this you think maybe 20 more than that yeah maybe 20 under in this tournament it’s a short course it’s meant for wedge play and these guys are masters with their short irons and that’s the best ones are going to win it it’s just how it works i I don’t um I don’t think this is a course where length is that important um so I I don’t think I think it’s all short irons here at uh at wherever this TPC course is up in Connecticut and um they’re going to light it up they’ll light it up if weather stays good they’re light it up um you know it’s not like Gainesville Florida where at 3:00 you better head for the shelters every day uh 3:00 so all you golfers 9 to three is your window after that head to the clubhouse yep because it’s gonna pour it’s gonna pour it’s gonna pour the Rays have one thing figured out and that is we put a roof on our ballpark i guess the Marlins did too uh so there’s never going to be a rain out in Tampa and speaking of Tampa very good jc JC hang on a second repeat what you just said i said if you if the Rays and the Marlins had figured out with a roof i mean there’s never rain out in Tampa or Miami they don’t play with a roof anymore in Tampa no i mean that’s before the hurricane knocked out that state yes you’re right this year is an exception the roof was destroyed uh at Tropicana but they they’ve been playing in Tropicana since their existence and they’ll go back there because they’re not going to build a new building so um back to Tropicana for whatever reason get your 9,000 fans for a game and you know watch a team that’s seven games over 500 two and a half behind the Yankees and number one in the wild card continue to win baseball games if that matters to you in Tampa if it doesn’t that’s fine these guys are going to still play they have the smallest payroll that there is and the the the management team and the scouting at Tampa Bay is unrivaled in the major leagues they are unbelievably good at finding talent they just recycle talent that then and eventually league goes and plays for the Dodgers Yankees Cubs Red Sox whatever but these guys just keep pumping out the great players and they keep competing and this is a wild card team right now but they’re only two and a half behind the Yankees and even though I’m a Yankees fan I’m kind of pissed at Aaron Boone i don’t like the way the Yankees are playing he blows off a fivegame losing streak like it doesn’t matter loses three out of four to the Angels at home like it does though who cares you know you can’t count on Stanton to be healthy he sucks and I almost think I want the Rays to win it just so they clean house in New York i I don’t know but uh the Rays are right now number one wild card team so we’re wearing the Rays atlanta Braves your favorite team seven and three last 10 five games behind the Padres’s and speaking of the Padres’s they had the Dodgers last night they finished their two uh series in San Diego and LA back-to-back series fernando Tatis has been hit by Dodger pitchers three times in the last nine days and both managers last night just unloaded the profanity uh bucket on each other and it was a sight to see la and San Diego have it was Sam Kubaris now it’s I think it’s Frank and um Frank is a is a great great uh media person journalist announcer he does it all there and I um I like him and he’s going to tell you all about the the downtown area in Jacksonville is going to be completely redone it’s going to be so beautiful in about three years you’re gonna wish you had status like this guy does with those Jaguars who are going I could care less i don’t give a damn if they’re worth $10 million hey it’s great man it’s going to be great in Jacksonville i love that area all right so um I was going to read this i’ll get to that in just a second by the way your Braves are plus 1750 to win the East 20 to1 to win the National League and 40 to1 to win the World Series and they’ve won seven out of their last 10 they’re getting healthier sp as long as Spencer Strider stays healthy they’ve got a shot to come back in the second half of the season after the All-Star break and be a real factor remember in baseball folks nothing truly matters until after the All-Star break that’s the way I Did you see where Cags hit two home runs yesterday i saw it and you know uh he and Wyatt Langford got exchanged jerseys before the game two Florida Gator baseball uh superstars wyatt in Texas Jack in Kansas City he’s going to be there for the long term he loves They love him there in Kansas City they they really do love them um and I think the Ranger fans are quite happy with the way Wyatt Langford has come up in the last two years and played for them so these are the best players to come out of Florida in years and they’re showing up in the majors uh Andy wants to know JC any way TJ McConnell gets the MVP if the Pacers win game seven i hope so i hope so i mean I hope so the guy plays his his heart out and let’s let’s say this about Oklahoma