Chipping is like a putter stroke. Don’t need a lot of power, but mimic your putter strokes. That helped me knock off 4-5 strokes from the scorecard. I’m invested in this series! Good luck to ya!
Those are my wedges. I don’t know what it is, but a 60° in my hand I will never hit. But I can hit a 58° perfectly.
Get that forward shaft lean, then gift it a good putt feel.
Club up ON EVERY HIT. If it’s a 7 iron hit. Go 6 iron and half swing it. Dial in the dispersion of your clubs. Then start clubbing the correct distance and hitting them
Work on 150 yards and in, if you can put it on the green or around the green in a good spot. Then chip and putt well you’ll save a lot of shots, how many times do you see or hear about others hitting a great drive in the middle of the fairway and then walking off with a double.
New to the channel. Super impressed! Best advice I ever got around the greens is hit the ball to your landing spot, not the cup. Good drill for this: pick a flag on the practice green, figure out where’s the best place to land it, and put a towel down. Try to get as many balls to land on the towel as possible. My short game went from the worst part of my game to helping me score.
300 days? Ok bub. You’re bit. You’ll chase that dragon ‘till your legs can do any more chasin’ – plain and simple. Unless you show me a legit scorecard of some who shot an 18, this game can’t be beat. No it in 3, 300, 3,000,000 days! But the positive attitude is, inspiring. …see ya out there! 😂

I got much better when I realized I was just praying with a stick in my hand instead of focusing my combined efforts to a greater goal.
