We managed to collect the last decorations from what I know yesterday, so it took about a week and a half, although we managed to clean up most of the field on Sunday after the tournament. Well, as always, a few baskets were left there and we will slowly bring them to Polanica, to Szymon, to his own backyard field. This is an absolutely magical tournament, absolutely magical. Sebastian, I have walked almost 25 km in the mountains since Thursday. This is also related to the trip I made, and we will slowly present the walk of this year’s MPO lead card. Oskar Żuchliński on our screens, warming up putts. We will definitely watch him here today, as far as the representatives of the Polish scene are concerned. The popular Sztani, Stanislaus Amann. And none other than the host, one could say, of this oldest tournament in Poland, Szymon Wącior, Polanica. I talked to Szymon during the throws from Mordor, that indeed the moment you start inviting players from abroad, you also stop winning this tournament. I don’t know what your feelings are, Sebastian, here. Is it good that someone else started winning than just Szymon, or not? Comparing it to the tournament in Wrocław, I think that both holes have such features of a perfect start. It is Ob and supposedly everyone standing on the tee knows that we do not want to throw there. Half of the people every day threw the disc straight into the out of bounds. Well, yes, this is the perfect hole to start, to get a little lost. We’ll see how Lead Card does, because I’m curious myself. I didn’t see their round at all. Oskar, minus fifteen after two days of competition. A very, very good result, in terms of what can happen on this mountainous course, this is an absolutely sensational result, and here an attempt to throw the whole terrain and probably some lucky kick here from the trees. Yes, here it flew nicely to the Czech Republic, fortunately. Deflected. The disc stayed in Poland. Yes, fortunately the disc stayed in Poland, so there was no penalty. Karolis is also here, probably a lucky kick after that rescue attempt from Out of Bounds, we’ll see if he has a window there to throw to the basket, because it’s important not to catch too many pluses on this hole, my back still hurts after what I threw in Zieleniec, and now Oskar’s beautiful approach. Fantastic forehand, Szymon scores a goal straight into the net, he combines his passion for sports here, and he’ll also be looking for that precise approach forehand. That throw is probably a bit too strong, I don’t know from your perspective? Well, he definitely overshot it a bit, probably the C1 border, although at this hole these berries are such a good catcher with all the rollers, so you can easily attack these approaches there more than if there was only grass. We also have Golfstart here, lead card game after dinner, no wonder that some approaches to the basket will be simply overshot, remember that things like pancake po zbójnicku or kwaśnica are practically everyday on the green, it is a meal that will undoubtedly give you strength. We have here, this is probably how it is beyond C1, we will see how this putt is in a moment, unfortunately, well Stanislaus, fantastic birdie, you could say easily. He plays in such a way that it simply looks very easy, a pleasant player to watch, aggressive lines, what more could you want, Szymon’s difficult situation, unfortunately nothing more could be done. A difficult start, but then it will only get better, hopefully. And Oskar kept his cool here. You could say that in a situation where his rival is chasing and making up for the loss, this putt at the beginning of the round is supposedly such a distance where it should hit 100/100 , but, these nerves always play a certain role , plus the chance to watch the round on the Disc Golf Media Polska channel, all this makes that there are many, many more emotions than we would like when putting. Hole number two, the easiest hole on the course? In theory, yes, although with the winds that can blow in Zieleniec, various miracles really happen here, it can take the disc, which will fly really far, we have a difficult approach somewhere uphill, through the trees. It’s true, it is important not to pass the disc to friends who are riding a roller coaster, or to walk the dog during the lead card round, especially. And indeed, as you say, supposedly the easiest hole, but this disc does not look like it is parked under the basket. Stanislaus here is definitely better, it should be from this, from this it will be an easy birdie. But he also chose a fast disc, because we have Cloudbreaker here, the hole is not that long and there is a strong downhill, and despite everything a fast disc, I also experiment, sometimes Toro, sometimes Eagle, it varies depending on the wind, I try to choose something here. Karolis with a strong skip, and Szymon, and Szymon has always thrown here, so a perfectly parked hole. And could it be, is it Firebird, or is it Harp? I think not Harp, because Szymon always has Harp in beta plastics. The basic ones. so it definitely couldn’t have been transparent. No, here the story of changing this hole was more prosaic. Well, a week before the competition, there was a parked snowcat perfectly at the exit from this forest. Overall, I have the impression that by shortening this hole, but making it a par 3, this hole became a bit more difficult, because with a good exit from the forest, this approach was definitely easier than the drive here from the tee. Well, Sebastian, but tell that to all those people who took three shots to get out of the forest. Well, yes, they are certainly happy, although such shots as Szymon presented now were probably rare on this hole. Gadu, gadu, and