Srixon has been up and down for me over the last few years. However there are so many Golf Ball Addicts that are always willing to come to their aid. This is the brand new 2025 Z star lineup from Srixon, boasting three tour caliber balls that promise incredibly soft feel and maximum greenside spin. Is there any truth to that? Let’s find out!

  1. titleist is probly sending their sales guys right now to pay you to say the proV is better than everything on the market

  2. Srixon is my favorite golf ball. I play the XV during the summer months and the Z Star during the cooler months. 👍🏌️‍♂️😎

  3. Wake up early here in Thailand, make a cup of tea and put YouTube on. GBA have a new video. Perfect start to the day.

  4. I’ve always had a soft spot for the Z-Star and XV. Never hit a diamond. I will tell you, in colder climates, the Z-Star performs amazingly well. It’s my go-to if the temp is below 55F.

Still, is it better than the Maxfli Tour offerings at significantly less money?

  5. Great review as always! Bought and am playing the Q-Star Ulti-speed after your review. Is there any chance you could do a video explaining how to differentiate model years of balls from different manufacturers? I.E.-How do I know I’m buying this years Z-Star vs last years more firm model?

  6. Hi Nick, I have already commented on this video at the beginning but, I had to comment again. You buy a box, the box tells you the performance and it's wrong. Srixon is spot on. If you gave us your thoughts before hitting them, you would say the triple diamond is not for you, wrong you definitely could use that ball. I remember last year how disappointed you was with the new Srixon balls being so hard, they listened to you, look so good. For the years I have followed your reviews, never really seen you that impressed comparing the the previous years model. Even my Inesis 900 could be dropped for the Srixon. Great video Nick.

  7. Love the divide version. I put one red/blue dot on the divided section since Gary Player once said "Tour players focus on one dimple of the ball while putting" It does help me focus on the ball during a putting stroke. Buy two get one free plus free shipping. I actually bought Q Star Tour V4 on Amazon for $19.99 during the clearance sale last month. Q Star V5 white/yellow version needs another review if Z Star balls are this good.

  8. Currently game the Wilson Triads/Legato LTX 3085, and I'm seriously contemplating getting the Diamonds.

  9. I wish the compression was 80 on the regular Z. But I’m not a <10 hcp either. Would you play this ball over the Triad and Tour Response?

  10. I'm loving the comedic cuts man. It's right up my alley and makes the videos even more enjoyable. But I've told you this before. I do the same goofy stuff on pure hits and my wife just rolls her eyes

  11. Here’s the real question! What ball do you hit in the intro at 0:19

Absolutely loving this channel and now am way too into golf balls 😂

  12. Nick, I'd like to see a review of the new Pinnacle Distance and the Precept PowerDrive balls. I've tried both..interested in how they stack to other 2 piece.

  13. Pxg Xtreme tour is my go to lately but I picked up the Srixon Z stars with the current sale. Love em!

  14. Judging from what I saw, the 💎 is your ball. Not only were the numbers best overall IMO, but you had your best putting results with it as well.
