Yankees got swept by the Red Sox at Fenway Park over the weekend. No worries. There’s a reinforcement in the lineup and it’s a big one, Giancarlo Stanton after missing the 1st 70 games of the season. He’s back tonight and he is in that lineup. This is not only going to help the Yankees, it’s gonna help the captain aaron Judge. The Yankees are ready to go. The team’s ready to go and they should be fired up seeing him back in the lineup. And the man on the mound for the Yankees is Clark smith. This is his 11th start three and 33.6. So we are see more than a strikeout per inning. Netos ready Schmidt is ready and let’s do it here in the Bronx grounds this one up the middle and he continues his hot hitting here in the Bronx, a cutter stayed down, didn’t try to pull it back up the middle, good short compact swing on that one. We talked about how shall, has been one of the best hitters in all the baseball this year making contact within the strike zone. So swing and a miss and that percentage went up just a bit, little cutter coming inside their fastball. Haven’t seen Malcolm Curver the sweeper yet. If that can get going with those other two pitches. Watch out. Here’s Trout designated hitter again today who’s enjoyed success in this ballpark and he grounds a base hit to center continues to enjoy it here. The two guys really enjoy it. The table is set for Taylor Ward high, pop up right side infield fly rule is called for Rice makes the play two down. Here’s Jorge Soler four hits in his last 33 at bats. 120 one. Netto takes off, Schmidt will not throw to third as zack Netto swipes the base with the Yankees not paying much attention to him. He’s done that quite a bit when he’s using at first base and that’s one of those tough ones that goes against the catcher on that one swing and a miss they would for the fastball, blow it by him and that Angels threat in the first inning, nothing across no runs and they’re going to face the right hander, jose Soriano his 15th start. The numbers are pretty good 3.86 79 and one third innings. Too many walks, 64 strikeouts. John Grisham will start it off for the, it’s a chopper to first and shot, has it near the bag for the out in Rice, finding himself up in the running for all star voting now because he was listed as a designated hitter playing first base tonight, line drive and over the leaping for base hit full humpback liner as Rice picks up the single, there’s aaron Judge , one of the game’s true superstars. Judge has become such a wonderful hitter. Swing on hit hard left field base hit on the one out that swing. That’s what we’re talking about. That was a swing and he says you just swing, you hit it where it’s pitched and that’s exactly what he did. Clean up hitters. Left hand hitter, 2 52 9 homers and 36 runs batted in weak swing. Dribble to second one play was at first made there by christian Moore. The runners move up to 2nd and 3rd 2 down and listen to the ovation for Big G is back two on nothing, nothing. Game two out here. Bottom one first pitch swing on bounce on the third base line fielded nicely by ran heo. He throws over a little bit short but coming off the back of Shan well to apply the tag to ST Yankees don’t score one for six. His last two games here pitch swing on hit hard pass the second base Chris Moore in just thinking about two holds on to his helmet glides in the second standing with a leadoff double 2 , 45 8 homers and 39 runs batted in with a fly ball to center joe Adell will size this up Chisholm at second base won’t tag Adell puts it one out. Austin Wells to the plate wells a nice year, especially defensively, but he can get the ball a ride too and he gets this one of the air to left playable for Taylor Ward. Fires the ball to third. No advancement by Chisholm. So a fly out to the Angels left fielder two are gone. DJ Leme. You will be the next batter. Here’s one on a easy hop right to the first baseman shot. Well, will field, he will easily beat you to the bag and only eight pitches thrown in the inning. They leave the base runner Chism over there at second base. Christian Moore leads off here in the third inning. Christian Moore out of Brooklyn grew up in Brooklyn still lives in the New York area in the off season. Hit the left center field long run for Bellinger, but he’s got it under control and make that will be. Grisham makes the catch with those two converging deep left center field one out one away here in the third inning. Zack Netto is at the plate right in on the hands and it’s popped up middle of the diamond and the shortstop takes and makes the play look at Clark here. He wants all this ball. I’ll take it the way and Then they had a good laugh afterwards , but there’s nothing better than a pitcher want the ball. He’ll get a smile there. Hey, I had, I had it all good. Get out of the way of your pitch to center christian took a step back. Now he comes in, he’s got it under control. How about Clark smith? 368 in a row? He’s retired nicely done. Back to back strikeouts two for the game and two outs here in the third. Here comes Aaron Judge, here comes the captain single to get his day going on a 12 pitch to center field that carry, going back and reaching up to make the catch is Joe Adell and that is how the inning will end. That was the dead center. There’s Giancarlo Stanton first game off the IL hit a hard ground ball at third with runners on 2nd and 3rd and 2 outs in the first inning swing on hit hard left field base hit drilled it through the six hole. Welcome back to carlos Stanton, the one out face hitter, the exit velocity of 111. And I only tell you that because this is what makes Giancarlo Giancarlo the next pitch, this is grounded on the right side. This could be two second for one relay to first and easy killing. And that is how the inning will end so far in this one. The pitchers have dominated jose Soriano and Clark Schmidt each worked up four scoreless innings so far, fly ball right field, going back on the track play judge for the first out. Clark Smith. Happy about that. And this ball kept telling to the fouling judge with a great jump eye never came off the ball and he went and got that one. That was as pretty as you can get right there. Angels just two hits the Yankees with four no runs on the board. First game of this four game set. BPE drifts back on the outfield grass comes in and makes the play pop out machine tonight. Unbelievable. Everybody’s getting the love out there in the field. That one and another quiet inning for the Angels against Schmidt. It will be Ben Rice with two outs. Feel like there’s not a lot of room for error here tonight as Clark Schmidt has whipped through the Angels lineup retiring the last 14 in a row swing and a miss strike three big out for Soriano. Soriano pitches out of some mild trouble here and a roll for Mr Schmidt continues at 16 consecutive. Now, two down and Shaull bats looping fly ball shallow left. Bellinger is coming in a long way slides and he can’t reach it. Base hit for Shanel with two outs. The first Angels hit since the first inning broke a string of 16 straight retired by Schmidt. All important to give Trout a chance here. Now, five right center going back and