julie taken that’s an excellent start from the local man tough hole location but from this distance in the fairway you’ve got to take that aim time to take control of the tournament right now spin there you go it’s yours to win sir yeah with shots like that he’s going to get this job done playing with the COVID RO this is Jade Shaper that’s nicely done just get it started on the line good acceleration good execution here in a to pick up another shot we changed our angle a bit oh he walked it in sign extends the lead three ahead of Yakam Lagan final round of the KM Open maybe just right of it it’s a bit of a wet lie he’s kind of in a little low area oh no now is he lucky yes dropped down in the just to the other side of the tree wow well there might well be the moment he doesn’t know it though it dropped right behind the trunk of the tree he doesn’t know where it dropped i think he does now i didn’t like that play i just fancied it into lay up oh just couldn’t quite get the spin because of that lie but the shot was tremendous there was no shying away there was there what a break you can smile Connor we’ve been enjoying watching Rafa Cabrao on his comeback trail playing super golf this week oh that’s unlucky don’t go in the water oh that is a shocking break real mixed bag out there yesterday for Andy made quite a few birdies but a couple of double bogeies on the card and that will do very nicely thank you here’s housing his third into the par 58 it was a cracker well done par five 132 yds straight into the breeze a proper three shot a hit oh very nearly A3 for Richie Ramsey game on the deficit is back to two where it was at the start of the day plenty of green to work with everything sloping from his [Applause] right superb that being said this back n is getable we’ve seen some great scoring over the closing holes and that’s a good start to his inward nine not a great T-shot can he make amends from the sand jaden Schaer at 11 yes I would say to 10 Ramsy be a nice bounce back this up the hill and does well done this is the type of shot sometimes that first bounce skids because of that shower we just had blow through oh it’s nicely done just releasing that little bit as Jay said just the moisture maybe first real test for Connor sign today this for par at nine he’s got it oh yes shaper from right of 14 how well did he play that again it helps back into the wind of course to control it and get a bit of spin but he’s going to make a four over to nine and the 18th hole today for Jack Senior who’s having a really good day that’s a super closing iron shot from Jack yeah it’s proved a very easy flag to find though unfortunately there you go off the ridge yeah right down to the whole side he’s using the contour as well and Jay you are a mathematical genius because it is playing at 2.65 richie just a wedge to 14 what’s he produced a stunning shot somehow he’s altered his ball flight a good bit get in six about the best we’ve seen probably the best player we’ve seen this week correct as the holes tick away it gets more and more difficult especially with Sim hitting good shots before him well the eyes are going up and down it’s normally a good sign and it is it’s another excellent shot a good response from Ligin half a ball ball outside right that’s where he went just outside got it big move oh it just got too much spin on it yeah didn’t like it did he at all he just never ever got settled over it well when the flag was in it was almost completely snapping just shows how strong this wind is big break off the left flirting with that mound [Applause] what a ball’s nestled down he’s on an ups slope but it’s going to be tough to get a clean strike landing it on a down slope breaking right to left on the wind he’s made some great pars today oh and he nearly did it again wow this is very easy for this to shoot left 20 ft that’s darn good right there he doesn’t want that over [Applause] wow well he’s pulled a rabbit out of the hat well that’s made it a little bit easier hasn’t it for Connor Sin it’s a good two power isn’t it from Connor Stein and an important one as well closer and closer maybe one hand on the [Music] trophy now can he get it turning over that’s the thing everybody’s missed this right oh look at that i’ll stay there oh that is just magnificent well you might never see a better effort with a three-wood that needs to go in well played young man be quite fitting if he held this and he did oh what an excellent finish [Applause] but he only needs one and it is a breakthrough victory on the DP World Tour for Connor [Music] [Applause] [Music] side what a performance in these weather conditions what a way to do it two shots clear at the start of the day [Applause] can’t see you connor welcome to the winner circle because you are the winner of the 2025 KM Open your first win on the DP World Tour it sounds pretty great but how’s it feel oh unbelievable unbelievable so so difficult uh the last few days so um I just felt I felt so much better this week felt really ready to do it and I’m just so so happy I managed to do it you faced it all this week rain wind delays but you’ve battled through and you played some truly impressive golf so just how proud are you of not just the way you’ve played but the mental strength to get over the line and get the job done yeah um like every part of my team is so so important I think and I was really playing on them uh different shots I’ve played as a kid like that was the kind of feeling it was today and um yeah just everyone helps so so much and I’m I’m so buzzing to have done it with Ryan on the bag as well i’m honestly I’m I’m overjoyed you’ve got a great support system around you your wife Alanis she surprised you didn’t she she flew out here you can’t believe it she’s over there smiling then you’ve got your friends who you’ve been there for their successes you know you and Ferguson Richard Manel Callum Hill how special is it that they’re here for yours now it’s your turn it’s so so nice they stuck around sorry um yeah I’ve obviously been really pleased for them and I’m I’m really happy to have joined them and and won myself so
