Eliminate your sway off the ball in your golf swing with this easy drill!
The goal is to make sure the club falls behind you, ensuring a proper hip turn with no sway.
With your chest, make sure you don’t lean too far toward or away from the target. Keep your “nose on the ball” as you rotate. This will give you the sensation of being coiled up and ready to sequence yourself dynamically in the downswing. This coil is called X-Factor stretch (the stretch between the pelvis and the chest turn)
If you watch the video again, even though my hips are not sliding, they are rotating! This is why the golf club resting on my leg falls behind me. As my hips turn to the right, the club falls 🤙
