I took one to the temple a few months ago when I first built mine in the garage, right after that I ordered some padding off Amazon…I had to take a knee after getting hit, too many little birdies flapping around in my head.

How far in front of your hitting g area did it hit on the wall? I’m adding 4′ of padding which will be 5-6 feet from my tee position. I figured that should catch any errant shots.

makes sense. that wall is angled perfectly to come back and hit you.

Move the hitting pad to the left so the hitting strip is in the middle of the net? I’ve had good luck with that set up. Just make sure you don’t hit the net frame on the left with your club.
