i think I might have found the lightest golf top ever this is the Galving Green Larry and it weighs just 113 grams which is less than a sleeve of golf balls now you’re probably wondering there’s no way a top that looks this good and is so minimalistic can actually offer any level of protection out on the golf course but this Larry is windproof and also it’s water resistant as well which is really handy if you get caught in a passing shower now obviously it’s not raining today but I do have a bottle of water here to demonstrate its qualities which are really going to help you if you do get stuck in the rain going to put some water on the jacket and look at that absolutely no trace of water left behind the water beads off completely dry but is it functional for golf you bet the fact that the material is so thin and it’s also incredibly stretchy means that the range of motion you get is completely unrested i’ve really enjoyed swinging with it i don’t feel like there’s any in fact it’s so thin I hardly feel like I’m wearing anything at all frankly which is incredible um I also like the fact because it’s so thin and stretchy you can fold it down really compactly so it will fit in the smallest space in your golf bag so if you struggle to store all your kit that you carry with you on the course if you’ve got a small golf bag with not many pockets this could be a real game changer so as you can tell I really like Larry we’ve become best friends and if you want to try one for yourself head over to the Gavin Green website

  1. “Lightest golf top ever” literally brought back a range flashback where I topped the ball so lightly that it bounced off the mat straight up into the air and I caught it with one hand
