A huge fire has erupted near a golf club in Aberdeen overnight.
The blaze broke out near the Royal Aberdeen Golf Club on Links Road in the Bridge of Don area at around 1am on Tuesday. Emergency services quickly raced to the scene after the alarm was raised.
Fire crews battled the blaze for several hours before leaving the scene at around 6am. Images taken from the scene show large flames as huge plumes of smoke billows into the night sky.

An eyewitness told Aberdeen Live: “I looked out my window as I usually do to breathe in fresh air and have a moment of peace.
“To my surprise and panic, I spotted three huge fires, at least in the distance by the river Don. I ran downstairs, grabbed my phone and called 999 to report the fire.”
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and Police Scotland have been contacted for comment.
