[Music] we were moving and she was about 11 years old 10 years old and I ran across her diary and I opened it and the first thing I read was “My mother is a f u c i a n b e a c i was a foo beach say it see it too hard to handle a man look at me look at me sammy boy boy when we met up for what we both knew was more than just drinks and dinner everything just seemed to fall into place thank you Tequila look at me you also said that you looked up to me but the truth is I’ve always looked up to you then around middle school puberty hit Sam like a freight train and our roles reversed even the first time I met Sam I said “Who’s that kid over there looks like he’s at least 24 or 25 years old crashing at his 16th birthday party.” Turns out he was just another one who made his classmates who can grow a beard like a cheap ass too hot to handle look at me too hot to handle it’s literally a once in a lifetime opportunity to have all of your people here some of you traveled some of you booked hotel rooms you’re missing the masters the tournament is over we’re sober but selfishly it’s pretty awesome cuz our anniversary will be on the masters every year [Music] say too hard to handle [Music] a man look at me [Music] today is a special day not only are we celebrating these two amazing people and this incredible journey they’re about to take but also a celebration of our grandfather’s birthday our grandfather meant an incredible amount to Maddie and I it is no coincidence that we have gathered on today of all days so let’s get this wedding started and celebrate these two amazing people and I wish them the best in this journey maline Anne from the moment we met almost 20 years ago I knew you were special we had to bring one to our friend Haley she’s the bride downstairs i know who Haley is i love Haley one tequila shot and 5 minutes into our first real date I knew this was it i fell completely irreversibly in love with you [Music] we are gathered here today to give thanks and to celebrate one of life’s greatest moments to give recognition and unselfish ways of Sam and Mattiey’s true love in front of family and friends as I stand here today I’m overwhelmed with gratitude and love for this journey that’s brought us to this moment it wasn’t until a round of golf what probably felt like just another day to most people that I realized I was completely and fiercely in love with you i looked around me and I couldn’t believe this is my life let’s go that’s when I knew without a doubt and I want to have a forever with you [Music] thank you Sam for loving my sister the way she deserves to be looked for seeing all the beauty in her that I have seen since the beginning and I know she’s in the best hands [Music] i vow to never take us for granted i vow to shower you with words of affirmation because I know that’s what fills your love cup and it brings me so much joy when that cup is full you’re my best friend your soul is intertwined with mine i promise to stand by you to devote my life to you i cannot wait to spend forever with you you’ve been a light to every room you’ve been in i didn’t grow up with a sister but you are one i look at her and sometimes still think how did I get so lucky to have her as my best friend so much of my life has been shaped by her presence and I truly am the woman I am today because of her it wasn’t until these last few years I’ve grown to see she’s one of my best friends and no matter what I do or say she’s always stood by my side as my biggest supporter you’ve taught me to trust again to love myself and you make me feel safe you make me feel confident and very very seen today I promise to show up for you every day to love you unconditionally and to always meet you where you are sexy what do you think beautiful yeah and they just think “How is this baby girl?” I went to her office that’s now a doctor i see her today and and think again how is this beautiful bride the same baby girl who wants my arms it makes me very happy that Sam is the man that she’ll call her husband here’s to Maddie and Sam best round ever heat [Music] heat to Sammy you are such light in so much darkness and you came at the most perfect time thank you so much for that i drove her to their very first date and told her not to take the tequila shot but I’d be lying if I said I was so glad that she took the tequila shot [Music] you look so beautiful when you grow old and look back my hope is that this is the day you’ll love each other the least so please raise your glass here’s to love laughter and finding the one person who makes you feel like you’re home even when your keys are in a completely different zip code good night right now today I promise to show up for you every day to love you unconditionally and to always meet you where you are sam you’ve turned my world upside down in the very best way and I’m so incredibly excited to spend the rest of my life with you i love you we did it today you have say he was smitten would be a huge understatement at one point with a kind of headover heels look I believe he actually said “I think she might be the one.” Wow i told Lou “There has to be something wrong with this girl cuz she’s like perfect no one is that smart has a great personality is well-mannered and really pretty.” On top of that I soon realized how wrong I was so let’s raise the glass these two fantastic people that truly deserve each other love you guys heat heat good night right now good night the one person that I think doesn’t get enough credit is my mom i genuinely could not have created a more beautiful day without her so mom I love you heat heat my life right now right now [Music] oh

From Vogue inspired golf outings to spontaneous celebration shots with other brides on property to impromptu nudity on the dance floor, let’s just say, you’re in for a treat.
