Jeff Hardy already boasted some impressive accolades by July 2002, but he wanted something more. He set his sights on The Undertaker, sparking a crazy summer for the rising star.

[MUSIC] >> Uh-oh, hey, man. >> Hey, man.
>> How are you doing? >> I’m just playing a guitar. >> Where you been all day? >> Here, man, just hanging out. Let me ask you something, man, did you
ever think there would be more than this? >> What do you mean? >> Just us here, man. Live for the moment, remember that? >> Yeah. >> Team Extreme. >> Yeah. >> Remember that? I mean, man, we go somewhere, we wrestle,
go somewhere else, we wrestle. I mean, God, we don’t live for the moment. We’re not extreme, we’re hypocrites. >> I’m not really following you. I mean, I don’t,
where are you going with this? >> Matt, look. You’ll see where I’m going with it. [MUSIC] >> God Almighty. God of Granny’s got the sour belt huge. This is sick. >> No, don’t, don’t, don’t. >> Please don’t.
Don’t do it, please. We’re begging you.
>> No! >> A [INAUDIBLE] vomit poured
right back in his face. [NOISE] >> [INAUDIBLE] It’s Jeff Hardy. >> What the hell? >> Geez, Jeff Hardy just
drop kicked the Undertaker. Right into the Dreamers vomit. >> Come on. >> My God. >> Tell me he didn’t do that. >> Jeff Hardy realized what he has done. [MUSIC] The love of God. Talk about [INAUDIBLE]. >> Is that what Jeff Hardy meant
when he talked about Extreme? Look at the Undertaker’s arm, JR. >> He’s got this moment all over him. Jeff Hardy came. King, this smell is killing me. >> And Undertaker got dreamers
[INAUDIBLE] all over him. >> This is-
>> [CROSSTALK] >> Jeff Hardy. >> What’s it gonna be? Is it gonna be the easy way or
is it gonna be the hard way? >> Pain is optional,
suffering is inevitable. What’s it gonna be? >> I’m not even sure
Jeff Hardy’s even here. >> What’s it gonna be? >> I haven’t-
>> He’s here. >> Maybe he is here. [INAUDIBLE] [MUSIC] >> Wait a minute, King,
that’s not Jeff Hardy, that’s Matt Hardy. And he’s not bringing his brother,
but he’s bringing a ladder. >> What’s he thinking. [MUSIC] >> Our Jeff, that’s as far or as close
as I would get thinking of this fight. [INAUDIBLE] Atlanta, Georgia. >> But what if you were Matt? >> Him too. >> Hey, Taker, this isn’t about Jeff. Last week you disrespected Matt Hardy. >> Just let it go, [INAUDIBLE]. >> Why don’t you come down here and
I’ll disrespect you again. >> Hey, hey, hey look at this, look out. >> Jeff Hardy came to the crowd. >> That didn’t work. >> My God. >> A slam dunk on Jeff Hardy. >> Speaker 6: Matt Hardy’s out here. >> Speaker 2: Jeff Hardy firing
up on the undisputed champion. But Matt’s little brother Jeff
just got broken in half, I think. >> Whoa.
>> A knockdown by Jeff Hardy going on here. And the Undertaker
overpowering Jeff Hardy. But Jeff [INAUDIBLE] the right hand,
fires up on the rights of his own. [NOISE]
>> This is not a match, this is just a fight. >> Speaker 5: There’s no referee
out here [INAUDIBLE] shouldn’t be. >> Speaker 2: And the Hardys, I think
thought they had a plan, but look out. >> Man, the Undertaker slammed up Jeff and
it’s taking Jeff out of this equation. And man, Hardy showing great guts,
great courage. But I think there’s gonna
be two level two lane here. >> Speaker 5: Yeah, we may actually
see it guts here in a minute. No, it’s the [INAUDIBLE]. What the heck? >> Speaker 2: Undertaker looking over the
last run with his legs taken from him by Jeff Hardy. >> Speaker 5: That Jeff Hardy is extreme,
isn’t he? >> Speaker 2: And Matt Hardy hitting
the Undertaker with everything he’s got. >> Speaker 2: Now what’s Jeff doing. >> Well, the Hardys-
>> Speaker 5: That these guys lost their minds, JR. >> Speaker 2: No match one on one for the
Undertaker, but together with this ladder. >> [INAUDIBLE] Our undisputed champion,
they’re doing that too. >> Speaker 2: And the undisputed
champion’s getting abused by the Hardys, by two men. >> Speaker 2: They have
honestly lost their minds. They’re signing their-
>> Speaker 2: Jeff Hardy just set that ladder up in the corner. He’s our Daredevil, he’s a risk taker,
as is his brother Matt. >> Speaker 5: He’s
an idiot if he does this. Look at Daredevil, risk Taker, he’s crazy. He’s off the [INAUDIBLE]. >> Speaker 6: Jeff Hardy, my God,
over the ladder, off the top. Driving [INAUDIBLE] into the the carcass
of the undisputed champion. Man, what are the Hardys thinking? What is Jeff Hardy thinking? Do both the Hardys have a death wish? [MUSIC] [NOISE]
>> Hey. >> Undisputed champion, there is
the undisputed champion at SummerSlam. As we said, the Undertaker,
who no doubt has visions of pain and retribution directed toward Jeff Hardy. >> Speaker 2: It’s a smack vest,
look at this. I’m not even gonna say he snapped
the tape right of his mouth, JR. >> Reminded me of my senior prone. And Jeff Hardy gotta be looking over
his shoulder more ways than one here. Not only because of Raven in the ring,
but the undisputed champion menacingly impresses being
felt at the top of the stage. >> Speaker 2: You can say that Jeff Hardy
is becoming extra extreme if you want to, look at. But I think he’s the second
leave of his senses. >> Speaker 1: You may have something
there, I can’t disagree with that either. >> Speaker 5: Why would anyone in
their right mind wanna antagonize or just in general piss off the Undertaker. Man, look at him. >> Speaker 2: That’s [INAUDIBLE]
right in front of us. >> Speaker 2: Jeff Hardy tossed
around here in front of us and- >> Everyone to the [INAUDIBLE]. [NOISE]
>> Look out. >> [INAUDIBLE] Legs went
back into the security wall. Executed by Raven on Jeff Hardy. >> Speaker 5: I used to think Jeff Hardy
had stupid looking hair, check out Raven. [NOISE]
>> Could be a little chronically impaired, to say the least. [NOISE]
>> The Undertaker as we mentioned to take on Matt Hardy in a non title
match later tonight live here on Raw. But this Sunday it will be
a slobberknocker to say the very least. The Undertaker-
>> [CROSSTALK] >> For the undisputed title in Raymond. >> Speaker 2: Driving that knee
right in the back of Jeff Hardy and got a near fall. Long, long [INAUDIBLE]. >> Look at the Undertaker up there, JR. He’s just glaring down here. >> Speaker 1: I just wonder when