City don’t ever confuse the Oklahoma City Thunder whether they win or lose this championship with any kind of championship team that would resemble something special they are not special and the way they just puke all over themselves on the road in the playoffs is not does not remind you of the Lakers the Celtics the Bulls or anybody that was any good in NBA history this team is going to limp through this playoffs win game seven somehow and we’re supposed to think they’re the greatest i don’t think No nobody said they’re the greatest well they’re going to be the NBA champions if they win one more home well deal that’s not their fault that they beat everybody no no there I’m not saying this goes back to your arguing about receding or something i don’t think it’s I don’t think it’s it’s not I don’t think it’s undeserved i just don’t consider them one of the all-time great teams i don’t know if I’ve I’ve never heard one person say be an alltime great but they’re gonna win the NBA championship in all likelihood so I But who cares is what I’m trying to say it it they don’t remind me like after the two guys that we talk about all the time ad nauseium that we don’t talk about but that talk radio and all the talk shows in America talk about SGA and you know he was committed to the mighty Gators well and then he changed his mind in Kentucky Ping i think he did okay there he’s very good he’s very good JC no he is but that team does again that team is not one of the the teams that I think of when I think of great NBA well there’s a lot of teams that have won the NBA title that aren’t that aren’t the greatest true but I I mean they wouldn’t beat the Warriors from a couple years ago they probably wouldn’t beat a lot of teams that won well they beat the Warriors this year they did pretty much the same damn team this this text on the Titan text line wants to know JC why does Hard Rock limit bet so much there’s no line for the SEC championship or SEC wins you can’t bet any SEC games preseason no individual player line markets are lacking i don’t but you can go with table tennis and esports and a bunch of crap that nobody cares about it’s You’re right uh that’s very disappointing what markets they offer what they don’t offer I should say and uh they’re not as broad or as vast and here’s the one reason why it’s just like that TV station I worked for back in the 90s when you have no competition you don’t have to outperform or do anything special you just have to maintain your only dominant market share and that’s not hard to do when there’s no competition the Hard Rock does not have comp competitive sports books like FanDuel DraftKings uh uh and others that would take away market share from them so they don’t have to be great they just know that they’re the only access you have in Florida which is better than nothing and I’m grateful for that but you’re right the markets are there’s a very it’s slim picking sometimes on them to win it all i still think Coastal Coastal is not going to be phase one bit i mean what they won 26 27 games in a row yeah but they’re going to play a better team i really do well we’ll see we’ll see they got two out of three to prove it they are a plus 120 dog so you’re getting uh 20 cents there i told you you should have bet him before the se the college i did Jack told you I had plus tournament it’s the same thing I did with the Florida Panthers at seven to one uh you can’t get value if you wait until you see them actually playing for it you have to do it beforehand well in advance um so you know I did that i did that with four teams and three of them are gone one of them’s left and that’s Coastal Carolina so naturally I want them to beat LSU lsu is the luckiest team I’ve ever seen i mean how Arkansas once again just crapped all over themselves in that game the other night when they were up two in the last inning you know the shortstop blew it it was all on the shortstop to me i I don’t blame the left fielder for slipping okay that happens but the shorts stop had a mental error i don’t know if you talked about this on the We didn’t but you know he’s gonna be a first round pick i know he screwed up i know he did it happens jc that runner means nothing to you at third base you end the game with a 643 easy double play it was tailor made it was there for the taking and they just didn’t execute it and poor Dave Van Horn I know he’s a good manager i know he’s a good coach i know he’s a good baseball man he just can’t there’s nothing he can do when the players have a mind freeze and it’s unfortunate nothing was worse when they lost the actual national championship by catching foul ball yeah i mean they are cursed they cursed the Hawks yeah it’s a maintain their status as the only book in the free state of Florida yeah well the free state of Florida has these problems with constitutionality in terms of things that get passed and don’t get passed which means it has to go through many do multiple types of