How To Build A Stable Base In The Golf Swing
Free Samples Here:
In this tip, I explain how to build a stable base in your golf swing. Stability is vital in coiling and loading your weight properly in your golf swing so you want to make sure you do this every time you set up to the ball.
Once you gain stability or a quiet lower body in your swing, you will feel a tighter coil going back. This tight, wound up feeling is what you need as the power source in your swing. No coil means you will hit with your arms which is exactly what I don’t want you to do.
The next time you practice give this a try. It will feel different but if you remind yourself to do it you will get used to it in no time. Then you will have a stable base throughout your backswing.