the Undertaker is gonna pull the trigger. >> Speaker 1: You know he’s popped in
low ready for bear already for Hardy. >> Speaker 1: [INAUDIBLE] take
down Jeff Hardy by Raven. >> Speaker 5: Maybe he
won’t come down here. >> Speaker 1: These young men
have their own styles as far as the Riga tires [INAUDIBLE] hairstyle,
both unique individuals. The knee lift and the cover of the leg. Cover hooking the leg. >> Speaker 5: You don’t like that attire,
JR? But you lost somewhere
in the generation gap. >> Probably. >> Speaker 1: Come on. >> Speaker 2: So
I’m out there floating around. >> Speaker 5: Get with it, it’s 2002. Here we go. >> Speaker 6: Man. >> Speaker 1: Good job
[INAUDIBLE] by Jeff Hardy. >> Speaker 1: Raven for
more men at least for the moment. >> Speaker 1: [INAUDIBLE]
Taking down Raven again. And again, the Undertaker is all up
underneath, is all about pain and suffering. And I just wonder when the pain and suffering of the Undertaker
[INAUDIBLE] party’s gonna get started. >> Speaker 5: It’s not about pain and
suffering, it’s about respect. That’s all the Undertaker asked for. He’s certainly earned it. >> Speaker 1: I agree with that,
he hadn’t gotten any of [INAUDIBLE]. >> [INAUDIBLE] Jeff Hardy. And Hardy now, lateral press,
hook to the leg, and another near fall. >> Speaker 5: Now what is that
that Raven is actually wearing? Is that a kilt or a dress,
skirt, what is it? Man. >> Speaker 2: Raven face
first on the top turnbuckle. Well, both of them have very
unique styles, I’ll tell you that. Not a very stylish landing
looking to the German judge. Raven trying to jerk Jeff Hardy right off
that top turnbuckle into a superplex and block. And the Raymond finishing and burning. He set himself up, and
Jeff Hardy powerbomb. Jeff Hardy got all of it and
gets the three count. >> Speaker 1: Yeah,
you better look back there. >> Speaker 2: Here’s your winner,
Jeff Hardy. >> Speaker 2: I tell you, I don’t,
there’s something up here. >> Speaker 1: Do that. >> Speaker 2: The hell was this about? Jeff Hardy’s been decimated. Now he’s being handcuffed. Handcuffed to the top rope. >> Speaker 3: What? >> Speaker 2: Jeff Hardy is helpless. And The Undertaker taking his
lyrics on a defenseless Jeff Hardy. Undertaker assaulting with intent
to do bothering harm on Jeff Hardy. >> Speaker 1: Raven. >> Speaker 2: Who the hell is
Electric Raven The Undertaker fan club. Raven’s restraining Matt Hardy. And Matt’s having to look
on as his little brother, Jeff, being annihilated, being broken. >> Speaker 1: Well,
there’s nothing Matt can do about it. Jeff’s handcuffed,
he’s not going anywhere. >> Speaker 2: Jeff Hardy’s inside being
broken up at the hands of The Undertaker. Jeff Hardy handcuffed to
the top rope by Raven. And now The Undertaker absolutely
destroying Jeff Hardy. And Raven has got Matt Hardy hooked. Matt Hardy’s having to watch his
little brother be annihilated. >> Speaker 1: Well, you said this wasn’t
gonna be pretty, it got ugly fast, and it stayed ugly. [MUSIC] >> Speaker 2: Jeff Hardy paying for
his disrespect of The Undertaker. >> Speaker 1: Like I said, Triple H
better take a good look at this man, and you better show the proper respect
to The Undertaker this Sunday. [MUSIC] [SOUND] I can guarantee you
Jeff Hardy will never forget tonight. >> Speaker 2: You gotta wonder what shape
The Undertaker is in tonight too, so close to the King of the Ring. Getting him involved in that physical
slobber knocker with The Game. Getting involved physically with The Rock. But the bottom line is when that
whole thing was said and done, Triple H was down and bloodied. The Rock was laying in the ring. >> Speaker 1: Yeah, man, but the bottom line is JR, The Rock had no
business getting involved in that match. >> Speaker 2: The thing there
was one man left standing. And that one man is
the undisputed champion. Like him or not, and what a power slam
by the 6’10”, 305-pounder Undertaker. Body to body, but all no, you almost knew that this was gonna be one
of those terminal trips to the woodshed as far as The Undertaker is concerned
on young risk-taking, Jeff Hardy. And I know you say like him or not,
I know you don’t like The Undertaker, JR. He don’t go out of his way to try
to win any popularity contest. All he wants is respect, but
nobody seems to wanna show it to him. So he’s gonna,
he’s gonna beat it out of people. >> Speaker 2: I think The Undertaker’s got
a complex one because I believe that a lot of people respect The Undertaker. >> Speaker 1: Contraire, my friend. >> Speaker 1: How much respect
did Jeff Hardy, this young punk, show The Undertaker? He wanted to be extreme. So, how is he gonna show it? He’s gonna show The Undertaker no respect,
look at this. >> Speaker 2: Undertaker looking to
drop that big leg on Jeff Hardy. And Hardy able to avoid that contact. And Hardy took a chance across body over
the top, right on the undisputed Champion. I’ll tell you what, Jeff Hardy
may not have great judgment, but he’s got awesome courage. And he has no respect for
The Undertaker, he’s ruining it. >> Speaker 2: Look at him, Jeff Hardy
caught in that big mitt of The Undertaker. Boy, throw the,
he jumped right over his motorcycle. But he dug right into
the waiting hand of the Deadman. >> Speaker 2: Undertaker just
chokeslamed Jeff Hardy on the outside. And those black mats
are about an inch thick. They’re therefore for looks and
protection, I can tell you. [NOISE]
>> Jeff Hardy been busted open. Busted apart, not busted open,
but internally, I don’t gotta wonder what his
innards look like right now. >> Speaker 1: I can tell you,
JR, serves him right. He’s been buzzing around
The Undertaker for weeks now. He brought this all on himself. Just remember, when you feel this,
Jeff, this is your own doing. >> Speaker 2: False man,
got the last ride. This shakes your spine, shakes your spine. That’s putting it mildly. >> Speaker 2: Jeff Hardy motionless, and The Undertaker with a decisive
victory with the last ride. >> Speaker 4: Here is your winner,
The Undertaker. [MUSIC] >> Speaker 5: Jeff Hardy,
