Collin Morikawa is PUTTER CRAZY 👀🗣️🚨⛳️

there is not a single Asian man on this planet that switches putters more than Colin Morau Okay I lied But with each passing day it’s actually getting closer than I thought it ever could So let’s go through all of the putters Colins’s used in his entire career During his time as an amateur he was actually an Odyssey putter purveyor Here’s him at the 2017 US Amateur with an Odyssey number one in the 2017 Walker Cup with an Owork 7S But in route to his win at the 2019 Pack 12 Championship he had this Betnardi carbon steel three-step jam in the bag Then he left school and signed with Tailor Made During his close call but eventual loss to Matthew Wolf at the 2019 3M Open he was rolling this long neck Juno But then he switched back and that is a trend you’re going to notice a lot with Mr Morawa And in route to his first win at the Barracuda he had the Bettonard in play With that I do think he has a contractual obligation to use a tailor-made putter because at the Sony Open in January the following year he was gaming this TP Sodo And that putter lasted a week which is another trend you’re going to notice with Mr Morawa In route to his win at the 2020 PGA Championship he was back to the long neck Juno Apparently a major wasn’t good enough though because just two months later he was on to this spider FCG with a short slant neck and no alignment lines And that was yet another victim of a week-long love affair at the Masters of that year He showed up with a Juno in the bag And then in January he had a new Spider FCG with a plumbers’s neck in play A month later he had a new grip on this putter and used it to win the WGC workday Four months later he was on to an updated version of his TP Juno long neck And he used this new version in route to his second major at the Open Championship prompting Tailor-Made to drop this putter in a commemorative release considering he had two majors with it Majors still mean nothing apparently because by the tour championship he was gaming this prototype custom tailor made that was a replica of his betardi just like Adeki those customs don’t last long One week to be exact And by the memorial of the following year he had this spider GT roll back in play which lasted until the playoffs Then he went back to the TM custom for two weeks this time By the president’s cup he had a new TPOT flow neck in the bag and this is where he starts experimenting with graphite putter shafts LA golf to start in shocker and a half The flow neck lasted a week before moving to a plumbers’s neck stood But this has slowly become his old faithful That putter lasted for basically a year but as with all psychos he started searching for something at the 2023 playoffs And that ended up being his own custom Diamata P105 putter shaft which went in play at the President’s Cup And while it looked like that putter might last him his whole career enter Logan Olsen At the 2024 Arnold Palmer Invitational Colin put this custom Olsson in the bag That one lasted three weeks and by the Masters he had this Spider Tourx in play Well for rounds one and two By the third he had gone back to the sodto And it lasted a while up until this year at the players championship where he had a black version in play And I think what they did here is made the face silver so he could see more loft at a dress Now we’ve entered psychosis mode He plays the players with the black one the masters with the silver one Then the week after the masters he goes to this spider tov The torv stays for two weeks Then he goes silver black silver the following three events And in Oakmont he switched putter grips mid tournament And finally that leads us to this week of the travelers where he put another custom Olsson in play Searching for something using different versions of the exact same putter is a bold strategy Cotton Something I will add though is he dropped the Diamontana putter shaft for a stepless steel Knowing tailormade I’m guessing it is a KBS CT tour putter
