the Live Golf League has landed in the rarified air of Mexico City Yeah first time that I’m here in Chabbeg Being able to be here and wait for the atmosphere that the crowds that are going to bring is going to be a lot of fun Mexico City I kind of know what to expect cuz I’ve already played my golf course and I played an event there Any Spanish speaking country is not afraid to have a good time and it’s such a special venue that it would be such a joy to be able to join the history players to win here [Music] Yeah obviously we got Carlos that is so he’s from Mexico and to be sharing this moment with the whole team with Mito and Sebastian and Carlos is is really special [Music] Hello S [Laughter] [Laughter] Fireballs in Mexico [Music] for the top [Music] foreign [Laughter] [Music] You know being in Mexico it feels like our home event looking at myself I wanted to have a great week and and I felt like it could be a really special week if I get to be on a on a Sunday trying to trying to win the tournament Well the big dogs are showing up Chipotle in the early going here D four under Rambo What do you like so much about playing this course most courses in Spain kind of look like this Where I grew up in northern Spain there’s quite a bit of elevation change and tree light sand wedge Oh again like a youth feel when it come to to these courses and I thoroughly enjoy it Another better golf and I and I think it was the same thing here in Mexico Seven under today He’s leapt up the pylon Got a heavyweight battle on our hand Brilliant Bryson He’s had a good day I think he’s going to put the hammer on it How much you love when I drive around here it’s a guilty pleasure The NC continues Bryson sends them bonkers on 18 Ripper GC looking to go back to back Oh lovely They lead Bryson’s crushers by two proud our shot level and hopefully um drenched in champagne this time tomorrow night The best field in golf are 7,700 ft above sea level But if Bryson Dshambo goes low today he’ll hoist his first trophy since the US Open last summer Cam Smith and Riper GC are chasing another Aussie double Legion 13 chasing a podium spot at least John Ram’s team of five shots behind Ham Smith’s Ripper GC I I try to not get too caught up on the team leaderboards because it changes so quickly It would be three straight for Turrell Hatton and he nails it and leads in 13 level for second place now Yeah Got off to a great start on Sunday Three under through the first four holes Ripper GC’s five shot lead has officially evaporated And what a turnaround in the team competition Ripper GC about what 45 minutes ago led by five They now trail Legion 13 I remember at one point looking at a six seven shot lead cruising Wo Nean starts three shots off the lead chasing a third victory of the season I kind of started the day knowing that I needed to do something earlier the round Solo third place on 11 on the park Bryson he kind of struggle a little bit on on a few holes Wind definitely come out of his sail Wo Nean making Sunday moves once again Wo he’s doing the right thing He started the day three back He’s only now one back So he’s right in it He’s at it again and he’s wiped out a three shot deficit to Bryson Dambo They are level on 14 under par Yeah it was pretty cool having obviously there She’s seen me win a few a few times Whilst that was happening Lucas Herbert he is a key member of Ripper GC and he’s hold another birdie pup there Lucas Herbert’s third shot at five for Ripper GC Oh that’s that’s just showing off and he knows it This is Lucas Herbert’s second shot at 11 Oh my goodness Yeah it was pretty impressive what Lucas did Lucas Herbert is putting together one of the great rounds in live golf league history here on Championship Sunday 10 under for his round Just a shot back It’s a one-man show for Ripper GC Looked on 17 and we were tied I had made a few bogeies in a row Well Caleb Sarat meanwhile coming off three straight bogeies I think is the the interesting part of this year right how old scores count You can’t hide Next thing I know I’m on hole 17 with three holes to go and we’re tied for the lead And I’m like “Oh my gosh it’s all my fault I got to get this back.” That mind has to be racing right now It was going along beautifully I just kept telling myself like you know I’ve always been a fighter Now Caleb Sarat big moments for this young man You know I knew that I was going to go down swinging Legion 13 to tie Ripper Oh what a moment for Caleb Surat The wheels were flying off a few holes ago That’s a huge moment Caleb Surat has a birdie put for Legion 13 and he has made it So he ends birdie birdie That should just about do it for Legion 13 Probably happy to get the text from our GM after the round You know nice closing birdie on 18 with the win So that was fun And Bryson is struggling on Sundays And Waco Nean snatches the lead from Bryson Dambo with six holes to play Pap is currently leader I will follow every hole WCO Nean will play at 16 Let’s go a 99 Take that That’s one of the better breaks you will ever see in championship golf It hit a branch and bounced up in the air and then down almost went in the hole Was the Bryson and Waco show It seems this is when the nerves get really taught A week she was starting waking up earlier than me and every day since Friday she she did like drawings The first day it was like a some birds and then she she drew like a like a tiger that it meant something else And then on Sunday she drew a a turtle She put like calm on the on the paper It just responds to the pressure of championship Sunday so effectively It stayed on my head like you can feel like the calmness [Music] It’s a good way to kind of like be grounded and kind of like go from there because I feel like from there is where I play my best golf He leads by one He’s Mr Sunday Neman Here we go Oh that is quite brilliant Another nerveless display so far We’re going to 18 I have seen three different shots in the water here 141 front 153 total So I mean it’s got to pitch what 40 You want to pitch at 47 yeah He just needs to hit enough club 20 ft past the hole [Music] Oh yes The water he landed on the front of the green and ended up being high So it was it was a great shot I don’t want to hit it again though The crowd is enormous as you can see all the way up the fairway and around the green on 18 Showing no signs of nerves whatsoever as he closes out the individual victory Oh Waco Nean has produced pure magnificence in Mexico City A third win of the season He’s qualified for the US Open That’s how you close out a victory He’s really good at what he does Let me Let me see the PS It’s fine She’s alive No I’m excited Yeah he’s so amazing This is a very familiar site in the Lid Golf League Waco need Legion 13’s victory here means they are top of the season long standings I’ve seen going down the fifth point we had like a six lead and I thought happy days you know he’s that experience in our team worked Yeah 13 perhaps with the best one two punch They have the two best youngsters arguably in the league as well My expectations are high just because I know what all of us are capable of I don’t think we’ve we’ve been playing even close to our full potential