tonight you take on The Undertaker for the WWE Undisputed Championship. And I have to be really honest, I mean, you’re going into this thing
the heavy underdog, so. >> Speaker 3: Whoa, whoa,
Underdog, it’s a little steep. This isn’t a normal match, Terry,
this isn’t a regular match. Tonight I don’t have to pin Taker, tonight I don’t have to
make The Undertaker submit. This is a ladder match, a ladder match. It’s about climbing,
take your head, climb. >> Speaker 1: This guy, JR. >> Whacked, take down the set,
I’ll take down The Undertaker. All I have to do, all that stands between
me and the WWE Undisputed Championship, is this ladder. And I’ve been in tons of ladder matches,
Taker’s been in none. So therefore, I am the next WWE Champion. There’s a saying here in New Hampshire. Live free or die. I’m living for the moment,
I’m not dying tonight. Here’s your mic. >> Speaker 2: Hey, Jeff,
boom, man, you’re dressed. >> Speaker 3: Hey, look, dude,
I wanna come in here, wish you good luck. It’s nice to be this night of your career. And I actually have someone outside who
would like to wish you good luck as well, that’s cool. >> Speaker 2: Hey, that’s Lena. >> Speaker 2: I couldn’t
lose this big night for you. Plus, I get to ride back
with the new WWE champion. >> Speaker 3: Jeff, you go out there and
do what you do best. We know that you can do it, man. >> Speaker 4: There’s only one way to
find out, I’ll see you afterwards. [NOISE] My God, they’re,
>> My, that’s a bigger ladder
than they started with. [NOISE]
>> I guess, what’s that for? >> Speaker 1: What’s that for? He’s got to go paint his garage. What? Look at this, he set this ladder up,
the ladder almost touches, it touches a championship belt. >> Speaker 1: Jeff Hardy
can live his free. >> Speaker 1: Under dagger. >> Jeff Hardy can make history. >> Speaker 1: Under dagger. >> Speaker 1: This could
be the biggest upset ever. [NOISE]
>> Big party, his body racked with pain, trying to climb the ladder. The Undertaker finally back in the ring
with a ping blow to the lower back. >> Speaker 1: Lower back,
back of his head, I think. >> Speaker 1: Look at this. >> Speaker 1: He climbed right
into position for the last ride. [NOISE]
>> Undertaker, a hurricane on the outside, the under. Go for it, go for it,
Jeff, find your ass off. >> Speaker 1: Get out, get your ass out. >> Speaker 1: Get up that ladder. >> Speaker 1: Get out. >> Speaker 1: New champion. >> Speaker 1: Get out, Undertaker. >> Speaker 1: Jeff Hardy’s a step or
two away. >> Speaker 1: He’s almost there. >> Speaker 1: He’s a step or
two away from history. >> Speaker 1: Did he? >> Jeff Hardy is close,
he’s touching the dome. >> Speaker 1: What a final shot
to the spine by the Undertaker. Jeff Hardy was touching the toe,
he was touching the understood of time, he was inches away. >> Speaker 1: Was Jeff Hardy
from making history. >> Speaker 1: The Undertaker is
gonna make it really famous. >> Speaker 1: The Undertaker said
Jeff Hardy was not gonna walk out of here, and he may be right, but
again, he may be wrong. >> Speaker 1: No, I think he’s right. >> Speaker 1: Wait a minute,
wait a minute. My pay check, he’s right. >> Speaker 1: Come on, give it to him. >> Speaker 1: Jeff Hardy
trying to fight out of this. >> [INAUDIBLE] chair. >> Speaker 1: He’s getting a hit. [NOISE]
>> It may be the night, it may be the biggest night. >> Get up, Taker, get up,
he’s still got that damn tear. >> Speaker 1: God Almighty. [NOISE]
>> A knockout shot, a knockout shot. Climb that ladder, kid,
make yourself famous. >> Speaker 1: Get up, Undertaker. >> Cause the Jeff Hardy is running a rack,
the pain from head to palm. >> Speaker 1: Get up, Undertaker. >> Speaker 1: He’s inches
away from immortality. >> Speaker 1: God, that blood with
two shots to the spine of this kid. The Undertaker almost out on his own feet,
and now he’s climbing the ladder,
but the party is close. >> Speaker 1: Get it, get your title. >> Speaker 1: Look at him. >> Speaker 1: Come on,
kid, you can still do it. >> Speaker 1: One more step,
one more step. >> He goes in. >> Speaker 1: Who got him? My God. God, no,
the chokeslam off the top of the ladder. >> And the Undertaker, with
a chokeslam off the top of the ladder, has won one hell of a fight,
one hell of a fight. >> Speaker 1: Here is your winner and still the WWE undisputed champion,
the Undertaker. >> Speaker 1: This match took a tremendous
amount out of the under Undertaker, and poor Jeff Hardy gave us everything he had. >> Speaker 1: Yeah, but
Undertaker kept his word, he gave us his word that Jeff Hardy
would not walk out of this arena. Look at it, he’s down,
he’s down and he’s out, and the Undertaker is still
your undisputed champion. [MUSIC] He said Jeff Hardy wouldn’t be standing,
and he’s not. What you got to say about that, JR? >> Speaker 1: Jeff Hardy
had a hell of an effort. >> I’m proud of Jeff Hardy, I’m proud of what he put his body through
to become the best in the business. But it was not the, on this fateful night,
on this ladder match. >> Speaker 1: Wait a minute, hey,
Undertaker, Jeff Hardy’s getting up. Jeff Hardy is getting back up,
you better stay down, kid. This kid is gonna, he will not die, Jeff
Hardy will not die, he will not stay down. >> Speaker 1: Don’t speak too soon. >> Speaker 1: Lay down, leave him alone. >> Speaker 1: Lay down, Paul. >> Speaker 1: Enough is enough. >> Speaker 1: We should
have just laid down. >> Speaker 1: There’s no reason for this. Well, there is a reason. >> Speaker 1: Last ride. >> You remember D,
he said he was gonna become a star at D. [MUSIC] He’s gonna be checking into
that witch Waldorf pretty soon. [MUSIC] >> Speaker 1: My God, I can’t believe
the Undertaker wins a match, and he’s gotta come back and punish this kid
a little bit more with that last ride. And maybe that was a message to
Kurt Angle for smackdown Thursday, maybe it was a message from a rock
at vengeance, I don’t know. All I know is that Jeff Hardy made
his family, he made the WWE proud. >> Speaker 1: Wait a minute. >> Speaker 1: Hey. >> Speaker 1: Tell me he’s not talking. >> Speaker 1: You haven’t broke me, Jacob, you haven’t broke me, I’m still standing. >> Speaker 1: God.
