STAMP Your Wedges Like The PGA Pro’s! (Cheap & Easy)

Ola me Amigos quick tutorial video for you guys today uh we’re going to stamp some wedges we just got some new wedges last month for Christmas I have yet to use them believe it or not haven’t been doing much so I got my 56 my 52 I’ve already prepared them with tape supplies we’re going to need for today believe it or not we’re going to need some wedges and believe it or not you’re going to need a stamp kit I got the 8 in or uh 3 mm so I got these a while ago I can’t find them on Amazon anymore you can get these for like under 20 bucks comes with a full alphabet all 28 letter and then it comes with all nine numbers in here I’d recommend you uh go ahead and get some paint pins these are overseas paint markers I’d recommend you paint your because it looks way cooler you’re going to need some good old masking tape painters tape doesn’t matter what size you get you’ll need a good old Sledgehammer the heavier the better I find with little hammers it’s really hard to stamp into the metal so I will be using Sledgehammer here at work that’s what you call a blue color gay right there and last but not least you need some alcohol prep pads or wipes I’m going to be using some brake parts though because I don’t have any wipes hopefully this works I have used alcohol pads in the past they work really good they don’t take the paint off your wedges either so we do enjoy that oh and you’ll need a vice some type of Vice uh C clamp that’s what I’ll be using I don’t have a vice that will uh not scratch the hell out of my wedges so I’m going to be using a C clamp and you’ll need a hard surface if that’s what you’re going to do all right here we go so I put some of this masking tape on on the bottom to protect the face a little bit and then I put some on top here so I could use this C clamp I’m just going to clamp this to the table nope a you’re going to be a little huh all right that should be good right there all right so this is my 52 I’m just going to put my channel name hat Golf and this is also where you’re going to need some masking tape so you could use this to put the straight line that you want however you want it on your wedge so I want mine to be a little bit angled and then I want my letters to be dancing as well here so I don’t want them perfectly straight what dancing means is you have like the H the a the C the K all right two hits not great I’m going to give it one more good one here always double check your work before you go and smashing that way you’re not putting stuff on backwards that was a good one all right we got the hack on there it’s not great I kind of messed up on the sea a little bit but it’s not horrible I’m going to try to go down with the golf all right that’s pretty cool right there so not the greatest of lighting in here but and then I went golf down the side there something a little different nice happy with the way that turned out this C clamp is really screwing me though I moved around a lot on that 52 I marked it up a little bit a few moments later son of a I didn’t hit record rookie ass YouTuber so we’re stamping the 56 now my most used wedge in the bag and I’m going to cover up what I’ve done I’ve already almost finished halfway but I put on some masking tape I’m going to make them dancing again but I have a lot of space to fill out so I got to be really careful and uh particular where I’m putting each letter so and uh I got rid of that damn C clamp no use for it oh I that one all up I guess that’s a beauty of stamping though is it really doesn’t look bad when you mess it up it kind of looks pretty cool when it’s imperfect you know all right first part is done hitting bombs you already know what the second part’s going to say we’re going to move this tape down just wait until we finish this baby up and paint it it’s going to look sick damn I’m not very good with that oh bang There we are hitting bombs slaying bombs you know how we do it now I remember last time I uh grabbed a little punch out of the toolbox and I just put some little apostrophes behind the end so we’ll do that again why not check out this broken ass punch I got this might work perfect for an apostrophe oh it broke oh I got it in though I guess I’m only going to have one apostrophe screw it all right the hard stuff’s done go ahead and take off all your tape now the fun stuff begins so the hitting bombs slaying moms I’m going to put in uh girly colors you know the moms line got to get the pink and I think I’m going to go purple for the other we got a couple options here we can go pink moms and bombs or pink moms and slay to be honest I kind of like the bombs and moms and pink then just real carefully don’t get too crazy with it but just fill in the stamps here want to try to get all the way in there that’s what she said go back over a couple times try to make it as bright as possible cuz once you take the alcohol wipe you’ll you’ll wipe some of it away so you might have to go over it again but I try to make it as bright as possible purple might be a little dark but that’s all right I haven’t tried it yet one thing you may run into when you’re wiping it away you will get into the other paint as well so for example for this I’m going to wipe straight down so I’m not getting into this as well because it will turn a pink purple you don’t really want that oh this is very dark we’re going to roll with it anyway just see what it looks like when it turns out Ain zero cents all right we’ll let that one dry for a little bit come over to our 52 so I’m going red white and blue America baby this is where it gets a little tricky is uh wiping this off I got eight letters I’m going to go red three White 2 blue three probably the smartest thing to do here is do the red and blue wait till the dry and then do my white last you want to do the white last cuz all the color is going to get into that white you’re going to see it no matter what you want to go over it about two or three times make sure you’re filling all that stamp in with your color you want all right back to the 56 we’re going to find out if breake Parts works it does so what I’m doing here I’m just trying not to get inside of the letters as best as I can of course you’re going to at some point but you’re just taking off all the paint on the outside it’s actually turning out pretty good so far far better let it dry a little bit too cuz it kind of just comes right off once it’s dried a little bit now to the purple so with the lighter colors you’ll see some uh you know some clouds around where you just wiped off that’s all right you just got to go over it a few times it’ll come off yeah that came out really good I don’t even think I have to go over it again I think the key is waiting about 10 minutes or so letting that dry and then just coming back over it taking it right off seems to stay inside a little bit better that way this is the real challenge though is when you’re doing different color letters right next to each other especially when one’s white and if you really wanted to get crazy too you could do these stamps a tius stamp over here you could do stuff like that I’ve done it before but I don’t know it’s just a little too busy for me for my liking so I just stick with the uh the stamps all right we got our red and blue done for the most part here now we’re going to go into the middle wish us luck the white is always the hardest all right we let that dry for a little bit we’re going to come straight down look at that just comes right off oh man that’s nice try not to let it bleed into the other letters man there you go nothing looks better than the red white and blue you know what I mean America baby I’ve always found that the blue is really hard to get off the wedge but leave it to the Sun and the grass and all the chemicals to uh take all that off two wedges are done 56 and 52 let me know if you guys like that uh little cool stamp pattern right there I think it looks pretty cool again the imperfections make them look pretty sweet so and then the purple and the pink there look pretty sick too might have to buy some alcohol wipes wipe off the wedge but like I said the elements will just kind of make it all blend in eventually see how I messed up on that Top O on the bombs I don’t know there’s something about it makes it look cool you know when they’re perfect I mean yeah it’s cool but you just know you put in some hard work to get that imp perfected o right there so hope you guys enjoyed this I stamp every wedge I get it’s just so easy it’s so cheap and it’s so cool it’s so fun it’s a cool little story every time you go out to play you know you want to put like motivational messages in there if you’re a tournament player possibilities are endless man you got plenty of