Stanislaus is in the forest, Szymon is in C1 – C2, Oskar was looking for some delicate flip here at the very beginning, but also rather safe. Pin high. Well, I’ll tell you that I’m surprised, I didn’t think it was a matter of groomers, thank you very much. We are waiting for more such tidbits, here from you today Sebastian. And I will try to provide them. I think some disc magnet in this forest was deployed before this final round. In my flights, the discs flew in a different direction, if I had to point out one of the directions. In Zieleniec the wind always blows in a different direction at every hour and can take it away. And always in my face… you see the problem. Here very difficult putts, straight from the forest, downhill, from Ob behind the basket, the hand can tremble. I would suggest trying even such an elbow, and this idea of ​​throwing this disc up so that it falls, putting pizza in the owen is already risky. Unfortunately Karolis found out how difficult putts are downhill. There he probably tried to throw in some XT disc, maybe a new one, to stop the disc from possibly going downhill. We’ll see what he saves, because this is also art on this hole. And Karolis is fantastically getting out of this position now. Stanislaus even seems to have a putt somewhere between these trees. There will definitely be an attack attempt. Minimally. A roll, but self-guided to the basket. This is not a classic green roller. Oh, but. This time, putting from above, from an even higher position than on the previous hole. Oskar misses the basket, he does not manage to increase this advantage. This is also a big change from what it used to be, what we always faced at Zieleniec. Yes, yes. Here, at the last tournament, we changed the par 4 to a par 5. Something different is needed in the case of this path, as you say, next to the competition office and those Spike Heiser forehands, and something different when we go more to the right. Szymon’s characteristic baseball run-up means that the forehand is already loaded, unfortunately too narrow. Wow, Karolis is strong on this dock, great, because so far with some minor problems in this lead card, but here you can see that he has the papers to play, especially this forehand, everything is fine here today, I hope we will see more of it. And Oskar broke through, he broke through the forest here. It should give him some putt. And it will be simply par. Oskar probably putts with Penroses, Szymon here with overhead, this time he decided to avoid the branches. Sztani, minus 14, no, minus 13, so three shots difference. And he didn’t manage to gain, make up a stroke to Oskar. That’s right, he has it, he is confident with these putts. Oskar clearly likes the Zieleniec course, judging by his results both during this tournament and during previous editions, so adding such solid putts to it, his result should not be surprising. And Karolis from the so-called easy birdie, it will definitely help him on the next hynde holes. Yes, tapping birdie, phenomenal thing. After a difficult start it will definitely be easier to rebuild. And here is another change compared to previous years. Yes, this is a change that many people certainly liked, when it comes to the red color in the skorkard, this hole could get a little dirty. Well, yes, after all it was previously a par 4, which was 130 meters there. But from an extended tee in front of the Christmas tree. Yes, that Christmas tree liked to suck in the disc. Now we have a straight shot, and in the case of even unsuccessful drives from the tee, we are relatively easy to get a par. Yes, a par, save a par. I understand that the State Forests simply asked to save this fir tree from all those discs that regularly hit it. Yes, they did not like the destruction of the border strip. And these attacks allow him to finish these holes with ease, so here I think that for all our viewers this is something worth paying attention to in a player with a rating above the thousand limit. A very interesting throw by Oskar, the first time I have seen such a putt. A pancake from under the knee. And Szymon has a chance, unfortunately. I think we will have the first par frame in this round. Yes, that’s how it is. Sometimes you have to wait for a par frame on the course in Zieleniec. Especially when you have such good players who make birdies all the time. It’s true, my back hurts just looking at these pictures. I remember how much all those discs weigh, especially the ones in the scorecard. Hole number 7. This is an interesting thing. Greetings to all the wizards of the Heizer line who tried to convince me that there is a hidden backhand window here. I can confirm that it is. It is, it is, it is. That’s why I send my warmest greetings, but despite everything I’m sticking with the forehand sect here. Karolis is also a representative of this sect for sure and we’ll see how his attack for birdie goes, and it looks like it did. Beautiful. Great. Well, this is such a good hole. Oh, Karolis, greetings to that smile. That’s the smile that you were waiting for. Great throw. He finally saw the operator here. Well -deserved applause. Szymon. Apart from that, this is a very important place on the course in Zieleniec, because we remember from previous editions the characteristic seventh, by the way, and the forehand window to the world. One of the most picturesque holes that used to be. Well, unfortunately, the felling… Those discs could fly far there, exactly the same, if they were thrown badly or the disc selection was wrong, the throw down the slope on this hole was terrible. And now Oskar, unfortunately, with a second hat on his account. Szani won’t make up for it here, because he was in trouble