Another summer PSA: spray your sunblock on your exposed skin instead of your shoes and socks, the tee, the green, your playing partners, etc.

Unless this was John Daly of course

Could it be bug spray? Not sure why someone would spray their shoes

  3. WolvesAlwaysLose

    Big no no.

But the person will continue to do it not realize their destruction

    Upvoted for awareness.

But while I’m at it, another PSA: toss your broken tees preferably into the proper receptacle if there is one, but if not then at least in the rough or wild area so it doesn’t screw up the rotary mower blades.

sun spray, mosquito spray, fix your divots, rake the bunker, don’t wear cut offs. ffs.

Huh kills grass but is fine for your skin go figure

  7. As long as you arent a blackout drunk toddler spraying all over your shoes, I think we’ll be fine.

I apply my spray sunscreen in my shower.

No slippery floors, no dead grass.

Self cleaning at my after round shower

    Easy peasy.

My kids are given a stern warning whenever I see suntan spray in their hands. Stay on the driveway! They kill my grass and there will be consequences!

I’ve seen a couple courses with signs stating don’t spray on the grass.

How about not using spray-on sunscreen whatsoever? A mineral-based cream will do the job just find. Take care of the environment and your skin.

I usually spray down on the cart path or the parking lot but i had no idea this was a problem I’ll definitely be mindful of it going forward

  12. Same with boats. Stains the fiberglass and fabric

    It’s bug spray.

Sunscreen is mildly toxic due to the alcohols in the spray but Deet itself is toxic to turf. And also, people tend to spray it all over their shoes and socks like this person did.

The PSA is right, the aerosol product is probably not.

Please spray anything out of a can onto your body on the cart path, in the wooded areas or even in a bunker.
