we’re going to go left again okay now I’m starting to see a picture either one of those tighter left or right both are tight yeah both of those were tight is that thoracic yeah so your hips are great but the spine’s tight thoracic has been historically tight so what do you guys do up to it get a roller and like do some stretches on that mhm um and then some cat cow stuff and some threading the needle and but we I mean is that all you’re doing yeah okay we can revolutionize that you’re like I said you’re 39 turning left 44 turning right