referendums and so forth and Hard Rock was already placed in the Seol tribe was already in the state doing business with the casinos in certain towns and cities and uh listen I’m sure they shook a deal with Dannis uh whoever and um you know they have exclusivity which is too bad because it’s not good for the consumer when there is a monopoly and that’s what Hard Rock has now Hard Rock can get better they can absolutely get better and get rid of some of these ridiculous markets that nobody bets on but that’s going to be up to them remember they also have six other states they they they operate in five or six others so Illinois is one of them high tax awful state uh Arizona is another Indiana New Jersey so anyhow you know they’re they’re not just a Florida operator but they are the only Florida operator and it does come at the expense of the consumer in terms of pricing when it comes to odds and making books uh making markets and when it comes to basic just basic availability of different markets um there are so many other things to offer on these other books because they have to compete each other in these other states so maybe Florida will come around one day maybe they’ll come up with a constitutional amendment to change what’s in there right now and bring another another operator in the state which they should do um because operating in Florida is not expensive in Illinois the state is now taxing every bet 25 cents and then for the first 20 million bets made in Illinois and 50 cents for the next uh 20 after that and and and forward that is very expensive for the small better it’s going to take away minimum bets you’re not going to be able to do your $510 bets anymore uh in Illinois it’s a shame and it basically just drives the the the consumer back offshore it drives them to bookies and that’s exactly what these regulated operators were meant to do is take it away from the bookies take it away from offshore and unfortunately the state of Illinois is so backwards and so broke that they’re now going after a low margin business and taxing small beters the small guy always gets the shaft think 10 times right and FSU’s been there over 20 and you know it’s just at some point you’re just not meant to win and I think that’s what we have with Florida State by the way Florida State football-wise I don’t I don’t think um I I would like to know what their totals for the season is uh I I don’t think my guess would be six and a half or seven i don’t think they’re going to be that good any either are you not going to go to Tallahassee and watch your Oh I am red Elephants i’ll be there i’ll be there live and in color buckeye better get me in that champions club but we’re going to have quite a day in Tallahassee to watch Alabama run all over over seminal that’ll be Is that a night game that’s 3:30 hotter than hell be hotter than hell that’s the day we play these Sharks oh great i don’t need to watch that i don’t watch glorified i don’t either but I have to no well you’re paid to i look somebody paid me to do it and I all I had to do was subscribe you know cover three um I see I wonder if we you know what we what I wonder if I could negotiate you being the color analyst for that game i would love to hear your analysis my first statement would be for some reason we are here today to watch this game that would be the first thing I’d say and instantly I’d be kicked off but that’s the way the scheduling works i think at some point when it comes to scheduling the good news for us fans is that they’re going to eventually go to nine SEC games but more in in addition to that we’re gonna have an SEC Big 10 um scheduling pairings uh going forward in the future we’re going to see more of those matchups which is what we want i want to see Michigan play in September down here just like they want to see Florida play in November up there so you know I I’d love to see it happen we’ll see if it ever does but I think that’s coming you watch you heard it here and don’t let it go in this year and out this year qb the SEC and Big 10 are going to schedule each other in the future um and we’re going to see better quality of football it’s like a more intelligent conversation than just talk to small talk you can’t have these games with Long Island you just can’t do it it I don’t I don’t participate in that i I don’t know why we we had to we had to schedule Long Island because I think they I think we had FAMU initially scheduled i I don’t want to see that either i don’t know nobody wants I want to see their band though the marching 100 you go to Tallahassee any Saturday during the year and watch i can’t they have to be at the game I’m at jc well or during a Florida open date you can travel you think I’d travel to Tallahassee just to see Yeah i mean if you want to see that it’s there bro it’s there but you’re right that is a fun thing to watch instantly they’ll start buying their national championship uh plans and you I don’t know i mean