he has a beat on it. Clark 00 here in the six Stanton was dealing with what they describe tennis elbow in both of his elbows, kept him out for most of the first half and he went after another one there. So 123 innings, he’s been brilliant tonight in his first game at Yankee Stadium. These two have traded zeros into the seventh inning. Remember Schmidt has not pitched into the seventh inning yet this year. This is his first time. Looks like a Yankee bullpen is starting to spring around. Fly ball, popped up. DJ th off the bat of a hoe on the grass. W stays with it and that will do it. Smith. What a fabulous Soriano has five strikeouts tonight in six innings. He has 17 in his last two starts. Only one run allowed and there’s a base hit for Chisholm. Ward gets the ball in a leadoff single for Chisholm who’s two for three. So here’s Volpe, a bunt, third base fields moving to second is why not one out. The batter will be Austin Wells bottom of the order here. Soriano is not allowed a run here in six and a third innings tonight. Big spot here with Ch at second in a scoreless game and he got him swinging, struck him out with the fastball, a rising fastball and that is out number two. Now, two outs Chisholm at second DJ Lema, he walked his last time bouncing ball to second right at christian Moore, Jose Soriano. Excellent in his Yankee stadium debut tonight, he gave the Angels seven shutout innings tonight in the Bronx. Both pitchers pitching our hearts out tonight. Here’s Clark Smith going into the eighth inning. I didn’t expect to see him this strong, this late fly ball into center field coming on Grisham and he makes the play the ball somehow in the, but it didn’t. Here’s the Angels top prospect looking for his first major league hit in his home city, dragged his dad to Yankee Stadium and everything. Here’s his dad Charles up on his feet trying to will a base hit here and Moore lines one to right center field. There’s his first major league hit by judge and it rolls to the wall. Morris flying around second. He tried for a triple at Yankee Stadium just like that. What a moment for the Moore family. His dad said, get that ball and that triple knocks out and a crowd of almost 38,000, including 50 family and friends of Moore give a nice ovation as he departs the first time the angels have had a man in scoring position since Netto in the very first inning of this game trying to cut through this scoreless game. This stuck him out on a gorgeous split. Fernando get the job done in the eighth. Paul Goldschmidt did not get the start today but pitch hitting for rice against the left hander. The breaking ball is netto contorts his body to make the catch. Now the play made last year, the drizzle in the outfield and the pop up was amazing. I don’t know about this one. This might have topped it. This might have topped it. Wow. What a play? Here’s the one right here, Mr Trout up here loves to face the Yankees. How are you going to pitch him since 2021? He’s missed 19 of the 28 games that the Yankees and the Angels have played bounced ball, made the play the long, too late Trout’s been going down the line trying to make sure he’s staying healthy, but he turned on the after burners on that one and beats that one out. Second hit of the game here is Jorge Soler ground ball in the hole. It’s Chisholm unable to reach it with a dive base hit for Soler. Trout goes to second. The Angels are one hit away from potentially scoring the first run of the game with a base hit here. Change that all around for happy and the halo swing on, hit up the middle there, tackles it throws a second to dj for the out. He went down and that ball nice job. I love to get a win here start this home stand off coming off. The tough series is a Holywood moment right here and Carlos his first game, Brent, he down the left field line Stanton rounds first. He’s going to second and a leadoff double for Jean Carlos. Then what a return two hits Jason dominguez who has pretty good speed is the runner at second base four Stanton Ching going to miss strike three. A big out for Jansen upstairs with that cutter back Gordon big strikeout one out. Now it’s for two today and A B his last time there goes the big and a tapper. Yes. And he slid right into him too. That is ok. He is not able to put a lot of pressure on that leg right now. Maybe a little more at the moment. Dominguez running right into the play as Volpe bounced it to redo and what a job by redo to feel that ball and tag the sliding runner and take the contact. Jansen does not hold runners on very much or well, he was more concerned with retiring the batters, which he’s done very well. Hall of fame level at that and a strike three, that’s, he went sinker upstairs for the cheese in the punch out scoreless in New York going to the 10th. So two outs and game winning run 90 ft away. See if he can pick up this run here. Smith has been very well with runners in scoring position. I know it’s two outs. This is the guy you want up in the play right now. This is it high in the air. This fall is well hit as well, but out on the warning track making the catch on that one is Adle and the inning is over and we will head to the 11th. Very interesting ball game to watch play out despite no run scoring. Christian Moore is the automatic runner at second base. It is the 11th inning. Neither team has scored next delivery here is a ground ball. It’s out of the reach of the third baseman Chisholm that’s going to roll in the left field. That’s going to be an RB. I hit the lead. Kristen Moore scores. That’s shown it well, to you, Wayne, I said you, you’re exactly right, Wayne. This is where you gotta think. Go for the juggler, you gotta go and add on here. First time the Angels have played a game that was 00 after 10 innings in almost 10 years now, one is looped right to Chisholm out number two. That pitch is so hard to hit with two strikes. You got to swing though. Nothing you can do there. Big opportunity to get out of this one. Only one breaking ball hit right back to Eliza soft liner Elias the ball as he slowly walks off towards the first base dugout. Washington was not that much of a choice and he said goodbye, aaron Judge, enjoy first base, second time in a row. Judge has been intentionally walked tonight. It’s his own fault. Really? That’s too good. Here’s Ballinger, Then Dominguez , Then Chisholm 1st and 2nd. Nobody out in a one game going back. So there he’s on the track. He’s going to make the play up against the wall tagging and going to third is goldschmidt and Judge stays put at first. Tough to get one out tonight. We’ve seen a bunch of these. He knew it too. He just knew it right off the bat. He did advance the runner with one out. He’s the tying run judge at first the winning run and dominguez will swing the bat for the first time. He’s a tying run. Judge at first the winning run and dominguez will swing the bat for the first time. It’s a one hopper up the middle Moore charges in on it and throws it is out. What a play under control. Now, it’s Anthony Volpe with the bases loaded and it’s a chop and a third back. Takes it to the bag. Say good night to the Yankees. What a win for the Halos in New York.

