i’m going to win the Masters with this putter kelly Slater made a just a meme with his DF 2.1 or at the time it was a Reno 2.1 was the original one um he got a Carl’sbad Golf Center just on a whim and we and we got in touch and um uh chatted back and forth texted back and forth here and there and then uh he played with Adam in the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro kelly you know I put it everybody and um and Adam’s um certainly not afraid to tinker as you guys are you know well aware um and he has you know no ego or vanity issues around equipment whatsoever um and he just saw how well Kelly puted um and he called me the next week uh at Rivier i was at that event and um and went in and met him and and you know it was amazing we we built him a putter we had it shipped overnight and um I still have on my phone the very first putt he hit with it was on uh was at on nine at Riv and he had this I don’t know 25 30footer that might have broken 10 ft um and it and it just just caught it trickled right across the front edge but it was such a beautiful putt and he just looked at me like and I I’ll I’ll never forget as long as I live i’m I’m sad it hasn’t manifested quite yet um but he looked at me that that uh that Wednesday afternoon and said “I’m going to win the Masters with this putter.” The most important media outlet in the country right now