>> No, you’re not. >> Speaker 1: Cut the mic. >> So from the ropes, I’m standing. >> Speaker 1: Cut the damn mic off,
that’s enough, kid. Jeff, don’t do it. >> Speaker 1: Right, that’s enough, Jeff. >> Speaker 1: Jeff, that’s enough. >> Speaker 1: Throw the mic. >> You got nothing to prove kid. >> Give us that microphone. >> Got nothing to prove. The Jeff Hardy is defenseless here. There’s no reason for this. He can’t even defend himself. [NOISE]
>> I’ve said her thinking the Undertaker’s gonna do this. This kid who gave us his heart,
his soul, he’s helpless. >> Speaker 1: Look, look. >> He’s helpless. As I said, he’s defenseless. >> Speaker 1: And look at that, he is
the Undertaker raising Jeff Hardy’s hand. What the hell is up? [MUSIC] >> [APPLAUSE]
>> Hey, Jeff. >> Speaker 2: I wanted to
grab you aside from it, I’ll just tell you that that match you had
last week with the Undertaker was one of the greatest performances
I’ve ever seen in my day. You’re on your way, man,
I’m real proud of you. >> Speaker 1: Wow, can I just,
>> Speaker 2: A lot of guts, man. >> Speaker 1: First of all,
can I just say whoo, coming from you, man, that means a lot. >> Speaker 2: Well, I’m on it, but I see you got a big European
title match tonight, too, with Regal. He’s a tough customer, man. >> Speaker 1: Right on. >> Speaker 2: You okay? >> Speaker 1: Yeah, I’m cool,
man, I’m live for the moment, I’ll be all right, thank you. >> Speaker 2: Knock it down,
it’s all you, buddy. [MUSIC] >> Speaker 1: Everybody,
European representation. >> Speaker 1: Well, not necessarily,
they want the best man represented. >> Speaker 1: They got it. >> Crossbody by Jeff Hardy. >> Speaker 1: You gotta believe Jeff Hardy
is very sore in that ladder match, there’s no way it could not be. So for Jeff Hardy to win this thing,
you think he’s gotta move early. [INAUDIBLE]
>> He’s starting out as travels a ground attack. >> A cover and a near fall here, and
Jeff Hardy pressing the issue with European champion William Regal, another
lateral press and another near fall. This kid wants to win, we saw it last
week, and he wants to win tonight and become the European champion. >> Speaker 1: Calm down, JR, you’re
talking like Jeff Hardy’s wrestling. If he’s sore, it’s not showing,
he’s all over the place. >> Speaker 1: Well, he’s a human being,
he’s got to be sore, but he’s sucking it up here
with this opportunity. >> William Regal, the deadly southpaw for
a Blackpool Indian, he started fighting adults
at the age of 15 for money. Imagine kids in this country,
driver’s license at the age of 15, Regal was fighting grown men in
winter take-off circumstances. [NOISE]
>> [INAUDIBLE] Get paid for it. >> Speaker 1: Was a tough,
tough man, very unorthodox, he establishes a very deliberate pace. >> But look how handsome. >> Looks like he just smelled of, Bring a stomp on the way here at Jeff Hardy,
and again. >> What you were gonna say one
of granny sour belchers, right? >> Speaker 1: Those are rough. >> Speaker 1: Please.
>> They linger. >> Speaker 1: Well, this is it. Try to get right into it,
trying the powerbomb. There’s a cover and Jeff Hardy,
his shoulders on the canvas for a long two count. And Jeff Hardy was able to
get his shoulders off, and now Regal right back pressing it,
the advantage here. >> Speaker 1: You know what,
I’m really kind of enjoying this, watching William Regal finish off
what little the Undertaker left. Wait a minute. >> Speaker 1: Trying
to take a chance here. He’s a risk taker. Here we go, did he? No, he didn’t get him. Charles Robinson not in great position. Got a near fall out of that
sunset flip with Jeff Hardy and Jeff Hardy’s offense coming few and
far between here. Neck breaker, the hook to the leg,
and Jeff Hardy again kicking out. We saw his great resiliency in his will to
survive last week against the Undertaker. >> Speaker 1: You know what
Jeff needs in this match? >> What’s that? >> Speaker 2: Ladder, he needs a ladder
in there, that’s his only hope. >> Speaker 1: Well,
he’s great in those ladder matches. Catches, catch, can,
there’s a cover again. And Jeff Hardy, he didn’t really kick
out that time, he did get a shoulder up. You gotta believe that again, as we point
out, if Jeff Hardy is hurting as bad as we assume that he is,
that the longer this match is going on, the more advantage it will be for
William Regal. >> Speaker 1: Well,
Jeff Hardy, he may be hurt. Hello, how are you doing? But you gotta give Jeff Hardy credit
like the Undertaker did last week. Did you hear what the Undertaker
called Jeff Hardy in that match? He said he was a tough son of a bitch. And that’s high praise
coming from the Undertaker. >> Speaker 1: The Undertaker is right
on that occasion, no doubt about that. Look at this.
>> USA, USA. >> Speaker 3: That’s gotta hurt. >> Speaker 1: Standing submission hold, this neck vice and
climbed by William Regal. >> Speaker 2: Look at
the look on Jeff Hardy. >> Speaker 1: That’s
a very unorthodox move. Jeff hard is fighting his way out. And catching Jeff and
grounding a high fire. Hardy’s been grounded,
there’s a lateral press here, and the European Champion creating
another near fall in this European Championship Match
live tonight from Philadelphia. And thank you very much for
being with us wherever you may be. >> Wow. >> Speaker 1: Nice little counting
there by Jeff Hardy to the arm drag. Regal’s gotta keep
Jeff Hardy grounded here. Hardy will take every chance in the book. This is the moment he says the first body, and Jeff could not hook the leg,
and Regal quickly back up. >> Speaker 1: I just can imagine riots
would break out all over Europe if William Regal comes across
that European Championship. Look at this. Now this is very unsportsmanlike. And Regal being preoccupied,
taking the turnbuckle cover off. >> Speaker 3: That’s unsportsmanlike,
a cheap shot from behind? He kicked him in the back. >> Speaker 3: Regal’s in the ring. >> Speaker 1: Jeff Hardy, wait a minute. Regal is down, Jeff Hardy is up. Can Jeff hit it? My God, a Swanton, a bullseye. >> No.
>> And the new European Champion. >> No.