  1. Something is seriously wrong with the baseballs. Solid after solid contact and exit velocity and the balls are dying at the warning track.

  2. Bro the Yankees base running these past couple days have been atrocious. In these games where runs are not coming in, they have to do a better job on the bases

  3. Can I not watch one MLB highlight on YOUTUBE without seeing BAITMAN & BATMAN 25 FREAKIN TIMES!!??!?!?! Come on YouTube, this is ridiculous. I hate STATE FARM because of that stupid ad. I will NEVER use State Farm because of that stupid, sick ad

  4. (English is not my first language but I want to say something) cause is kinda ridiculous how yankees cannot coordinate a game with a good pitching and good offensive/defense, is either extremely good pitching and bad offensive who cannot back up their pitcher with runs or the other way around, also it looks like every single player in this team play alone and not like a team, also it looks like they all expect to judge to start doing something so they can do it too but there’s also good players like goldsmith, jazz, and now stanton who constantly hits but they depend so much of him because when ur opponent gave the best player on your team a chance to walk him to the 1st base, you need to have more effective players who Can back him up in case he cannot bat, having said that, that brings me to my main point why they don’t function cause youknow I’m not someone who blames managers/coaches when a team lost a couple of games cause that’s extremely understandable in a full packed schedule like theirs but this yankees manager CANNOT manage this team, like I understand that is mid june but he keep benching a player when said player had a good day the previous day, an example is when last week(I think? idk I have watched baseball and football a lot these days I cannot remember anything lmao) impulsed 4 of 5 runs who made you won the game and the next day the other pitcher took his place and the examples keep going cause it happened every. Single. Day, like I said, i understand that benching players with a full packed schedule like theirs is important and to avoid injuries like what happened to weaver for example cause that also is having us in this misery=they depend so much on a player but doesn’t have a good back up, but anyways why can’t the managers give the player who had a good day play again?? does he do not understand the term of consistency so a player can reach their best ??? Is so annoying

  5. What ever happened to fundemental baseball like bunting the base rumners over Boone with.a guy on second twice with no outs and said were not going to bunt because will probably dont know how and rather lose 1-0 . Boone needs to get it together

  6. The Yankees the most valuable franchise in sports has the worst announcers everybody is as well as well as well to your point to your point to your point other than that for the last four games the Yankees have been swinging at balls and taking strikes

  7. "Stantonitis" has struck the Yankee lineup again, and this time it's acute. The other hitters know they can't depend on him. He misses 2 months with a sprained eyelid. When he's slumping, he's a deer in the headlights. Sometimes, he can hit the ball into orbit. He gets more publicity than half the team, when he's actually available. His contact is way too big for any other team. All this effects the other Yankee hitters.

  8. Lmao how did we pull that off in the 11th inning!? No outs two on base, and we win lmao

  9. Holy cow! Lotta scrubs in this lineup and either the pitching's or the bullpen's not good enough to carry them when Judgey isn't. All told, a flawed team that's probably regressing to form. The hype's wearing thin, as is our patience – and justifiably so.

  10. 솔직히 마지막에 네토 욕했다. 늦었다는 생각이 들면 송구를 하지 마라.
