come work out with me I fully went into this thinking I was hitting a full gym workout and then forgot I had a family party so I only did cardio and abs But I arrived I did my little cardio thing I try to keep my heart rate in zone two That’s best for fat burning So for me it’s like an incline of 35 and then I don’t know 3.3 m per hour or something like that Then I hit abs for like 20 minutes and then I had to leave So yeah thanks for staying and watching that Bye
