Thinking of taking a trip to Raimondi Park to see the Oakland Ballers this summer? Well, here are the 13 best Ballers ballpark hacks that will save you from waiting in line, keep you cool on a hot day, and keep your kids busy.

Ballers Co-Founder Paul Freedman and VP of Communications & Fan Entertainment Casey Pratt share their favorite tips to enjoying Raimondi Park to its fullest.

casey Pratt and Paul Freriedman here with the Oakland Ballers and we want to tell you about some of our favorite game day hacks at Ramandi Park yeah and one of our favorites is start before the game come to the Prescott Market get a pizza maybe grab a beer hang out before the game get some food get a drink walk over and have a good time we were just pregaming at Almanac and we should stick with concessions but one thing I always notice Paul when you look at this concession stand the lines get really long right yep everybody sees this line they want to wait in line they think this is the only food in the place and the food here is great but you got some other options yeah so let’s teach you one of our favorite Ramondi Park hacks now we’re inside the third base side mini bar this is a place nobody thinks to go Paul people don’t come here and guess what that means there’s no lines so you should come here it’s one of our best hacks if the line is long come out here get a hot dog get snacks get all the drinks don’t wait in line and one other key tip just behind us there’s even more restrooms all right if third base side’s not your jam we also have Scrappy Town and Scrappy Town isn’t just for children is it Paul
no it’s got the kids zone out there it’s got the stompers out there but it always has food and the food options are on the board
yeah if you want to eat in Scrappy Town check out the sign Scrappy’s test kitchen’s always there tons of different local chefs coming through you can get some very unique fair over there
yeah we’ll go check it out now so we’ve made it to Scrappy Town you see Scrappy’s Test Kitchen’s here mama’s Boy Pizza’s over there we have the pineapple whips we have Scrappy’s Bar there’s tons to eat here you just got to come check it out yeah you come out here usually the lines are a lot shorter the options are different on different days so you got to check that sign and come out here but we have the food truck here great food options it’s a great place and usually the lines are a lot shorter zigg when people zag if you see a line go to right field go to left field first base or third base side check out the stoppers so while you’re chilling in your rocking chairs sitting in front of Scrappy Sanctuary for Lost Animals your kids can be playing just over there at the new kid zone with the new fencing that’s the ultimate Ramondi Park hack get your kids something to do and then you can just chill out and actually pretend you’re on vacation right the park is fully open the kids can play on the slide they can run around uh you could be out here enjoying some of the food having a drink watching your kids play it’s a good time [Music] and one last kid zone hack this ramp right here no one thinks to use it but it takes you directly to the bleachers you just run right up the ramp and you’re good to go oh hi i didn’t see you there i was just playing in the other hack you should know about which is the kids art area we have kids projects uh it’s all run by the Oakland 68s they’ve been amazing but you can get your kids out here they can be doing some drawing maybe making some birdhouses this one is beautiful but one of the best hacks the kid area let’s go Oakland the Oakland 68’s Kid Zone even teaches your kids how to be drummers you can get in the right field bleachers and you can drum just like the 68 no matter how beautiful it is in Oakland when the sun starts going down you want to dress warm and it’s actually kind of counterintuitive but when it’s cold you want to be where you want to be down
you want to be lower you want to be with the crowd it’s a little bit warmer down here so if it gets cold and you’re in G just go a few rows down warm up
and when it’s hot believe it or not you want to get up closer to the sun you want to get close to the sun because there’s a breeze up here the top rows are like at least 10° cooler so if it’s a hot day you move up to the top get close to the sun cool down and the same can be said in Premium Reserve if you just plan ahead you can sit lower when it’s colder and higher when it’s hotter
right and if you guess wrong you make the wrong decision premium Reserve is really close to the merch tent and you can pick up blankets you can pick up beanies you can get right and of course the ultimate hack don’t forget you can get anything in a helmet another hack is just take your time and enjoy the park uh we got five murals here we got a brand new beautiful one honoring Ricky uh honoring Oakland baseball so take some time soak it in enjoy it life moves fast take a break and a lot of people want autographs of their favorite players after the game the ultimate hack get down a tiny bit before the game ends and you just line up right here right players are really friendly you’ll probably get an autograph just get your kids yourself line up here get ready this best place to stand for the autographs and bring a pen and you need a pen you need a pen if you want an autograph you need a pen and something to sign those two things pen something to sign stand here that’s what you need to do that’s the hack i’ve even seen people do a home run tunnel right there and the players ran through it it was pretty cool and when you enter the gate there’s often great giveaways and people are very excited to go to their seats and check everything out but if you just stop for like 10 seconds right where this big map is you can figure out exactly where you’re going and any ticket to a baller game means you can sit here and here and here and here but you definitely can’t be here and I know everybody likes free parking but no matter what don’t park here [Music] so we started the day here at Prescott Market to show you hacks and the final hack we have for you is to come back here after the game yep one thing to remember though is our garage is closed 30 minutes after gate time so you can’t bring your car but if you’re going to drink after the game maybe take public transportation maybe take a bike better anyway and also best thing about Almanac is when we’re on the road the games are here but you got to bring your own helmets is that Brian Carmemell