all I’m saying is don’t get false sense of security because they may score 60 on LIU because they’re not going to do that against LSU so just know that this is a pra this is like the first game of the year that shouldn’t even be on a schedule but has to be because of time constraints of scheduling i get it but it’s too bad because it’s not going to be a competitive event i like competitive events i don’t watch Scotty Sheffller shoot 37 under in Craig’s Ranch you don’t want to watch that either nobody wants to watch it so it’s okay that’s the way it worked out i’m not over i’m not worried about it i got hundred other things I can do on that day but when they play LSU and when they play Texas and Texas A&M and Miami yeah man I’m all in on those and that’s that’s what we should be paying for that’s what we want and that’s what we’re going to get more of when they go to nine SEC games and when they bring the Big 10 into a scheduling proxy you you’ll see it happen um John says “I’m not sure how you can complain about the schedule when it’s one of the toughest schedules.” I agree i’m not complaining a lot of people say it is the toughest i’m not complaining about it you don’t think it’s that tough for some reason but I I didn’t say it wasn’t tough JC look I don’t Everybody said last year’s was very difficult which it was on paper because you see the name next to it right the name So and so on September 25th blah blah blah i don’t think it’s as hard as last year’s because you have quarterback changes now those quarterbacks may be better than the other quarterbacks we don’t know but what about Florida’s quarterback you were all in on his last year’s quarterback and now you have to be all in on this year’s quarterback but he changed it’s changed we know but JC JC I picked us to win nine games last year you did okay what did we win eight or nine i can’t remember eight he won eight yeah maybe I said eight i can’t remember won seven but what I’m saying though is we’re playing Old Miss okay this Austin Simmons guy extremely talented you know if you’re playing in the SEC you’re talented okay to a degree he ain’t Jackson Dart right now he may become Jackson Dart but he’s not it’s late in the year he may have a great season no it is and just remember everything in November is very different than the way it is in September most of the time lsu last year came here and just got their brains beat out and they had they had two losses in November where they got their brains beat out but you know I mean maybe in October they were a little bit better who know it’s just it’s a it’s a season that that does change it it goes and in it kind of it’s like a wave unless you just dominate everybody and that’s just there’s too much parody for that to happen now uh 31 Ember says you picked nine games based on Merch merch snuck last he was hurt he’s playing in the National Football League now he’s made more money than I made in my career already well NIL helped that look no I’m talking about with his contract but look I don’t want to even get into that look I I tell you one thing i don’t I I know quarterback play and I’ve told y’all multiple times on this program about different people have I been right yes have I been wrong a few times but no it’s he’d be in the NFL a long time i don’t think he was I don’t think he was bad at all i thought he was fine no I thought he played his heart out he was tough and he did good things for a very bad team remember they couldn’t play defense they couldn’t tackle anybody and that’s the quarterback being asked to do a lot when you can’t stop anybody it’s not same game so DJ Lagway is gonna probably have a little bit better supporting cast and good for him he should and and I and I think you still have to get after the quarterback and I know we did at the end of the year last year but I’m telling you right now my eyes tell me I am concerned that’s my biggest concern about this team still on the defense are you yeah I I watched this last year lsu and Miss went up and down the field JC they had over 500 yards well they did that on a lot of teams JB right but they did on Georgia Bulldogs i mean but what I’m telling you is we were fortunate and and to win games you have to have breaks we were very fortunate in a lot of situations that allowed us to win those games but it wasn’t because we were stopping anybody no i mean if you told me LSU was going to have the ball for 40 minutes I would have said that’s not going to go well so but it went just great so um I think it was 40 minutes they had the ball i’m pretty sure it was but uh they got blown out so that’s that’s a beautiful thing when LSU gets blown out and I’m hoping Coastal Carolina does it on the baseball diamond because I want money so that’s that’s the way it is and you know right now Coastal Carolina’s my favorite team in in America right coaches basketball coaches because some folks confused that Jeremy Foley hired Steve Spurer and that was not