>> Jeff Hardy, Jeff Hardy has done it- >> Here is is your winner, and the new WWE European Champion, Jeff Hardy. >> Speaker 3: Jeff Hardy went through
hell last week with the Undertaker and survived. And here tonight, Jeff Hardy continues his
quest for survival, living for the moment. And Jeff Hardy is now
the European Champion. [SOUND]
>> Speaker 2: Yeah, the hook. >> Speaker 3: The hook, yeah, the salt. The guy in Brunei. >> Speaker 2: Jeff Hardy The European
champion against William Regal. And talk about contrasting
styles in this matchup. >> Speaker 3: William Regal and Jeff Hardy
have absolutely nothing in common except one was a former European Champion and
Hardy is the current. Now, Regal the southpaw,
delivering the left hand to Jeff Hardy. Hardy into the corner,
the High Flyer, the Extremist Hardy. Look at the left hand slap
to the face of Jeff Hardy. And Regal, power of the punch. Looks to be all business here tonight. >> Speaker 3: Guy like Regal has no time,
no time for showboating. >> Speaker 2: Quick cover by
Jeff Hardy and a kickout by Hardy. Regal again into the cover,
and again Hardy kicks out. >> Speaker 2: Talk about ruthless-
>> Another cover by Regal and a third kickout. >> Speaker 3: Ruthless aggression. Hardy learned that on this [INAUDIBLE]. >> Speaker 2: Gotta love how William Regal
just shoves his forearm into the face of his opponent as he goes into the cup. Hardy up over the top, trying to
bring Regal over, and Regal counters. And Jeff Hardy,
what a shot to the back of the neck. >> Speaker 3: Green hair on Hardy. >> Speaker 2: Regal cover
again on the champion. And Regal trying to end this one quickly
against the High Flyer, Jeff Hardy. >> Speaker 3: Regal wants
that European peanut. What do you call it? European, yeah, easy for you to say. He wants that title. Bring it back to Europe, to England. >> Speaker 2: Shot to the chin by Regal. And Jeff Hardy rolls out of
the way as Regal lands the first. And now Jeff Hardy goes to work on
that left knee of William Regal. Hardy to the countdown. >> I like this Hardy, Cole. We need Hardy on SmackDown. >> Speaker 2: He’s been
extremely impressive. Jeff Hardy, chin breaker to William Regal. Jeff Hardy into the cover on Regal. The champion in control,
Regal gets the shoulder up. >> Speaker 3: Hardy got
some face paint on. What’s this dude, wacky? >> Jeff Hardy, a former five time WWE
Tag Team Champion with his brother Matt. But now making a name for himself in the
singles division as the European Champion. >> Slingshot right over the top rope. >> Speaker 2: Look how hard
he just stalks his opponent. Waits for Regal to come to his feet. Went for the big dropkick to the chin and
Regal now on the floor. >> Speaker 3: Wait a minute. >> Speaker 2: Hardy may
have made a mistake. >> Speaker 3: Hardy might have landed
right on the back of his head. He’s hanging out to the rope. >> Speaker 2: [CROSSTALK]
>> Jeff Hardy. >> Pulled that out of nowhere. >> Speaker 2: This kid is so inventive. He’s so innovative. Whenever he seems he’s in trouble, he finds some way to
squirm his way out of it. >> Look at this. >> Jeff Hardy into the barricade and
Regal had it scouted perfectly. >> Speaker 3: Still don’t know
what’s on this guy’s arm, what’s on Jeff Hardy’s body? Does he make himself like bubble gum or
something? >> Speaker 2: That’s an in thing, I guess. As Regal rolls into the ring,
here’s the cover on Hardy again and again, he kicked out. But we know Jeff Hardy’s threshold for
pain and punishment. Who will ever forget the ladder match for
the Undisputed Title just three weeks ago? >> Speaker 2: [CROSSTALK]
>> And Jeff Hardy wiping out William Regal. >> Speaker 3: Jeff Hardy can
take tons of punishments and William Regal loves to dish it out. William Regal just got blasted with that
high impact maneuver flippy thing there. >> Speaker 2: Every Nick Patrick
had the count against him. Look at Jeff Hardy between the legs but
Regal caught that left ankle. And Jeff Hardy with a shot to the chest. >> Speaker 2: Spin kick out of that,
extremely innovative. >> Jeff Hardy, the European Champion
in control, down low to William Regal. Shot to the abdomen. >> Speaker 2: [INAUDIBLE] Abdomen. >> Look at this,
Jeff Hardy looking to go up high. Regal’s in trouble. Jeff Hardy has his opponent in trouble. >> Counter,
knees right in the kidneys, two knees. >> Speaker 2: What a counter
by a desperate William Regal. >> Speaker 3: William Regal might
wanna try and get a pin cover here or submission hold. >> Speaker 2: The European Champion
leading from the mouth, looks to take advantage of
the missed Swanton by Jeff Hardy. >> Speaker 1: Nice,
a half nelson back throw. >> And Regal into the cover,
this could be it. And again,
Hardy just gets his shoulder up. >> Speaker 3: See the forearm
when he go for that pin cover, just put the form right in
Jeff Hardy’s mouth, in his face. >> Speaker 2: The punishment
continues on the champion, Jeff Hardy by the Street Fighter,
William Regal. >> Speaker 3: Go kick page on his boots,
ladies and gentlemen. Now it’s bleeding on Regal. Regal loves to bleed. Nice.
>> Speaker 1: Great counter by Hardy. >> Look at this, there’s two,
he got it, he got it. Jeff Hardy, he got it. >> Speaker 1: Retains the title. >> Speaker 1: The winner of this match and
still European Champion, Jeff Hardy. Jeff Hardy pulled up that
roll up out of nowhere. >> Speaker 1: I think
Regal’s gonna cry again. >> Speaker 1: Well, there’s more ladders. >> Speaker 1: Where
[INAUDIBLE] the ladder? >> Speaker 1: They got doodling
ladders on the outside of the ring. RVD and Jeff Hardy bringing
their lad into play here. [NOISE]
>> Looks like the checkout Island Home Depot. Look at this, look out. >> Van Dam [INAUDIBLE] in
the ladder taking down Jeff Hardy. [NOISE]
>> Boy, I’m telling you, everything about those ladders, every time you touch them,
they can hurt you some kinda way. Just like you said,
you smash your fingers in between them, they’ll cut you in a second. >> Ladders certainly were not intended to
be a part of a wrestling match [INAUDIBLE] in this one. And now look at Van Dam loading up
Jeff Hardy in that ladder, and Van Dam. >> No, man. >> Van Dam, all that weight
right on Jeff Hardy’s flying, just smashing into the steel ladder. And again, Van Dam, he injures himself
right in the hopes of injuring others. >> Speaker 1: He landed
on that ladder as well. Now what? >> Speaker 1: Now Van Dam
has the opportunity. Party down, Van Dam. >> Heads up.
>> A couple of feet away. >> Speaker 1: He got it. >> Speaker 1: He’s got the title. He’s gotta bring it down. He’s gotta retrieve the belt,
goes Van Dam, and Jeff Hardy is trying to stop that. >> Speaker 1: No.
