  1. Was everyone here trying to be all edgy or something, avoiding saying the obvious one?! Of course it’s Land of My Fathers

  2. Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 all day with Flowers of Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 second

  3. I didn't scroll all the way through, but none of the athletes mentioned New Zealand or South Africa. I'm not familiar with the Welsh anthem, but the others are right on spot. The most stirring version of La Marseillaise I ever heard was when all of the members of the French Parliament sang it after the Charlie Hebdo massacre. That would never happen in the US anymore.

  5. I am Scottish and I love the Italian anthem, it's a whole vibe and the Italians are so passionate singing their anthem.

  7. There's lies, damned lies, and selective sampling / tactical voting to deny what everyone knows is the best national anthem. …And I don't even need to name it.

  8. I'm a kiwi living in scotland, I've never heard anything better than the flower of scotland sung at murryfield, goosebumps everytime

  9. Nobody mentions the English national anthem why? because England is the last colony of Great Britain, best trick played in the world, is how the Scots convinced the Irish it was the English….

  10. The annoying thing is God save the King used by England isn't actually the English anthem, it is the British anthem, not the English. The English anthem is either Land of Hope and Glory or Jerusalem.

  11. I’m not being bias but wales anthem is probs the most powerful one that’s sung when in Cardiff and you can hear it but I do like the other anthem flower of Scotland is my second favourite then Ireland

  12. Welsh. That is pure opera. I don't know anything about rugby, I don't understand a letter of Welsh, but that anthem sung with that passion gets to me every time.

  13. Surprise surprise -God Save The King not mentioned maybe because it’s a British not English anthem…..

  14. When I watch the 6 nations on TV, I can't refrain from singing ALL anthems whatever nation the French (my) team is playing. Goosebumps guaranteed !!! Vive le Rugby et les 6 nations !

  15. seeing commentaries, thats normal that British didnt mention the French one because we hate this people and the same for them

  16. Land of my father's in cardiff, or flower of Scotland at murryfield, can't choose between them (as an English fan)

  17. French here. Listening to the Scottish, Welsh and yes the Italian crowd singing their anthem is brilliant! Brilliant! As good as the game to come! A small preferance for Flower of Scotland though!

  18. All the countries in the 6 nations have excellent anthems, bar that disgraceful gstk dirge that England rips off of the UK. Embarrassing

  19. As a Scot, I find the Welsh anthem just the best, written by a father & son in Welsh, it's about the language, the people, the culture, the land. Everything an anthem should about is in that wonderful Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau.
