okay Matt what do we do today in this golf lesson all right so the right arm plays a critical role in basically the way that we how good we can get at golf right so if this right arm is working poorly and it gets into this position where we’re in kind of this internally push spot like there’s really a limit to how good we can get we’re going to early extend and we’re always going to cast and uh going to cause a lot of trouble so for you that club when it more it wraps around in this way the more the right arm gets into this this type position and the more you then come over the top so if we can create more space up top it kind of see as I push my arm up the arm from the socket will start to get into that position of the elbow being down as opposed to this right and if I pull my arm in that’s going to be trouble right so the more we can feel height in that right arm I think it’s going to take away a lot of that that over the top for you so your feeling is just kind of getting the body turned and feeling height and width in those arms and then keeping this relaxed right tension versus relaxed so the clavicle the right elbow all that is relaxed so it can point down and then we get into that throwing position and that’s what you really need to focus on uh this summer and and in the future