that was Robert Bryant who was president yeah and and a very you know somewhat of a nebulous name in the University of Florida’s history he wasn’t there long but he did hire Coach Spur and so Sully and Tim Walton were pretty good hers too though oh oh oh no doubt no doubt listen I’m not dismeing those two or any of those other um springport coaches at all but I think when it comes to national attention notoriety and everything else basketball is number two and football’s number one so Tony Tony says Donovan and Urban but I don’t I don’t Oh Urban Meyer okay well that was a guy that was a guy named Bernie Matchion who hired and Bernie Matchin was a president that came from Utah and brought his football coach with him because he was also the president at Utah um Bernie Matchin didn’t even know who Steve Spurer was when he first met him I don’t believe and I know the story quite closely and Bernie Matchin asked Coach Spurer to please submit his resume and they’ll go through the process and that was just an insult so Bernie Matchin really wasn’t in tune with the University of Florida he simply brought his boy from Utah that’s who brought Urban Meyer to Florida folks that’s that’s the truth so you know that’s fine i don’t care i mean the guy won two championships he’s He’s one of the greatest he sells Los Los tequila los Linderos tequila tequila and I’ll tell you I’m going to go f try some of that and and let you think Urban goes from uh team just some team building some conditioning i see yeah I’m out at I’m out uh right outside the facility right now i just left their uh they had a a training session this morning at 7 o’clock um it was kind of it was run by a a bunch of a group of Marines that came up from Tampa obviously the strength and conditioning coach uh Victor Lopez was a Marine who actually did a a few tours excuse me in Afghanistan and Iraq wow and uh you know he uh is as you know this is the time so you know it’s July or excuse me it’s June it’s about to be July this is this is when you know the the you capture the team and you know it’s there’s a lot to capture here obviously they have a um the core of their front line is all back but they got a lot of rebuilding to do in terms of chemistry and team bonding and stuff like that and uh this is this is this is high time for that and um uh you know a session at 7:00 in the morning on a Friday before it gives way to the weekend um you know some cool messaging uh done by the by the uh platoon leader if you were um but this is all part of uh summer conditioning just like they they started it last week Shane um with shooting and individual instructions they’ve only had one team workout and it’s not like they’re playing five they’re not doing pickup yet they kind of move into that a little bit later but they just had one practice this week where they actually I think they played some threeon-ree and did some sharing of the ball with the new players and that kind of thing so uh they’re easing into it um but that’s part for the course and but the message now right now is you know what happened last year you know was great and everything but they got to move on to other things now they got a whole new season now yeah it just I don’t know just will they get some time off i know they’ve had some time off but Yeah they had they had they had a whole summer eight basically off I guess but it just does it just seems like we were playing not too long ago right um when do they start official basketball practice is that in September well I mean it’s just so different now than what you and I would consider i mean they they’re going to practice four days a week okay and you get I think you get um I think you get uh four 45 minute sessions or something and it’s it’s a way you can allocate I think it’s I don’t know if it’s 20 hours or something but it’s it’s it’s excuse me not 20 hours it’s it’s I want to say something like eight hours a week or something like that you know and eventually it gives way to what you would call what you’re saying practice I think you get uh you get 40 before the start of the season and those are the two-hour practices you’re talking about and th those those won’t start until uh September okay uh Andy’s question for you Chris on Facebook Live brought to you by Mel Law uh CJ Ingram seems to be impressing the coaches do you think he’ll be in the regular rotation this season i think CJ Ingram will be in the regular rotation uh he’s very raw offensively incredible athlete um uh he’s got the defensive uh build that you can you can tell right now and obviously they’re going to need that given what they lost defensively with Elijah and Will Richard on the perimeter um but he’s a freshman uh you know that the the team man it it’s going to have obviously like I said before a lot of similarities in the front court but the back court’s uh they’re all gone with the exception of Urban and you know what did Urban do in the uh in the in the postseason he