>> Almost a Russian leg sweep take down off the ladder,
both men crashing to the canvas. Jeff Hardy back up. >> Now what is he gonna do? >> Now Jeff Hardy stacking that ladder up. My God, you gotta be kidding me. I think Jeff Hardy lays away
tonight thinking of things to do. [INAUDIBLE] To the ladder, swanton. Right on the ladder,
right on the [INAUDIBLE] or RVD. Van Dam is hurt and Jeff Hardy is down. But Hardy has a chance here to somehow
climb that ladder that’s still standing, retrieve the intercontinental title belt,
and become the champion. >> Speaker 1: What are these
guys thinking wanting this, JR? Like you said, it’s not what they’ll do to each other
when they do that to themselves. >> Speaker 1: It is high stakes here
in this highly competitive matchup. >> Look out. >> Speaker 1: Now here we go. Now both men fighting on that ladder. Something’s gotta give here, and
it may be some part of anatomy. >> Speaker 1: Watch.
>> Van Dam trying to reach. Hardy’s head bounces off that ladder. Man, these guys are proverbially
in no man’s land up here. >> Speaker 1: No. >> My God. Powerbomb up the the second rung
of the ladder from the top. And now both men are down once again, putting their bodies to pure hell to
become the Intercontinental Champion. The first match made in
the Bischoff reign of Raw. >> Speaker 1: Let’s check this out. From way, way up above, watch this. Look at that impact. You know what? Bischoff not only has he
pulled off some poos, he put together some
great matches already. This is fantastic. >> Speaker 1: I don’t know if Van Dam and
Jeff Hardy would agree with [INAUDIBLE]. Thunder on the body, on the ladder. Man, the passion of these two young men,
absolutely overwhelming. It runs through their bone marrow wanting
to perform before these fans here on Raw and to become
the Intercontinental Champion. My God, it’s all about, King, competition. >> Speaker 1: I got a feeling that Rob Van
Dam has got the huge upper hand here now. >> Jeff, wait a minute. >> Jeff’s up. >> Speaker 1: Jeff Hardy
somehow reaches out and gets out right in
the kidneys of that ladder. Another shot to the hip
there of RVD with a ladder. And Van Dam momentarily stymied. That may be the best
use of the ladder yet. RVD and Hardy inches away. Inches away the top of the case. [NOISE]
>> My God, Jeff Hardy crashing and burning from that ladder. Can RVD get the title belt? He’s close. It’s a frog flash from the top. A modified version of the five star. >> Both fighters are down,
but most importantly, both these superstars are there. Watch that kick over, and
then followed by the frog splash. Look at this, running knee. >> Speaker 1: These guys are taking
their bodies to places that [INAUDIBLE] Rob Van Dam. Van Dam’s there, trying to get it. He’s got it. >> Speaker 1: Look out, look out. >> Van Dam is
the Intercontinental Champion. >> Speaker 1: Here’s your new Unified
Intercontinental Champion, Rob Van Dam. >> Speaker 1: That ladder fell
right across the hip of Jeff Hardy. He may be finished, JR. >> Van Dam, the Intercontinental Champion
with a victory, I’m sure he’s never gonna
forget Jeff Hardy as well. What a memorable match. These two young men really put their
bodies on the line in one of the most dangerous environments that
they could ever be put in. Boy, what a match. But I’m worried about Jeff Hardy. Van Dam in this ladder match, you gotta
wonder what kinda match he’ll be in next week in Greensboro for Raw as Van Dam
doing the sportsmanlike thing, and showing some class, and
helping Jeff Hardy up. These two guys have gotta
have a lot of mutual respect. But it’s all about
the competition here on Raw. >> Speaker 2: Hey, Jeff,
what’s going on, man, how are you? >> Speaker 1: I’m good.
[NOISE] >> Speaker 2: Hey, man, I watch you week after week. You are awesome. You don’t have to go out there, man, and
break your leg, or break your neck, or break your arm, put your whole career
in line every night just for ratings. Isn’t that right, Eric? >> Speaker 1: Isn’t what right? >> Speaker 2: He doesn’t have
to go out there every night, throw his career in a line,
risk breaking his leg or breaking even his neck just for
ratings to make you happy. >> Speaker 1: Contraire, I mean,
let’s face it, Jeff Hardy, Bradshaw in a hardcore match,
that is great television. But of course I care about him. Of course I care about his health, and
his physical condition, and his family. I mean, this man, he’s the future of Raw,
for crying out loud. >> Speaker 1: Ric, I’ll be all right, man. I’m extreme, I live for the moment. I’m home in Greensboro, North Carolina. >> [APPLAUSE]
>> Love him. [SOUND]
>> Who’s tougher, a Tartinian or a Texan? >> Speaker 1: Well, I think we’re gonna
find it out right here if size has anything to do with it. You’ve always told me
that size doesn’t matter. Bradshaw, maybe the cup or
the dude based on that, but. >> I know I’ve told some girls that,
but that’s telling you that too. >> Speaker 1: Jeff hardy, cover on
Bradshaw, and Bradshaw at 300 pound mark. You know he’s gonna try to beat down and
ground down Jeff Hardy but Jeff Hardy, the inside cradle in this hardcore match,
you don’t see that very often. Let’s not forget how resilient Jeff Hardy
was about three weeks ago or so in that ladder match
against The Undertaker. >> Speaker 1: He was resilient, all right. But I can assure you he’s still,
to this day, to this minute,
is feeling the effects of that match. He may feel the effects of that match for
the rest of his life. >> Speaker 1: And then bringing the story
forward, last week in a ladder match, Jeff Hardy and RVD turned it out. So we know Jeff Hardy is tough. Is he tough enough to withstand
a 300 pound Hardcore Champion in a match where there’s no count outs,
no disqualifications, and pinfalls count anywhere? Where everything is legal, including the steel stairs which have
just found their way into the ring? >> I know.
