Sara Kouskova is a two-time Ladies European Tour (LET) winner in the space of two events after the Olympian held her nerve to land the Tenerife Women’s Open.
Having claimed the Jabra Ladies Open a fortnight ago, Kouskova carded a final round 71 (-1) at Abama Golf to see off German Helen Briem and clinch trophy number two of the season.

turned out to be an exciting final round of the Tenneref Women’s Open coming from the spectacular Abama course at the trophy up for grabs in event 10 on the ladies European tour calendar shannon Tam was second in her last le start she couldn’t go one better though in Tennere for final round 73 left the Singaporean at six under par alongside Patricia Schmidt who got right in amongst it with five birdies in her first six holes she stumbled a little on the back nine that’s certainly a highlight at 16 as she closed at minus 6 the leading Spaniard Anna Palino her only birdie of the day though came at the par 510th a round of 72 to leave her in a share of third at seven under par best ever finish on the ladies European tour from Norah Commulinan rolling in a birdie at 15 one of three in a 72 tied for third in her 12th season on tour emma Spitz has been a real consistent performer on tour so far this year a lovely shot here into the par five 17th that also saw her finish at seven underpar and in that share of third place her fifth top 10 of the season for the Austrian Helen Bream was a winner in Spain last season and was performing on the Spanish island of Tenneref teenage German with a weekend scores of 6770 that left her one shot short at eight under par a result that would take her into the Top 10 of the order of merit sarah Kuska had a oneshot lead overnight started brilliantly birdie birdie on the front nine out in 34 and she started the back nine with another birdie starting the week third on the order of merit after winning on her last start kuska rolled this one in 11 and at one point on the back nine she had a five shot lead but that was whittleled away when she bogeied 15 and double bogeied 16th it meant she needed a par at the last this part was to win it and she made it relief and joy a backto- back win on the Ladies European tour for Sarah Kuska after winning on the shores of Lake Geneva she has now won by the Atlantic Ocean in [Music] [Applause] Tenneref confirmation in a final round 71 for Sarah Kuska finishing at nine under par one ahead of Helen Bream and this collecting trophies is proving to be a very nice habit for Sarah Kuska the champion at the Tenneref Women’s
