Another suspect has been arrested over damage caused to the golf course at Trump Turnberry during a vandalism attack earlier this year, police have said.
Police Scotland said a 57-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with damage to the course, in Maidens Road, Turnberry, South Ayrshire.
The force revealed he was detained in London on Tuesday June 24 after the incident was reported at around 4.40am on Saturday, March 8.
The man has not appeared in court and has been released on an undertaking to appear at court at a later date in connection with the case against him.

His arrest takes the total number of people detained in connection with the vandalism to eight.
A 27-year-old woman was also arrested on April 27 in connection with the incident and was due to appear at Ayr Sheriff Court the following day.
Pro-Palestine scrawls and slogans were etched across the four-star golfing resort, near Girvan.
As well as having red paint splattered across the front of the upmarket facility, “Gaza is not 4 sale” was also sprayed across one of the greens.
Pictures from the scene showed the white clubhouse covered in slashes of red paint and the golfing green hacked.
Palestine Action, which took responsibility for the attack, said the move was a “direct response to the US administration’s stated intent to ethnically cleanse Gaza”.

Trump sent a message to the two million population on his Truth Social platform, writing: “To the People of Gaza: A beautiful Future awaits, but not if you hold Hostages. If you do, you are dead”.
The Trump administration recently signed off on the shipment of 40,000 bombs to Israel. Days after the incident Eric Trump, son of the US President, touched down at Edinburgh Airport in his dad’s private Boeing 757 jet on March 13.

He met First Minister John Swinney for what was described as a ‘business meeting.’ Eric Trump took over the running of some of his father’s businesses in 2017.
A spokesperson from Palestine Action said in a release from the group: “Palestine Action rejects Donald Trump’s treatment of Gaza as though it were his property to dispose of as he likes.
“To make that clear, we have shown him that his own property is not safe from acts of resistance. We will continue to take action against US-Israeli colonialism in the Palestinian homeland.”
A Trump Turnberry spokesman said previously: “This was a childish, criminal act. Turnberry is a national treasure and will continue to be the number one beacon of luxury and excellence in the world of golf.”