>> Speaker 1: How heavy are those? >> Speaker 1: I know Jeff Hardy’s tough. You gotta be tough to wear green hair, JR. >> I guess you got a point there. Look at Bradshaw, next thing you think of your kitchen
sink being tossed in the ring. I saw Bradshaw on MTV’s Heat last
night use a kayak in a hardcore match. >> Speaker 1: A kayak? >> Speaker 1: Kayak. But he did have his life jacket on,
so I guess that was. >> Speaker 1: Yeah. >> Speaker 2: Yeah,
gotta capitalize kayak man. >> Speaker 1: He’s got a strike quickly,
suddenly, and he does well, that’d be enough. And Bradshaw gets that left shoulder,
snips it off the canvas. But Jeff Hardy now has the advantage. How long can he keep it? >> Speaker 2: He busted that
trash can right in too. Look at that, I’ve seen him did it before. I think that’s the first one [INAUDIBLE]. >> Speaker 1: That just busted into
Bradshaw getting some brain cells. >> Displaced and
comes back with a kick right to the face. And Jeff Hardy almost going limp in
this Hardcore Championship match, I tell you what, the Hardcore champion
having to defend the title 24 hours a day, seven days a week. >> Speaker 2: Bradshaw wouldn’t
have it any other way. He loves it. >> Speaker 1: I know these guys have
a lot of respect for each other. Boy, I’ll tell you,
I don’t like the looks of this Bradshaw. Business is business, I guess. Bradshaw look at and underneath. Bradshaw, use some leverage
there to elevate Bradshaw. >> Speaker 2: What you looking for
under there? There could be anything under a WWE ring. Did you know that they are. >> Speaker 1: No, look at the ladder. >> Speaker 2: How he find that? >> Speaker 1: Now this is
right down Jeff Hardy’s alley. He is as proficient using the ladder
as we saw last week with RVD and a few weeks ago with the Undertaker
as anybody in our business. >> Speaker 2: Now what’s he gonna do? >> Speaker 1: And remember folks,
all of this is legal in a hard place. >> Speaker 1: Boy. >> Speaker 1: Lord. >> Speaker 2: Well,
Jeff says he’s extreme. He lives for the moment. He may witness his last moment in
the wrestling business here tonight. >> Speaker 1: But I’ll tell you what,
if the kid goes down, he’ll go down in a blaze of glory and
he’ll go down in his home state. >> Speaker 2: You know what,
speak the last moment. You don’t think that’s what Ric Flair’s
announcement is gonna be tonight, do you? What’s he talking about? >> Speaker 1: I don’t know, I know the Ric Flair just eyes as
Eric Bischoff about as strongly as. >> Speaker 2: Any guy got him. >> Speaker 1: Jeff Hardy,
the extremist, climbing those ropes. >> Speaker 2: Yeah, but
let’s face it, I mean, that was a solemn little speech there and
we are in North Carolina, and this is a big match and
what a way to go out. Do you think that could be it? >> Speaker 1: I don’t know. I have no idea what it could be. I suppose, I just don’t know. And Bradshaw stepping down, the referee. Remember, no disqualifications here,
lots of headache. >> Speaker 1: Center number two,
number three. >> More brain cells getting displaced. These two men are literally beating
the hell out of each other. And Jeff Hardy,
the risk taker, the daredevil, thinking about getting vertical and
so is Bradshaw. >> Speaker 2: These guys are beating
the hell out of each other. And somewhere Eric Bischoff is loving it. He’s loving every minute of this. >> Speaker 1: Bradshaw gets
smacked in the face, in the head. >> Speaker 2: No, you don’t do this. >> Speaker 1: My God.
>> Speaker 1: How high is this tail out? You’re talking about living for
the movement up the top of the ladder. Gotta be all. It’s gotta be over here. We gotta have a new Hardcore champion. >> [APPLAUSE]
>> Hardcore Champion Jeff Hardy. >> Speaker 1: Jeff Hardy came
home to North Carolina and is leaving the Hardcore Champion. >> Speaker 2: Hey, hey, wait a minute. Look at this. >> Speaker 1: That’s Johnny
the False Star Bowley. Wait a second, he brought a referee
with him and now [INAUDIBLE]. >> Tony, the big Hardcore champion,
Johnny DePaul Dan Molly. >> Jeff Hardy challenge in The Game for
the World’s Heavyweight Title. And The Game has been busted open. >> Speaker 1: Yeah.
>> Speaker 1: By Rob Van Dam. >> Speaker 2: Look at this opportunist,
Jeff Hardy. >> Speaker 2: I think
The Game is playing better. >> Speaker 1: Van Dam has done the damage. Just like The Game did it to Van Dam
earlier tonight when he cost you the Intercontinental title. Has Van Dam cost The Game
the World’s Heavyweight Title? Last party by Jeff the cover and
a near fall. >> Speaker 1: The Game has
lost a lot of blood, Keith. He was bleeding profusely throughout
that last commercial break. >> Speaker 2: I know, but
what does that say for Triple H? The fact that he didn’t just call this
match off, he’s still having to defend the World Championship in the battered,
bloody condition he’s in. Look out. >> Speaker 1: The Game went
downstairs on Jeff Hardy. The Game wants to integrate to
the pedigree, but he does it. Jeff Hardy, both feet right
in the abdomen of Triple H. What a night. Will Triple H’s world crumble
around him tonight if he loses the world title to Jeff Hardy, the cover. >> That’s unthinkable,
that would be unheard of. >> Speaker 1: I remember a time when
Jeff Hardy beat The Game then for the intercontinental title. I remember a time when
Jeff Hardy meet the Undertaker. And that Ladder Match. >> Not just my time, for
the one time and The Game sees it. He’s taught and
got the hell out of the ring. >> Speaker 2: He is still
the cerebral assassin, even though his cerebrum
has been scrambled. >> Speaker 1: Jeff Hardy. >> look at that. >> Jeff Hardy running that rail, didn’t
get all that clothesline that he wanted. But The Game has lost so much blood
here at the hands of Rob Van Dam. >> Speaker 1: I’ll tell
you what is unforgiven, this Sunday the whole complexity
of Unforgiven Sunday. Home page for
a duke of change here and now. Springboard, moonshot cover. >> Speaker 1: He got there all. Did he get it? >> Speaker 2: I’ll tell you one
thing; Jeff Hardy is coming here. I think he shot his ; I think he’s
giving it everything he’s got. He’s about history. There you go. Now it’s time to capitalize on Triple H. >> Speaker 1: The Game shot step
Jeff Hardy and bought himself some time. >> Speaker 1: But
look at The Game, he is a bloody, wounded animal next to Rod Van Dam. And the Gainesville heavyweight title is
on the line here tonight live in Denver. >> Speaker 2: Yeah, but
thanks to this thin air and this altitude, I think that Jeff Hardy
is just about spit. >> Speaker 1: The Game rolls back in. >> Speaker 2: Count him out. >> Speaker 1: And Jeff Hardy now’s got
a 10 count to get back in the ring and continue his quest. His lifelong dream, his goal of becoming
the World’s Heavyweight champion exists here and there. >> Speaker 2: I don’t think he can get to
his feet, Jr., he’s gonna get counted out. >> Speaker 1: That party man,
what a night. >> Speaker 1: It’s 850. >> For CSI to debut right after a raw. >> Speaker 1: We’re gonna take
him right to the promised land. Well, that great broadcast tonight and The Game is trying to take him
to the promised land here. He wants to get the hell out of Denver and get to Unforgiven with
