yeah if golf didn’t work out I I was screwed what do you think so far it’s good i mean it’s uh it’s demanding you got to you definitely have to play good golf which I like i don’t mind hard long par4s but you need to have a green that’s built for that versus like that’s a par five green not a par4 green so it’s already a little funky because the te’s up so where we’re driving it’s kind of pinched right so made it’s just one of those you just got to hit two really good golf shots look at that damn swing yep damn cut that’ll play might be all right though i’ll take that as well all right what do you love most about golf what do I love most about golf that you’ll never master it yeah it’s a narcissistic game this is the most difficult impossible game there is and you love that just that that like that notion that you just have to keep working yeah well too though do you feel that yeah I think we I think we all do i’m new to the sport it is very very difficult i don’t mean the game being difficult i mean the psychology of like you there are sometimes where there are clubs that just leave your bag you can hit them well for three three days four days five days and they just disappear does that ever happen i guess it doesn’t happen to you like that no I mean I know what you’re saying because you know you’ll you’ll sit there on one hole and hit a perfect shot exactly where you want it and then the next swing will feel the same and the ball does not go where you want it to no so if you weren’t a pro golfer what would you be doing i’d probably working at a golf course on it is that right i mean I didn’t really plan for anything else let me know what you get but you played football basketball yeah but once I started Once I got Once you got good you stopped yeah like seventh grade I kind of just started playing just golf i mean I played other sports like recreationally yeah if golf didn’t work out I I was screwed the Honey Badger i think that like the well-rounded athletes that we were when we were younger I’m older than you of course but I think it helps i think the kids specialize way too young these days I really do i agree i think it helps you like mentally physically emotionally but like the the golfer coming up now they’re all they all look like athletes they all look like you they’re all big and strong they hit it hard it’s not the golfer yesterday but golf has definitely become a more athletic sport it sure has guys I honestly have no idea where this is going to go better nice that was better all I needed was a little coaching and a little love AJ just a little love that’s it that was not pretty if only you got two shots you know it’d be genius boys do we have any any anything in play here yeah um Oh yeah kd’s pump four i think his chances are low be honest with you i love you what do you think this week what are you thinking about this weekend anything goes through your mind at this time of Thursday just trying to get prepared and are you playing against yourself every day in golf is that what separates this sport you’re playing against yourself for sure every shot every round can I tell you one thing you told me about golf you probably don’t remember i was telling you I was really struggling early on and you said you don’t have to focus for four and a half rounds you got to focus for 10 seconds a lot of times yeah you’re probably trying to think about it the whole time which it’s easier said than done yeah it sure is especially when if it’s not going going the way you want it to you know sometimes the game’s easy and everything’s easy but then you know it’s kind of like life yeah then sometimes everything can be really hard but it just that’s just how it goes well I appreciate what you do essam is uh you get as much practice as you can in and this is a big timeout but I appreciate it you make such a difference in this league and the game of golf it’s awesome but for us it’s kind it’s part of the game let’s go you said we had no chance i like it just keep the You just wanted to keep the expectations very low it’s directly satisfaction is directly related to expectations it is kd let him fly
