  9. building muscle is good for health too yes calisthenics good but not for everyone people choose what is good for them and match with their own personality any ways if you like cardio do it body building do it is good too calisthenics do it good too do any sport helps your health it doesn’t matter what kind of sport you like just keep moving and eat healthy

  10. I do both. I like calisthenics a lot but you will burn waaaaayyy more calories with weights and your strength will skyrocket faster. Ideally I would try to integrate both for the full “warrior” fitness.
