Switches from 7w to 3w when I take the sweater off then driver when I’m teeing up.

Distance is not my issue, I’m inconsistent with my woods on the course and my last round my driver, which is normally solid, was all of the place except a few drives. I also have trouble getting much height on my drives. Would love any suggestions you have (set up, backswing, body position, follow through, etc). I tried to get out of the way so you can see metrics and swing path data after the shot. Im a 12h in CO (ball goes a bit further up here)

My swing speed is very fast, probably too fast, and typically wear spikes to keep from slipping like a few times in this vid. I play with stiff shafts but am thinking about getting x stiff with the swing speed I’m working with. Do you think this would help? Thanks in advance for all tips and suggestions. Have a great summer out there

Yes you should probably be playing the tips.

I say stick with stiff and work a bit more on sequencing with a slowed down swing to get dispersion tighter. You will definitely need XS down the road but the priority should be tempo right now.

Tips are not a good idea. I’d move up a tee box or two.

Head drops a lot on the swing. Try and stabilize.
