Lance McCullers Jr.. Gets the ball tonight. Six starts this season, a 444, a 50 strikeouts in that 24 and one third innings pitched hitters are hitting 227 against him. But the last four outings, like we said, Lance is kind of rounding back into the old form , getting a lot of swing and Miss mike will lead on all of the air to right cam moves towards the gap and it away for the first out hit hard by Tauchman but he’s out number one to start this game. Lance is walking towards the dugout with a 1 to 2 to 3 inning in this start against the White Sox Astros turn to bat the first facing the sensational rookie, Shane smith had a great start last time out utilizes curveball a little bit more than he had and faces the Astros for the first time of Jeremy here to start this game and he wipes him away with a slider. What a start for shane Smith. Nasty down and away. Here is the third baseman in the center field and robert Jr will make the grab for out. Number two, here’s Jose Altuve tapper to third. They’re going to let this one roll and altuve can jog in for an infield hit Jose Altuve taking over the major league lead in infield hits with that little tapper and a big smile to start this home stand. He had 15 hits last home stand. Now, Smith facing jr Diaz, moving up to the cleanup spot in the air to right field deep going back and he will make the grab just shy of the wall. Kyle Thiel can do here with two outs in the second inning, 32 and he will be the first base runner for the Sox working on a two out walk here. Mccullers clearly doesn’t have the feel for his breaking stuff. It’s either really good or just nowhere close. So they need to get him before he finds that field. So let’s see if robert can juice one right here, this one line to right field and that one is going to get down and go all the way to the wall. Kyle Thiel, he’s got the win meal on, he’s going to score all the way from first and RB I double for Luis Robert Junior as the White Sox strike first here in Houston. 0 to 2 on Rojas. Grant Taylor is going to be his first time obviously on the mound. He’s from Florence Alabama went to LSU and he has had just dominating stuff out of the bullpen in the air to center field. Robert Junior and Grant Taylor will retire the first big league hitter he faces, you can smile and that’s going to be a special baseball for Grant Taylor swing and a one hop bouncer right to my who pick it up chest tie, throw off to the left of first but tags the batter runner Smith two down on the ground to my, he will make the throw over and first big league appearance Grant Taylor sets down the Astros in order.
