Hi all, I have recently purchased a BENQ AK700ST for my new golf sim. I’ve followed all the advice – 3.3m back from the screen, black boarders around the edges etc but I still can’t get it to 1) autofit my screen (this was a big USP for me) and 2) even get it to manually fit.
When I try to get it to manually fit, I can’t extend the top out any further than is showing on the picture.
It won’t let me change the screen ratio too – it’s blacked out.
Can anyone help me please?

Did you try moving it closer and doing it again? It can’t extend further than it actually sends the light/picture
You appear to have a ~4:3 screen and a projector with 16:9 image.
Projector appears to be askew and possibly off-center causing the distortion.
Before you auto screen fit, the projector image should cover the entire screen, adjust your zoom or distance until it does and the “X’s, “+’s” and “dots” are contained on the screen.
Then, like in your photo in “corner fit” mode, after the projector auto-sized, your should be able to use the arrow keys to position the corners, does that not work?
Does it have a manual keystone adjustment setting, mine sits in a similar place and that is how I solved for this