after the first throw, but Szymon Wącior is making up for it here and our forehand champion Karolis is making up for it. Eight. Well, this is a classic, which has been with us for a good few years. Wasn’t he Double Mando before? No, it seems to me that he was never Double Mando, he didn’t even have that single Mando for some time. However, that line with the pike hyzer from the top killed the charm of this hole a bit, where we always wanted to enter this line of the path. Maybe Szymon will show. Well, that’s right, it wasn’t far from such a perfect textbook throw here in Szymon’s case, because this disc would have flown very nicely into the basket. But another successful roll. I think it’s a matter of Zieleniec experience and these rollers simply end up like this depending on seniority. So if you had some rollers in Zieleniec this year that weren’t good for you, it simply means that you have to come to Zieleniec more often. It’ll be better next year. Toaster under warranty. No, I’m joking, of course we always know each other, even if the roller doesn’t go the way you wanted, please complain to me in connection with this year’s comment, so that we can address it appropriately next year. The disc golf god will definitely make up for it, Karolis is in trouble, because the third throw will be from before the drop zone, but there is a forehand here. My experience with this hole over the years is that… Putting on this hole is not the easiest at all. I have a few spectacular throw-ins here from the height of the entrance to this basket, but I also have a few spectacular rollers after the putt. And here Sztani unfortunately continues the negative streak from the previous hole, but thanks to this we will be able to see how the best players deal with such a difficult situation hole by hole, which is also incredibly valuable. Here Oskar unfortunately also with quite a long roll. The lead card also happens to be in places where we happen to be, this is very important. Szymon is doing great now, Sztani, no doubt a tester. Here you can barely focus on him, he is so far in this forest, but Disc Golf Media Polska will catch even the furthest corners of the fairway here. and look, his approach putts, which we talked about two holes ago, guarantee that it will not be three throws, it is simply a closing of the topic in two throws. Oskar, gentle training, verifies his strength, he is still able to break trees and branches. The power that you have when throwing minus 17 in Zieleniec, there is no wonder. And there was such a delicate moment, at the very end of this reproach, I think that this house was able to nicely paralyze these putts. It has something in it. Karolis with a bogey, Stani too. But this is such a bogey here, you could say meditative, usually the birds chirp here very loudly, we are in the forest, communing with nature, we can think for a moment about life, transience and the meaning of Szymon’s dance. But you can understand this dance in a situation when you give a round like Szymon here in such weather. Well, that’s why we come to Zieleniec, to enjoy such sun, especially since we also have this aspect of fog on our account. Here everyone fought with the sharp shadow of fog, after all we had to stop, if I remember correctly, two years ago the competition, right? Yes, two years ago we had the whole first day canceled, this year it was really good, although Friday also greeted us with an hour’s delay due to fog. Sebastian, on the other hand, I really don’t mind this situation, I don’t mind how much rain I got during this tournament, because the final amount of sun and time spent throwing in beautiful weather, I think it made up for it all and we’re all okay with it. Two lines, now we could see, Szymon the classic anhyzer here, Karolis the alternative version, i.e. spikehyzer wide. This year it was probably safer not to hit cars parked under Szarotka. Yes, spikehyzer lines were definitely safer this year. Oskar. Oskar will be on safe, here Ob is also playing on this hole, you can really get stuck here. Tomato. And now fantastic. But unfortunately thrown. But the line was great, I liked it a lot. Ob on this hole can surprise, especially since that big Christmas tree, which saved Oskar this time, very often through spikehyzer lines could do a lot of harm. Discs bounced off it and didn’t return to safe. This is not a mushroom, this is Oskar’s marker from under the Christmas tree and now some attack. But he was close, here are some nice surprises. I also do not recommend this Ob from the left side long over the basket, going through this swamp, for discs on Thursday, my shoes were left inside, so unfortunately I had to go back for a shoe. Zieleniecki Mordor. Phenomenal par 4. 270 meters downhill. I managed to throw wonderfully this year. I managed to throw hopelessly. I think that everyone who tried an attack, or anyone who threw away their entire backpack on this hole is delighted, because there is probably nothing better than throwing down from Mordor in Zieleniec. Here we could see two ways of preparing for a throw on Mordor. Szymon lying on his stomach and Oskar jumping up and down to maintain body temperature. We’ll see which way was better in a moment. And here we go. Szymon minus 9. Szymon probably with such a safe hyzer. Hyzer. Yes, he wants to land there near the flag. It’s a safe line. From there we have quite a nice approach. It’s a beautiful thing, finishing the round in Zieleniec and seeing all those familiar faces who are already waiting. The layout of this hole is also quite pleasant, we have a downhill shot from the tee, where the wind can play various tricks, so practically everyone takes the most stable disc from the bag.
