Minjee Lee won the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, surviving the elements to capture her third major.
The 29-year-old Australia took a three-stroke lead in the third round, an especially challenging day when the pool needed an average of six hours to finish.
For the first time in history, the LPGA has now had a new winner in all 16 events so far in 2025. And Nelly Korda, who won six trophies before June a season ago, has yet to win one.
As Lee won at 4 under, her brother Min Woo finished 5 over at the Travelers Championship.
Tommy Fleetwood began the final day with a 3-stroke lead and looked to finally notch a win, until Keegan Bradley drained a birdie putt on the final hole.
Bradley is Team USA’s captain for the upcoming Ryder Cup and with the win, could now become the first playing captain since Arnold Palmer in 1962.
