After Wyndham Clark badly damaged two lockers at Oakmont during the US Open, Tour Pros Nick O’Hern and Mark Allen call for a 6-month ban from the tour for him, saying that tolerating this behaviour condones it.

what Windham Clark did to the locker room her horrific at Oakmont honestly that they’re beautiful gorgeous restored lockers they’re probably what they looked like you know 50 years ago or whenever they were redone well they’re the original benches lockers that that uh you know Nicholas and Palmer and Hogan when he won in 53 that they actually used for their US Open and the little bit of material you know it’s there for a reason so your locker doesn’t stink and it airs it out i mean it’s just a beautiful beautiful place and for Windham Clark to put his foot through or a club through or whatever he did not one but two of them if I was the PGA tour I don’t care like he won the US Open a couple years ago you’re not playing for 6 months yeah you need some time off i would give you a sixmonth holiday for for disrespecting a golf course and a golf club that opens its doors and I think this is the 10th time the US Open was played there i mean just just I mean grow up win them something’s coming with the guy because he did that big tomahawk club throw at the PGA where it almost took out a Marshall and hit the back stop behind one they should have done more then so this is what happens this is what happens in all walks of life if you don’t start penalizing people for doing the stuff that makes us all a little bit sick then it gets out of control trust me I’ve wanted to bury my driver through a couple of those locker rooms when I was there in 2007 after walking off the course a couple of the days but but you don’t do it it’s just it’s just part of the game and mate I shot 87 i shot 87 in the second round of uh the British Open at Cari 87 didn’t come last but came close to being last mate i was you know I was welling up but you’re not going to put your foot through a locker [Music]

  1. Big red flag here – he hasn't been able to get back to his US Open winning form and looks like he's not coping. Nick is right – he needs time off, but mainly for his own mental health. I'd start with some empathy at least, before ramming suspensions and bans on the guy..

  2. Nah, apologize and pay for the damage. Golden boy McIlroy smashes tee markers and throws clubs in full view of the gallery. Ban him for 6 months? Never going to happen.

  3. For chrissakes why is this an issue. Let them deal with it interiorly. This is like watching the View.

  4. Pull his remaining exemptions for the US Open…..he can still play if he qualifies…..but pull his remaining exemptions…..

  5. The problem lies with the fact that all four major championships are not run by the PGA Tour. Each major championship has its own set of rules and regulations that govern their respective tournaments. One example of this is how each major has players competing that are not eligible to play in PGA Tour events.

  6. If Clark did indeed do this, then there should be some disciplinary action taken. Suspension? – I don't know. HEFTY fine – absolutely! Written public apology to Oakmont, so it can be posted IN the club – history for all to see and be reminded of how NOT to act in what was once considered a "gentleman"s game.

  7. Disgusting behaviour. Golf is gradually turning from the gentlemen’s game to the Game for yobs. Crowds now shouting abuse, players acting like entitled brats, people turning up at golf clubs looking like they’ve been down the pub. Sad

  8. Wyndham Clark is very easy to dislike. He needs help in the worst way. Explodes at the PGA, issues a lame apology afterwards and then vandalizes two lockers at Oakmont. Enough already.

  9. Time for this classless piece of shit to be suspended!! The rest of the season! No Ryder Cup and you aren't playing in next years US Open!!
I'm sure Mommy is proud of her lil mommies boy!
You got lucky and won a Major just like JJ Spaun did this last week and really haven't done shit since!
And furthermore you are a disgrace to the other 124 card holders!
    You suck! Accept it!!

  10. Too much money, beautiful game ruined by big business , greedy people, the same lot that ruined football for the working man

  11. This is Absolutely childish! We all play the game and the only person responsible for underachieving one's goals is the person who's swinging the club!

  12. Please, what an over reaction. Two plates gone but easily replaced or repaired. Send him the bill. I’m sure he’ll be glad to pay it. You ever missed a U S Open cut by a shot? No, I didn’t think so. (I have)

  13. Throwing a few thousand dollars at it in repairs is certainly not enough. Not only did you destroy someone else's property you inconvenienced them and now someone else had to spend their time cleaning up your mess. What do you suppose the members at Augusta would do?

  14. Oakmont could and probably should ban him from the club. That and the repair bill would be a good start. Can you imagine what Augusta would do in this situation… life ban for sure

  15. Anger management for him. Ban him for this season and next. Make him pay for the damage plus a hefty PGA fine for disorderly conduct.

  16. Wyndham is a silver spoon country club kid who never had to work a day in his life. His dad is a piece of work as well. Blatantly picked up his ball and didn’t finish a hole in a men’s club tournament that I played in. He’s just a very odd duck, and his kid is a spoiled brat. Can’t wait to see him implode and fall off the The tour. It won’t matter he’ll never work a day in his life. He’s one of those piece of sh Richie Rich kids.

  17. I have the answer! The Wyndham Binky! If you're gonna act like a child, treat him as such. Might open up a whole new line of sponsorship. Bad Attitude Binky! For the so-called professional who acts like he has a load in his diaper but is just a load!

  18. He won’t the US Open on a pitch and putt course. I don’t know if you can suspend him, but you can send him a really big bill for repairs.

  19. Nice to see you Nick, played with you in the CROWN ROYAL OPEN in Virginia when you first came over to play in America, really enjoyed talking with you after about your future plans to try and get on the PGA TOUR, always knew you would make it, you were so grounded, nice career and one of the few to beat Tiger straight up in match play in his prime!!! Glad I found this channel!!!😮🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

  20. Two Words: Classless Bum. His behavior on the course was over the line. Wasn't he throwing clubs and whacking at the fescue? Demonstratively waving and pointing at the rough and yelling? He's WAY too old to act like that. He gets an F.

  21. This is not like watching the the view he's a spoiled entitled little brat who was never disciplined when he was young he made his apology all about him

  22. Make him pay for the refurbishment and ban him from ever returning to the club and course again along with a massive fine.
