Cool on two levels. First, and most importantly for you, you got it on camera. Second, and regretted for me, there are no places where you can practice chipping like that here in Japan. There are some areas where you can practice bunker shots at some driving ranges, but their signs say no chipping. And golf courses never have chipping areas that have any degree of realism . They’ll have some patchy grass next to a thing that has been cut down to look like a green, but you can’t get any practice on roll. So all you can do is practice and substandard conditions to hit a spot. You can’t learn how your ball is going to roll once it hits that spot. You’re very lucky. And so was that shot.