was not part of the rotation in the postseason um so uh a lot of what we’re talking about we’re talking about you know Denzel’s gone too obviously so it’s Boogie Flan it’s uh it’s uh Zavon Lee from Princeton um it’s Urban is back obviously uh he’s going to have a much bigger role uh CJ Ingram is going to be roll into that mix isaiah Brown is going to be rolled into that mix um I I don’t know about Alex Lloyd he’s a freshman uh from down South Florida um I don’t know where he’s going to fit you know he’ll have a lot he’ll have a lot of say in that but as you know Todd has a determined number of players he likes to play it’s right around his rotation is right around eight and a half or nine is what I would call it um so all that’s all that’s going to play itself out and of course we haven’t talked you got to factor in if there’s any injuries or stuff like that but uh guys are open-minded right now and they’re they’re they’re going hard but it’s obviously it’s the beginning of the process jimmy from Greensboro North Carolina wants to know “What do you what are your thoughts on the two guards now that you’ve seen them in person?” I see talking about Xavian Lee and Boogie yeah well I mean I h I haven’t seen him pickup is always great um because you you see the competitive nature of these guys and like last year you just saw what Elijah Martin uh did for this team when he when he came in and uh parachuted in out of nowhere for what his experience going to a final four playing for I mean he came here at 60 wins in his last two seasons at Florida Atlantic um so like he said I know what good basketball looks like and uh he he had no fear no intrepidation in terms of of being a a alpha male from the very beginning i don’t know who that guy is in the perimeter uh this time i know I just talked to Tommy uh Tommy’s going to have to be one of those guys you know it’s his third year alex Thondan has to be one of those guys it’s his third year ruven Chinu uh knows what good basketball looks like now um he can be one of those guys he you have a hard time understanding him when he’s talking but I mean he he can certainly he can certainly lead with his physical presence and and as a leader in the locker room but to go back to the original question um these guys are not imposing physical guys okay Boogie Flan is maybe 185 pounds uh maybe uh Zamian Lee about the same he these guys look like Zam looks like a a soccer player to me a little bit but he is very quick he’s very highly skilled so is Boogie um but they’re not physical guys we know Boogie Flank can play in the SEC because we saw it last year right obviously he got hurt and he missed a lot of time savon Lee’s got to figure that stuff out coming from the Ivy League but he was a high school teammate of Tommy’s uh Tommy has a lot of confidence in him and obviously the Gator uh coaching staff identified him very early in the transfer portal process after they won the national championship um so it’s going to look different uh but they got they got offensive weapons on the perimeter um how they go about using them and stuff like that how it’s going to play itself out you got two um high usage guys in Zavon Lee and Boogie Flan with the ball in their hands guys that average a lot of assists gator’s high assist man last year is Walter Clayton i think he was a 3.6 3.7 both these guys were pushing five assists if not over so uh how are they going to use him well that’s that’s that’s the fun part for these coach for this coaching staff right now and again the coaching staff is finding its way too because both the offensive and defensive coordinators are gone they’re head coaches now um so they have uh new guys in charge of that element of the basketball team so there’s a lot going on here a lot going on and uh they have surprised if uh if if if Ali is in the mix um he needs to take some more jumps um it’s funny i remember uh when Ali met President Trump at the White House and President said “Oh my I I thought Baron was big you know you’re you’re he goes Baron says he’s tall.” And he go he tells me he tells me other guys are so much taller and you are taller and and and he looks at Todd he goes “Can he play?” Todd goes “He’s getting there.” So he’s getting there um he’s the biggest person ever he’s the biggest and and he actually was that’s one of like like Trump was everything’s the biggest ever greatest ever and I he actually is the biggest ever so yeah there’s no question yes um before we have a couple softball questions for you um I can’t remember because it changes it seems like daily how many scholarship players do we have on the team now and do we have any walk-ons are they done i So I don’t understand i don’t know what you mean by softball question are supposed to be easy question you’re asking softball softball the sport we’re going to get to those in just a second so the we talking about the Tim Walton softball team now yeah we we that we we got some questions people