hit a 58 full but let’s find out That’s going to have so much spin on it It might not get there Okay it kind of flew the number Look at this That’s so much spin Oh carried uh a carried 107 Spun at 11,500 That’s crazy Okay let me see if I can hit another one All right let’s try to let’s try to get down through this one a bit more Maybe take a touch of the spin off Here we go Oh okay That’s going to carry a bit further I think Maybe Oh carried right to the hole Cool Yeah I was able to take a little bit of the spin off there Took about 1,000 RPMs off That’s fun I really like these wedges I really do All right that’s it for this video There’s going to be a lot more content coming out about the SFO2 wedges I will be taking them out on the course showing you realworld situations and how these clubs perform This was really just an introduction Let you see what’s new about these wedges and why we are so excited about them Hopefully you are as well Thank you so much for watching See you on the next one

Can't wait for mine! Also hope we get to see some apparel come out soon 🤞
just waiting for my shipping notification !
More bounce options please on the high lofted wedges! A 58 or 60 with only 12 degrees of bounce is way too high for a lot of players!
These the same as the BB803’s?
What are the differences between this and the BB803's if any?
Be really cool if Bryan Bros hats were included with the BB803 orders , just sayin 🙂
Quick question, if i order a takomo iron set now, will the PW be a SF002 now?
It looks great but I’m a left handed golfer and you don’t have the same full options for us 😭😭😭
Ordered and waiting impatiently. 😂
Ordered the 54 & 60 😍😎
Wouldn’t know as a lefty… shame.
What ball were you hitting? It sure had a lot of spin.
Ordered mine a few days ago. Still no shipping notification. Any idea the lead time?
Cast iron is not a good option right off the bat since casting will leave holes and gaps in particles comparing to forging iron. That's why Japanese forge their irons and wedges and not cast them. Plus casting is cheaper than forging, hence the price of Takomo makes sense.