the World’s Heavyweight Title. The Game wounded Jeff Hardy sucking
some air here after the punishment from Triple H. [NOISE]
>> Triple H got enough left to finish Hardy off. >> Speaker 1: Jeff Hardy
with a right hand. Jeff Hardy for all he’s got. His lifelong dream to become
the Heavyweight Champion of the world. >> Speaker 1: Don’t do anything crazy,
Triple H. You don’t have to win. You just can’t lose. >> Speaker 1: And Jeff Hardy
[INAUDIBLE] coming down from the top. >> Speaker 1: Triple H
[INAUDIBLE] his head. >> Speaker 1: A shade from
high risk like Shawn Michaels. There’s a hook of the leg,
the cover, my God. >> Speaker 1: [INAUDIBLE] Three. >> Less than a half, less than a half. A second away from Jeff Hardy upsetting
The Game for the Heavyweight Championship. >> Speaker 1: This is not right,
JR, this is not fair. >> Speaker 1: There you go,
man, that’s fair. >> Speaker 1: Jeff Hardy taking a chance,
misses The Game. Doesn’t miss the ring post and The Game,
The Cerebral Assassin, he can feel it. He knows what,
Jeff Hardy now has been injured. >> Speaker 1: Yeah,
thanks to Rob Van Damme. Why don’t you bring that up? Why don’t you bring that
to everybody’s attention? Rob Van Damme to call it in. >> Jeff Hardy fighting for
everything he’s got. For those reverse elbows. >> No. >> How much did Jeff Hardy
get of that moonsault? Did he get enough? The Game was out of his back. He’s not going. No, it was even closer
than the last near fall. >> Speaker 1: I don’t know how
Triple H kicked out of that. Both of Jeff Hardy’s feet and lower legs came down right
across the head of Triple H. >> Speaker 1: Jeff Hardy
now going downstairs. The Twist of Fate, the Twist of Fate. Jeff Hardy has hit the Twist of Fate. It was Jeff Hardy,
the risk taker, the daredevil. >> Speaker 1: He’s wasting
valuable time here. >> Speaker 1: He’s putting his heart and
soul on the line. Small Tom Boom. If he hits it, he gotta be Champion. But he hit it,
Jeff Hardy hits it, he hit it. My God, he’s done it. Covering tail, you got a covering. Jeff Hardy to cover. He’s got it on The Game. God Almighty. Too close to the ropes. >> [CROSSTALK]
>> He is too smart for Jeff Hardy. >> Speaker 1: It helps when you’re 6, 4. >> Speaker 1: Hey, look at this. >> Speaker 1: And
now The Game walk down that sleeper hole. He has been perfecting this maneuver
over the last several weeks. And The Cerebral Assassin taking
Jeff Hardy down with that sleeper. >> Speaker 1: This could be it. >> Speaker 1: He can feel the sense
of urgency, even the desperation. >> Speaker 1: Jeff Hardy
trying to get turned. Your only hope is to get turned
where you’re facing your opponent. Where he can’t cut out
that carotid artery. >> Speaker 1: The awesome upper body
strength of the Game, [INAUDIBLE]. >> He’s got him, JR. >> Speaker 1: The flow of blood to
the brain is getting restricted. >> Speaker 1: He’s out.
[SOUND] >> Speaker 1: Jeff Hardy’s out. And The Game, that game he’s retaining. >> Speaker 1: [INAUDIBLE] And still
the World Heavyweight Champion, Triple H. >> Speaker 1: But The Game knows he was
in for one hell of a fight here tonight.

Jey Uso is nothing compared to this, most of his fans weren’t even a thought yet
Heck, Jimmy Uso more similar to Jeff
Then he left the following year 😞
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐
3:23 Jr call's Matt, Jeff all the time
Bro had 5 different title opportunities within 2-3 months. Y’all would’ve hated Jeff now 😂
I have that jersey
You guys forgot to add his little love story with Trish
Lot of jeff hardy videos getting uploaded lately 👀
My favourite ever era of my inspiration Jeff Hardy ❤
Need more storylines that start with: "I'm bored. I'm gonna go do something really stupid now. 😃 Watch this!"
gotta make a matt hardy V1 story now
Watching the Taker/Hardy match as a kid, made me a Jeff Hardy fan for life. I remember talking to my girlfriend at the time the next day at school about the match.
Jeff Hardy for Hall of Fame
The undisputed coolest wrestler in history. Michael Jackson aura
admin is on a generational run on this channel
1:31 the production staff snitched on Jeff by playing his music lmao
Too bad none of these episodes of Raw are available anymore
I remember staying up to watch that ladder match for the undisputed title. There was a moment where you really thought Jeff was going to do it. Jeff earned a ton of respect that night. I don't know if it was because I was young but every edition of Raw felt truly magical back then. You always expected something exciting or huge to go down and 'Big Evil' Undertaker is one of his very best gimmicks in my opinion.
If you or your family hasn’t dealt with addiction you cannot speak on Jeff’s mistakes and choices. Addiction is so misunderstood and even with his short comings people will also consider him a legend and a pioneer in pro wrestling. Let’s stop reminding him of his mistakes it’s counter productive
Jeff ruined his push such a waste
14:00 this is what meth use looks like
This is the problem with ladder matches if they arent timed and executed perfect. Someone always ends up taking 10 minutes to climb the last 2 rungs of the ladder. Waiting for someone to come hit them with a chair or push the ladder over. That makes suspension of disbelief difficult
I miss these days
European champion?
2:48 Good god, he sounded like a robot.
Let's get history of the hardcore title!
I was at that ladder match. It was one of two WWE events I went to in my life. The other was the night Mr America debuted.
That ladder match with Undertaker still lives in my memory.
Jeff climbing the ladder. JR's emotional call. Undertaker showing Jeff respect.
I wish we could still have things like this, but today everybody is basically the same character.
They should have gone up to Survivor Series when he teamed up with the Dudleys vs 3 minute warning.
Also, we never got Hardys vs Brothers of Destruction. They teamed up but never faced each other in tag matches.
If only Jeff had kept his demons in check, he would have achieved megastar status like Cena or Punk nowadays. He was way ahead than those guys man, he had it going.
When RVD laughed at the ladder on Jeff 🤣
WWE Vault has been cooking 🔥🔥🔥
The Micheal Jackson of professional wrestling
This made me a wresting fan
“Climb the ladder kid! Make yourself famous!”
6:06 that's so badass!
THE GOAT
2002 Jeff is my favorite Jeff for sure
Man, the crowd went absolutely ballistic when Jeff Hardy was climbing the ladder.
Ill argue it with anyone. That ladder match i the best JR commentary of all time
Estos hermanos si empezaron de abajo, se puede ver sus inicios cuando les daban sus primera luchas sabian que no ganarian pero igual ellos lo aceptaban por su pasion al deporte.
If jeff hardy had just kept his head straight, we wouldn't have a john cena today
The "immediate" aftermath of the ladder match between Jeff Hardy and The Undertaker for the Undisputed WWE Championship was as emotional moment.
6 years later 2008.
Jeff Hardy wins the WWE Title.
Armageddon.
Thank you, wwe, for my love to Jeff Hardy
It’s honestly a blessing to no longer have Jerry Lawler on commentary. Just the purest definition of annoying and insufferable.
21:18🙌 😮
