Plyos, Power Development, and Modifications!

Plyo drills and power development work can seem intimidating, but just like any other exercise they can be scaled to your ability/comfort level.

By simply reducing range of motion, slowing down the movement, regressing a movement, etc – you can make any plyo/power exercise work for you!

  1. Any chance u could make a video on exact bands to buy and how to set up bands on lower body lifts like the lunge and jump squat would be much appreciated I can’t find any good videos on what lower body bands to get I’ve had large success with the upper never did lower cuz I don’t know how
