Hall of Famer burnhard langard doing some serious work today yeah after burning the first ho he’s looking at about 45 50 ft here at the second and look at this what a way to get your day started just bearing it from downtown here for Bernard Langer and then another one up here at the third to push it to 16 yeah this is not a taping this is 20 ft down the slope moving a foot to the right again right in the center where the putter is cooking for burnhard and then at the fourth this is a birdie hole so he gets into about 15 ft makes another one incredible start for Langer probably the two easiest holes on the opening nine but he did bag one here at six yeah he did just coming out of the short rough great second shot here at the six watch this lands in a perfect place almost goes in catches a piece of the hole wow right there leads to another birdie at the six one more why not at the N to go out in 30 and get it to 1900 bar this might be as much footage of put I’ve ever seen made look at number nine another 30-footer my gosh and out to the 10th Year John Cook and the first tester for burnhard today yeah long bunker shot uh to this point right here 12T from behind the hole doesn’t do a whole lot like you said first test for Baron hard Langer first bogey of the day tough hole he got a little bit of padding though yeah he does you don’t want to make any more mistakes but uh put it in the fair bunker off the te very unlike him tle up and down or maybe take the long quick putt from behind the hole yeah kind of diving out of the sky needs a big big kick up there soft kick short of the green but pitching up the slope yeah pitching maybe even putting with oh that’s pretty far short of the green that is not an easy pitch right there to uh aler for him to win the Schwab Cup now ler go putter from off the green and it slides by about 4 feet that’s going to be a cute little putt coming down that slope definitely outside the right with some speed that low lip never high enough start that started to look like left Center that’s not a good bogey here at 11 for Langer and all of a sudden oops the cameraman you alluded to and that’s what he’d like to do boy it’s all over the camera man is exactly where he wanted to put it right there he couldn’t draw it up any better than that shot that is a great that’s a very very disciplined play that’s hard to do Langer to extend the lead here at 13 very makeable pot about 15 ft moving to his right yeah this may be more his range anyway the way he’s going today yes it is there you go there you go I mean he got it too close to last [Music] ho that’s right where it’s headed oh no comes up short it was like yesterday kind of maybe in between club didn’t quite catch that really fortunate this ball stayed up and now he has to flip it over the corner of the bunker sends it way up in the air nice shot that is an incredible shot there by Langer great save it’s a few that Gard has been tested with over the last few holes and he bangs another one in to protect that two- shot lead now going up the left hand side I don’t think he has the distance to get past that corner now that’ll be in the left rough and there’s some trees over there he’s got to keep it really low to start then there’s that other tree that’s up ahead oh boy now we’ve got problems now we have issues it caught that tree just like you thought and now it went dead left takes it way upstairs get up there trying to get to the front of the green and he does that it’s going to be a long way but he’s going to have 60 ft at least not an easy two putut here goes up the slope and not much to it just got to get the pace right come up a little shy about 3 feet that’s still pretty good he’s had a handful of those that he’s had to deal with on the back nine today two just a great two- [Applause] foot that’s left no chance that’ll be a [Music] layup and the layup might be difficult there a wide Miss at an inopportune time Bernard Langer looking for an escape hatch at 18 and that’s an escape it would be he’s got to go low at least 80 yards to get to that Fairway he does a nice job so Priority One back in the Fairway we had a great look at it low screaming hook has Langer back in business yeah and he’s down there far enough where he’s got a scoring Club to take this flag on starts at left cutting back to the right might be a little deep oh it is too deep yeah he’s 20 he’s a good 25 30 ft away that’s not what he was looking for at all and that reaction tells you the same [Music] thing that’s left I believe twisting back here it [Applause] comes [Applause] incredible he is Simply Amazing [Applause] 67 on the final day he put it he put it further up was talking about great read there I didn’t see it going that much to the right he obviously did birded his first four holes of the day blitzed the opening nine in 30 gave the lead back at 17 and rained it at 18 Swan what did that tell you back at 17 before he hit his first put I said he’s going to two- putt 17 and bir 18 he did and win at 1800 now he’s still got a chance to be tied by Steven aler but what a performance and a gutsy finish by burnhard Langer to send it to extra holes get in get in get in it’ll be a par after the last a disappointed reaction for Steven aler burnhard Langer is going to secure his 47th Victory on the champions tour a pretty nice consolation for Steven aler who will be crowned the season long Champion 18 consecutive years that man has captured at least one Victory barard you never cease to amaze us really at 67 years old coming off of an injury like you you had first year you hadn’t won a tournament in eight seven 18th year what does this one mean to you yeah it’s my last chance uh I’m I’m like you I’m speechless was that exciting or what I mean just the start I had was just incredible I was totally in the zone and uh you know the the easiest part I had a six-footer I missed it for my fist birdie in a row but played uh you know played good and then got a little unraveled there on the back nine and and Steven AER got going I didn’t see any of Richard greens obviously he must have played fantastic on the back nine to and you know Terry mad uh after we hit the wedge back here says well it’s one more P you made a few today he’s a prophet I guess yes he is that’s why he’s been around a long time so it’s uh yeah it’s unbelievable I can’t describe it uh you know to win this big tournament um after what I’ve been through and to make it 17 maybe 18 years in a row out here because I I won when when I only played five tournaments it’s it’s quite amazing I’m very grateful very blessed um I want to thank the Lord for all that he’s done for me well we want to thank you for being Bernhard Langer and just keep on winning and keep on doing it the way you’re doing it thanks Sean appreciate you good good work out here I appreciate it as well thank you take care congrats thanks thank you Cookie great work from that man right there

Let's hear it for Jesus!
I played with him in a Pro Am 25 years ago . Willy Hoffmann was his coach , great guy as well . God bless you Bernard . regards from Muenchen
Unbelievable at 67.. WOW 😳👏
Great! at his age he can still drive 250 meters! unbelievable!!!
Good for him! Class act right there.
Next time Langer's caddie puts my flag on the deck he won't wake up the following morning.
67 years Young
Watched a golfer take forever to hit a shot. The announcer said That was a great shot so I guess that means he's deliberate. Langer's the most deliberate golfer of All Time.
Incredible putting performance!! 🎉
He's a great golfer. I always liked him and admired his sportsmanship! Thanks for posting.
Casually shooting his age (or under) three times in a row there. What a legend!
No golfer who has ever lived has illustrated better how difficult putting is.
Putting is really difficult.
Much harder than slashing a driver or a 3 wood away.
Bernhard knows this and he illustrates it every time he gets on a green.
The Langernator 🦾
Amazing…..followed him around several times at Doral in the late 80's and early 90's…..always in fantastic shape! One of the best golfers of all time….IMO
Langer is my favourite golfer ever 🙌🙌🙌
