Neither played particularly well today. You can't miss the easy putts and expect to go far in the competition.
Weird question because I can't tell from the various camera angles: does Bella have a right ankle tat of the Cadaceus wings with a DNA double helix? If so, respect for being that dedicated to her career.

That was exciting. I always cheer for Bella and I don't think I ever saw her more excited that after the hole-in-one on hole 17. She almost was "pumped up" then!

Fair play to Matthew for turning up and making up the numbers, (obviously these bracket tourneys need 8 players) but you kinda feel that turning up is all he actually does these days. Remember in the dim and distant past when Matthew used to win tournaments and qualify for majors? Now it all just feels like a surreal dream!

Matthew playing a little more like Carter here.. shaky. Very good player, but some unexpected misses, but Bella was also shaky. Still a great match, just not used to the low-mid 40s being competitive lately

It's alway interesting to see the different lines others play. That course looks rather tricky. Perhaps we will see a Hole in One challenge.

If this has an MLB equivalent, it would be Pirates vs Marlins. Unless she practices more at this course, she will not be “pumped up”. As viewers know, Bella has a real FT job, and probably couldn’t care less how she does at one of these tournaments. I suspect she loves real competitive golf as do the Twins, but she plays mini-golf to humor Steven.

With his fifth consecutive loss (a new all-time elimination low on the Tour), Matthew, at 4-9, qualifies as reliable road-kill for the top half of the Tour. Matthew is like Wile E. Coyote holding up the "HELP ME" sign as the steam roller flattens him like a pancake.
Bella ascends to 14-9, second-best in elimination play, topped onto by her fiancé. Bella has an easy path paved to the finals – with an incredibly weak line-up on her side of the draw.
