The real reason we are upset by him retiring? All of us at his weight in the masters division know that we might see him in competition lol. No for real though, I love the fact that he stuck with it for so long and became a true dominant reigning world champion. Congrats!!!
The first time I saw the dude was in PoznaÅ in 2011 : ) Polish BJJ Championship (the 9th one, if memory serves).
WardziÅski was just a purple belt at the time, but people were already talking about him because he was smoking everyone in his (quite numerous) division like it's another day at the office.