want to get your thoughts on the transfers but Okay do we still have walk-ons in basketball or No yes still have walk-ons in basketball if if if that rule goes into effect I think it would be for the following year okay cooper Joseph Berg and uh uh Kevin Pasmino I think will still be walk-ons on this team okay and and Ali of course and Ollie that’s right all right so softball meaning the actual sport Tim Walton’s team your thoughts on the transfers oh I mean I just I saw they got the one from Mississippi State uh and I saw they got another player i’m trying to think where she was from missouri um I mean the numbers didn’t jump out but I I I I can’t honest I can’t honestly say I know I I know a lot about that i just know they you know they got they got they got some they got some work to do um in terms of fill some of those uh big holes uh left by Corbiotus and excuse me Kendra Falby leaving and what have you but you got to you got to have faith in in the coach all he does is just get back to the College World Series every year you eventually get back you’re eventually going to punch your way through um it was only a year ago or what you know this time last year that they were coming off finishing uh tied for third in the country so um they lost to Texas they lost to Oklahoma both those teams came into the league this year and played in the National Championship Series so or excuse me played for the National Championship this year texas obviously won it so um I I I I’m not in as much in tune with what’s going on softball Shane right now as as I agree with you though i mean it’s every every roster is changing across the country i mean even when Tennessee got beat I guess by Oklahoma the LA you know an hour after the game like four Tennessee starters were in the portal i mean it’s it’s crazy right yes yes it’s uh that’s just the way of the world now but again what Tim Walton’s done Sully’s done they will be fine um I wanted to ask you you know back in the day I felt like in basketball like the coaching staff always played a little five on five with their team does this coaching staff ever do that they do not uh Todd doesn’t play anymore um he can shoot it uh uh you can still shoot the ball really really well um I’ll tell a story at the the day of the national championship game they do a thing every game uh whether it’s home or road during the shoot around they take they end this practice with half court shots right right and it’s the staff shoot or the players and shoot against the staff and their managers and the last day of the national championship uh Kevin Pasmino hit a h hit hit they tied so they go to the next round and he hits a half court shot and Todd Todd hit to Ty right then they go and Pasmino hits in the in the extra they go “All right we’ll take five more.” And Pasmino hits and Todd hits then they go to Then they go “All right we’re three more.” Pasmino hits then Todd hits okay okay one one to break the tie pasmino hits todd todd hit four all four of his three-pointer half court uh shots the day of the national championship game believe it or not yes and you could say it was an omen but it was let’s be honest that that wasn’t why they won the national championship game but uh that’s the closest he gets to competing right now and uh in terms of guys playing and um and I I think that’s kind of normal because uh like even you know Billy Diamond stopped playing as good as he was you know they used to play against the frat guys threeon-ree with when he had Anthony Grant and Pelffrey and they would be they would beat him they’d win every year i think they only lost one year I think um but he but even late late in that uh those those guys weren’t playing and you know Mike White and Dusty May and Daryus and Jordan Mincy those guys played some uh but uh no this these these guys do not know gotcha chris good stuff as always you got anything you’re writing on that people can go to com to look at i think I may write a uh a story about summer coming up in the next day or so i do have this did you know Tom Williams is retiring i did not know that tom Williams is retiring i got a owe to him they’re having a a farewell for him next week and I know people that have been involved in university and uh sport this guy’s been doing this for four decades i I’m I’m calling it right now he may be retiring but he’s going to be at all the practices he’s going to be at all the games don’t you think but I mean he you you just know like have you ever met somebody who didn’t love Tom Williams oh he’s the greatest he’s the best yes so uh you know letting he’s effective Janu June 30th it’s his last day so maybe drop him a line i do have a there’s a in the story I will include a there’s an email form because he wants that out there and there’s also a ecard where people are from over the years are calling in and messaging him and sending him uh like tributes and it’s it’s kind of cool to see some of the names that have
